The Space:

Inside, this bright and spacious beachfront retreat offers three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, giving families and friends plenty of room to relax after a long (and exhausting) day of doing absolutely nothing but enjoying the beach.

The open living space is perfect for gathering, laughing, and planning the next round of beach adventures. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook—although with the ocean outside your window, you may be too busy staring at the view.



Sleeping arrangements include:

• **Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed + Bunk Bed**



Step out onto the private oceanfront balcony with your morning coffee and watch the waves roll in, or end the day with a sunset cocktail while the sky shows off in true California fashion.

We also provide **beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards**, because when the beach is steps away, you shouldn’t have to overthink packing.

If you're looking for oceanfront views, a spacious place to stay, and one of the best locations on the Mission Beach Boardwalk, congratulations—you just found it. The only problem now is figuring out how to convince yourself to go home.



Guest Access:

You have your own private entrance. There is a patio downstairs with a BBQ grill on the north side of the house, shared with the guests in the downstairs 2-bedroom. You are welcome to use the garage for the laundry machines and the beach equipment, but parking in the garage is reserved for the downstairs unit.



The Neighborhood:

You are literally ON one of the most iconic beaches in California! The home is walking distance to the best breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants Mission Beach has to offer. Belmont Park and the big dipper roller coaster are just down the boardwalk. Grand and Garnet bars far enough away but short walking distance.



Getting Around:

Looking for a way to get around Mission/ Pacific Beach during your stay? We've partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. Whether you need it for the day, the weekend, or the week, they've got you covered. Let us know if you're interested in more details.

Uber/ Lyft is readily available in San Diego, but this property is walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and bars!



PARKING: Outdoor spot; made for small to midsize cars.

This is part of a duplex and there may be guests staying downstairs.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals
