Located on beautiful Lake Keowee in Seneca, South Carolina. This peaceful, relaxing home is your ideal vacation getaway and just 30 feet from the water. Gentle, sloping walk makes your trips to the water edge easy.

Our home features 3 Bedrooms (1K,2Q), 2 Full Baths, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Dining Room, Living Room, Large Porch overlooking our Covered Boat Dock and the Lake.

We have Internet, WiFi, Spectrum TV, 4 Smart TV's.

If you choose to bring or rent (nearby) a boat or jet ski you can easily tie up at our (private) Covered Dock and/or Beach Area, both great for swimming.

You will find the Large Covered Porch with Gas Grill, Table (seats 6), plus additional chairs/side tables makes for a great place for family to hang out, play games and create wonderful memories while enjoying the lake. Whether you enjoy eating on the covered porch, or snack down at the picnic table under shady trees, you will enjoy the emerald, green waters of Lake Keowee. Lake Keowee was voted one of the cleanest lakes in the southeast!

The kitchen and dining room area are designed with an open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed with convenience in mind and flows ever so easy into the large living room area.

The most convenient boat ramp to load your boat/PWC is only a couple of miles from our home at High Falls County Park.

Lake Keowee offers 18,500 acres of emerald green waters, and beautiful waterfalls. There are several Golf Courses in the area as well as nice restaurants, cinemas and of course... Clemson Tiger Football! Located just a short drive to breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

New for 2021: freshly re-painted interior of the entire house, new dishwasher, new washing machine & new cookware.

NO SMOKING! NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS.

There is a 3% Credit Card fee that VRBO deducts from deposit at end of rental before deposit returned.

This was the perfect property for me, my son, and my parents when we visited my daughter at Clemson U. The place was clean when we arrived and well decorated (which I can only describe the decoration as "lakeside cozy"). The view of the lake from the deck was perfect and peaceful for that morning cup of coffee. Robby (the host) was very communicative and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Robby!

Great spot on the lake. Clean and comfortable! Terrain a little steep/uneven. My mom has impaired mobility and had a hard time navigating the gravel drive/steps. She was unable to go down to the water, but she enjoyed the lake views from the porch. It's no problem for the rest of our group but something to note if anyone in your group has difficulty getting around. We all enjoyed our stay and would return again in the future if the opportunity arises. Host was very communicative and got back to me right away when I had a question.

Everything about this place, was perfect for us. Easy to get to. No hassle getting in the place. Quiet setting . Beautiful views. Easy access to the water. Which we spent a lot of our time down bye the water. Plenty of state parks and hiking trails, within a hour away.Or other activities. Convenience of stores and restaurants but still felt like you were deep away from everything. We rarely think about returning somewhere. We like to see a lot of different places. But we will be booking this place again for sure!

Wonderful relaxing stay

Nice, relaxing stay. We did not need to go anywhere, had everything we needed. We brought out kayaks, and had a nice beach area to launch them. House was nice, and clean. Porch was big, with a nice gas grill.

Nice Relaxing Stay ... Unplugged

Fantastic Property w/ a wonderful covered deck overlooking the Lake. Great Kitchen & Gas Grill . We cooked 3 gourmet meals out of the 4 nights we were there. There is a convenience store / gas station as well as a tackle shop within a 5 minute ride . We rented a tri-toon boat for 2 days and kept it right there at the property .Highly recommend this property .

Amazing Weekend Get-away

The property and home was exactly as described. It was the perfect get away for our family. The beach was perfect for the jet skis and my son loved fishing off the dock. We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect for our 3 couples getaway! This is an older home but very well maintained and clean. We brought so much extra that was not needed as it was stocked with all our necessities. Perfect location on lake and to town. We only wish we had booked additional days to enjoy a longer vacation!

Quiet Home Away From Home

Visiting for son's graduation from Clemson. Very well stocked home...from kitchen items to lake towels to blankets..plenty of fresh towels...King bed comfortable and sheets were so comfy i bought a set off Amazon when i got home!! Very nice back porch with plenty of room to gather with friends and family. Saw a family of ducks and geese that came up in yard. Kids really enjoyed swimming off the dock--even provided tubes and noodles for the lake. Id definitely stay again.

Lake Keowee

We enjoyed it very much. A year ago we sold our house at the Cliffs of Keowee Vinyards so we love Lake Keowee. Your house is about 45 minutes from the golf club so now my husband is thinking about buying on the lake in the Seneca area which is closer to Atlanta and Joe can go to the Cliffs at Keowee Vineyards to play golf.
