Walk to Beach! Lakeside FAMILY Vacation Home

Beautiful lakefront home very near the beach with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, spacious deck with BBQ overlooking the lake. Driveway for 4 cars and all the amenities of home. Best suited for up to 4 couples or 3 couples plus children.

To comply with new town regulations, we have to restrict short-term rentals to a minimum of 7 days during the high season (May 15 - Sept 15) AND to a minimum of 30 days for the rest of the year. If you need a shorter stay, please ask. We will be limited to one booking during the requisite period but might be able to accommodate your needs.

Perfect area for enjoying the beach & boardwalk, to take day trips to NYC, Atlantic City, Philadelphia or points in between. Great layout for Wedding Groups, Family Reunions, and regular ol' summer vacations.

The Space

Our recently renovated Lakefront Beachside home is conveniently located on a quiet, residential street just 3 blocks from the beach and Jenkinson's boardwalk. We invite you to enjoy everything about our home, the stylish interior furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and the spacious back deck overlooking Little Silver Lake. The perfect place for your family to unwind after a fun day at the beach.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king bed and the other with two full beds. Two bedrooms upstairs have the lake view, one with a queen bed, and the other has a queen bed plus a daybed. Each room is well-appointed with a spacious layout for your enjoyment.

Three full bathrooms, one en suite upstairs and one in hallway on each floor, all with wainscoting design to remind you of your coastal vacation.

The living space has a three-seat sofa, a love seat, and a sofa chair, with extra stools and ottomans for added seating and relaxation. Dining table can seat 10 and there are three bar stools at the kitchen counter. Both living and dining areas enjoy a great view of the lake. There is a sitting area upstairs on the landing with a loveseat and tv for those want to have some private time.

Our Lakefront Beachside gem will feel like home during your stay. Four comfortable bedrooms and three convenient full baths, a chef's kitchen with every tool you need to apply your gourmet skills while friends and family keep you company in our open floor plan great room.

You'll have everything you need to enjoy your stay, privacy and comfort including two sitting areas, each with a flat screen and premium channels for your viewing pleasure, kitchen tools, beach towels and house linens, washer and dryer, WiFi, grill on the deck, and an on-call concierge.

Interaction with guests

Our manager/concierge Pamela will be on hand to welcome you to our Lakefront Beachside home and will remain available for any questions you may have. Our goal is make sure your vacation is 'shore' perfect!

Other things to note

***Please be aware that guests and children should be okay with stairs.***
The house has been raised to protect against storm surge so there are steps to get up to the front door and two of the bedrooms are on the second floor.

You must be over 30 years old to book this house. If your group consists of unrelated adults, all guests must be added to the booking (name/hometown).

PARKING: The driveway is ample for 4 cars to park. Overnight street parking requires a local permit during the summer.

Public Playground: There is a public playground about three blocks away from our Lakefront Beachside home, where you find children's jungle gym, swings, basketball courts and two recently updated tennis courts for extra recreational activities.
