Enjoy the bay breeze at this 2 bedroom condo!

This bayside condo sits steps from Mission Bay. It features panoramic views of the bay from the master bedroom, second bedroom, living room and dining room. Bring your favorite book and relax in the sun on one of the three patios. Play in the water and sand by day and watch the seasonal fireworks from nearby Sea World at night.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen-sized. Both have access to the patio from the bedrooms. There is a half bedroom with a bunk bed (twin-sized mattress on top and full-sized mattress on the bottom). The large living space has a dining area as well as a breakfast bar and open kitchen space.
We have wireless high speed Internet. There are two parking spaces available as well as a laundry room for guests to use.
Small pets only are permitted to stay with additional fee.

Great Stay on the BAY!!!

This was the perfect property for families and since they have units right next to each other it made it east. Check in process was simple. There were lots of towels, Dishes, and items needed for the stay. Enough room for everyone to sit on the patio and enjoy the bay. It was a quick walk to the beach side and there is a corner store right on Mission. They were so helpful when I called and needed assistance. Great People!!!! Canā€™t wait to do it again.

Beach front fun

Absolutely great location. Plenty of outdoor space on Mission Bay beach. Easy for children (and adults) to run back to the house for snacks & such. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely rent again.

Last minute trip

The property has a perfect location thereā€™s a few things that I would change about it if I was the owner one being it needs more than one roll of paper towels especially if theyā€™re staying more than two days and two and need some definite bug repellent we found a spider in the shower two bugs in the kitchen and several ants afterwards I saw some ant bait that was liquid form on the master bedroom floor the owner was great answer every question we had right away and really was helpful itā€™s right within walking distance to everything if you plan on cooking bring spices there is salt and pepper provided Iā€™m a big cook so this was important and bring your tongs to flip your morning bacon šŸ„“ other than that it was great thank you for the great view and amazing views!

I have stayed at a lot of places and this place is the best. Was a little nervous at first cuz a review stated that the place had a smell to it. I didnā€™t notice any smell. The place was very nice and so well equipped. From past experiences, I brought so many things I didnā€™t need (beach towels, beach chairs, games, containers for leftover food, plastic bags/foil, paper towels, plastic cups, bag clips, etc). And the view couldnā€™t be beat. Location was fabulous. So close to so many things. And upon arrival, the manager came over and introduced herself to us and let us know she was there if we needed anything. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great location, but...

The property location is excellent and the Property Manger is wonderful and very responsive; however, there are some issues with the property itself. When we first opened the door, the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. Once the air freshener dissipated, we realized it was used to mask the foul odor coming from the dishwasher and shower drains. As long as we kept the dishwasher and shower doors closed, the odor was manageable. Also upon arrival, we found three dead roaches (large roaches). This made me question how thoroughly the place was cleaned before we arrived. We killed 3 more during the week. I'm not a freak about bugs, but 6 in 6 days makes me think there is a problem!

Acceptable budget place to stay on mission bay side!

We booked this place about 2 weeks before our stay. There were no reviews & not much available, so we rolled the dice on a unreviewed property. We chose this location because we wanted to stay on the mission side right on the water/sand with our 2 small kids. The layout of this place works for kids - 1/2 bedroom is kinda like an open closet in the master. My daughter slept on the bunk and We could hear her/be close by should she need us. Being on ground floor was very nice bc we could eat breakfast on the nice patio, my kids could play in the sand or do bubbles on the grass right out our door. Garage and parking is so nice to have. We rented bikes and parked them in garage at night and parked our car in driveway. Some issues we encountered with the unit: 1) it didnā€™t ventilate well - when you showered in the master the 1/2 bed room was super warm and humid with no airflow. 2) Also the sliding doors were the only light/windows to the unit and they had questionable locks on the screen doors making it difficult keep open during the day. The unit was fine for our needs - good sized kitchen and table with all the stuff you might need. I liked all the books, toys, games they had. The real issue was that when we walked it, the smell of sickly sweet air fresheners was overwhelming. My poor mom has asthma and could barely breathe - we had to open all door/windows even though it was 45 degrees. Once we found and unplugged them, we smelled what they were covering up - sewer gas from the hall bathroom. This unit may need some maintence for this issue. Otherwise, location is good! We always stay on the ocean and wanted to try mission side. We biked all over and went to the playground and the beaches near crown point - much warmer and sunnier in the afternoons. This building is in full shade in the afternoons. Julie the property manager is super attentive and helpful. Many thanks!
