Cabin on the canyon near Broadmoor

Escape to this tranquil and relaxing cottage in beautiful Cheyenne Canyon newly remodeled with our own personal touches. Perfect for the adventurous couple who wants to relax and play outdoors right from home. Over a hundred miles of some of the best hiking and mountain biking in Colorado Springs are just 100 feet away. Walk to the Broadmoor, Seven Falls, Columbine Trail, restaurants and more. A queen size bed, and 1 pullout sofa in the living room, accommodates up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY or risk getting evicted. And yes this includes marijuana and vaping.

Trails to the famous Stratton Open Space, Captain Jacks, the famous Chutes and North Cheyenne Canyon are all right next door! Unwind in the cool mountain air under the covered patio or in the sun on the large open deck complete with BBQ grill and dining table.

The Broadmoor is a short 15-minute walk from the cottage. Walk just a few hundred yards to the neighborhood’s local coffee shop for gourmet deserts, menu items and coffee. Our favorite post mountain bike treat is an iced Americano and a slice of their rich double chocolate cake!

This tranquil cottage boasts a personally décor’d bedroom and a spa-like bathroom complete with claw foot tub/shower, granite-top vanity, and a washer and dryer. The small eat in kitchen comes complete with a full size refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, granite countertops, under cabinet lighting and comes stocked with all the cooking utensils you will need, spices, oils, and an assortment of teas and coffee.

This is our own personal retreat from the stresses of life and work and therefore we do not have cable. The cottage does have wifi and both TV’s get all the major network channels and have dvd players to watch a movie if you choose. There is also a small collection of books and games for you to enjoy at your leisure
