Immaculate 1 room efficiency condominium walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Second floor unit, . Offers 1 parking space, a deck on site to read, relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The best part is that the condo is located at 9th and Wesley, directly in the middle of the pulse of Ocean City. If you enjoy exercising you are within walking distance to the beautiful 9th street bridge where you can walk, jog or ride bikes. Enjoy the walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, drug store, Wawa, Acme, Starbucks, ice cream parlor and downtown shopping. The unit is clean, updated and owner maintained. This is one of the few rentals that has a pool on site, provides one parking space and an upstairs deck. View the pictures and see for yourself!

This is a great place to stay for a long weekend at the beach. The location is perfect for walking just about anywhere you want to go. The room was clean and comfortable. Bill was very responsive as a host and provided us with all the information we needed prior to our arrival.

Great Location! Very clean! Beds are comfortable. Owner communicates well. Def would stay here again! Only things that were a concern, the parking pass had wrong dates and only 2 beach tags, We needed 4. Everything else was great!!

This is our second and we are looking forward to next summer - everything is great about our stay - cleanliness, friendliness, restaurants, jet ski , parasailing, local stores boardwalks fireworks. Very nice unit

(Note: everything is in good repair except the college freezer interior door which looked to have had an attempted repair)It caused no problem for us, as we didn't use the freezer portion anyway.It is a very cute unit, and made for a very pleasant stay.We will definitely book with you again. Great Location

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. It was clean and functional. The location was great. Everything is within walking distance meals, shopping, boardwalk and beach. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Great place for a quick OCNJ vacation!

We had a lovely experience! Great location, great communications, and very nice place! Easy and comfortable! One thing - the pool is not always open before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. We found that it was only open on the weekend days. It's a great perk to this spot! Thank you!

Quick getaway

We went for a quick getaway. Location was great, host was great. For a family of four, it was very cramped. Thatā€™s our fault though for not realizing that during the booking process. The place was very clean, honestly the only complaint was the bed. Both the bed and sofa bed were awful. The sofa bed had a huge divot in it and the mom bed was hard as a rock.

Great place for basic accommodations

Warning this is a studio & advertised as a 1 bedroom. Also, bring your own towels (bath & pool) and bed sheets & pillow cases (also not advertised) highly recommend BYO pillows (we went to Target and bought some) bed was tolerable bc of our pillow purchase. But overall the space was sufficient and met our needs and owner was very nice and responsive. We appreciate the early check-in. Pros: extremely clean Location Pool Natural gas grill Very responsive host Lots of storage On-site parking Recommendation for host: - light blocking curtain or shade - lid for trash can

Perfect for us

This place was perfect for us. Itā€™s very clean and the people are very friendly. Itā€™s an ideal location where you are able to walk to everything. The pool was also a nice break from the heat and the ocean. We hope to be back soon.

We had a great stay!

Really glad we found Bills rental. My husband & I were very comfortable during our week here. The rental was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking & eating. Along with the microwave & electric cooktop there is also a toaster oven, conventional toaster & crockpot available in the unit. The short walking distance to the beach/boardwalk as well as the shops & restaurants along Asbury is great. The complex itself was very quiet, safe & secure. The pool area is clean, quiet & thereā€™s a grill available for guests to use there as well. The rooftop sitting area was nice for sitting & relaxing in the morning & evening. Instructions for check in & everything we needed to know for our stay was provided by Bill prior to our arrival date. This really is a rental where you can park the car on arrival & never move it because almost everything youā€™d need is in walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we visit OCNJ.

We are a large family with 5 children between the ages of 32 - 18 with one still at home. We purchased this property with the hopes that when they all leave the nest, this will be a place for mom and dad. We chose Ocean City because this is where we often spent evenings in the summer months with our children. Whether it was on the amusement rides, walking the boardwalk to taste all the food options, or just to feel the cool breeze after spending the hot muggy days offshore. We live off island, but close enough to maintain this property on our own. We are looking forward to small families experiencing Ocean City as our family did and having fond family memories.

We chose this property because of the central location. The unit is great for small families! It offers a queen size bed and a full size pull out couch. We love the idea of just parking the car and never having to use it during a visitor's stay. Most people love the fact that our unit is immaculate, bright and makes families feel at home. Most of the dƩcor was our own personal touch.
