This Melbourne beauty is a true Floridian home in Melbourne Shores on the east coast of Florida. It is a 4 bedroom home with a full kitchen, living room & dining room plus 3 baths. (Ask me about shorter stays). Just out side your living room door you walk into the lanai complete with in ground pool and Floridian wicker furniture. You are surrounded by tropical plants and a fenced in yard offering you complete privacy. Enjoy your coffee or tea in the morning and listen to the birds or sip your wine in the evening surrounded only by the sound of the crickets. 285 Ibis Drive is located in Melbourne Shores in Melbourne Beach. You are a 1/2 block from the bay beach which is a perfect location to watch the sunset and 1 1/2 blocks from the Melbourne Shores private beach for swimming, sunning and surf fishing. Melbourne Shores is a small association of homes with a private beach with access passes and also access to the bay area on the Indian River. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. We have a weekly pool service which takes care of the pool and lawn maintenance as well. Maid service is available if you are interested. It is a wonderful place to visit anytime of the year. We are looking for a minimum stay of 3 months however we may consider a shorter stay.
