Craving a quiet relaxing weekend at PGA West, a World Class golf community? Then, this vacation rental property is the home for you! Please note, PGA has strict rules.

One of the best locations in all of PGA West! Unmatched unobstructed mountain views & sunsets beyond the fairways of the Palmer Private Course.
Southeast facing, three bedroom, three bath, private home. This outstanding home sits on the golfcourse overlooking a double fairway view on the private Palmer course at PGA West, away from cart paths and golf balls. Equipped for great entertainment and personal enjoyment the home Boasts 4 TV's (one in every bedroom) and a wet bar. The kitchen has a center island, granite counters, and opens to the family room and views. Family room and dining room have stunning golf course views! This popular floor plan offers 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom opens to the pool, fairway, and those southern mountain views! Swim in your private sparkling pool soaking in the sun all day while watching golf in the distance and enjoy the jacuzzi at your leisure. High ceilings and windows provide lots of natural light in the house.

Absolutely no parties or events. 6 adults MAX, absolutely no noise above quiet conversation outside after 930pm. The minimum age for responsible renter is 30. 3 cars max. Fines range from $2,000-$5,000. If you are planning any kind of birthday party, bachelor or bachelorette party, this is not the home. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing weekend at PGA West, a World Class golf community, this is the home for you!
We are not golf members so there is no use of the Palmer Private Course. There is a public course for play.

Our number one goal is that you have a great time! PGA West is one of the nicest gated communities in the Desert. Let's keep it that way.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay here for the month of May. House was perfect for our needs. Very responsive owner. Outstanding back yard and pool. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

Beautiful home - shorten stay

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we had to leave after only one week so were not able to fully enjoy this beautiful home. The owners were very understanding and quickly refunded our deposit and pro-rated portion of the rent . Hopefully when the world returns to some form of normal, whatever that is, we will get the chance to fully enjoy all this home has to offer.

Great Location-Needs Updating

We have leased in La Quinta for 39 years and there could not be better and more responsive owners than John and Kim. The location and views are tremendous and errant golf balls are never an issue. However, the furnishings and patio furniture need up dating or replacement. The patio chairs are threadbare. The living room sectional is soiled and shows much wear. With new patio and great room furniture, the house would be so much better.

Wonderful location and ambiance

Overall a lovely stay at this well located property. Kitchen is great as was the large laundry room.. As the weather was seasonally cool, we didn't use the pool but did use the community spas as they are always warm. The majestic famous mountain sheep herds were nearby and quickly became my wife's favorite power animal. While some smaller items were less than expected. Overall this is a very good place to stay with attentive hosts.

A wonderful stay in PGA West

This is a wonderful and incredibly livable home that was ideal for our stay in La Quinta. It also accommodated remote work/school perfectly. The open kitchen/dining/living space is light and bright, and the outdoor space with pool and hot tub is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom is large and has a lovely sitting/area work space! Kimberly was so kind and accommodating and responded very quickly. All of our needs were met perfectly! We would love to stay in Kimberly's home again!

Great stay with beautiful view!

We stayed the month of November 2020 and loved it. The place was very clean, cozy and decorated nicely so we could really settle in and make it feel like home. It was equipped with everything we needed for a longer stay, especially the kitchen, which was so well stocked! We also enjoyed all of the pool toys and the golf cart was a plus. The view is just beautiful too. The only downside is that we like to play pickleball and tennis and PGA west requires a membership. We had to drive to the public park in town to play, doable but not ideal. All in all a great stay and we would recommend it!
