Our home offers families and couples or individuals older than 25 years old a great get away for a few days or the week during all seasons. (NO SENIOR WEEK/PROM WEEKENDS); Adults who deceptively choose to rent our home for those under the age of 25 will be charged the full $1500 security deposit fee and be evicted. We also have another property that allows us to keep an eye on our home.
This exciting and relaxing vacation awaits you and your loved ones in the less congested Northern end of Ocean City, NJ. It is conveniently located at the corner of Wesley and 1st, midway between the beach and the bay. Stroll down to the beach, visit the boardwalk with its shops and amusement/rides or play a round of mini-golf with the kids, see a show at the Music Pier, visit the quaint shops and eateries on Asbury Avenue. Walk to the bay and enjoy crabbing off the bulk heads, rent a jet ski or visit the nearby casinos or Cape May County Zoo. There is always something to do! Enjoy the abundance of sun and boardwalk activities all within a short walk while you reconnect with family and friends. The condo association does not allow renters the opportunity to bring pets along.

The Condo

This location features a renovated second floor condo in a home that has withstood the test of time and storms since 1929. It has a fully equipped over sized galley kitchen and plenty of modern amenities to enhance your stay. You will find yourself choosing between relaxing on the spacious shaded front porch or the spacious back sun deck. Either location is equipped for dining. So you can either start your morning with a good book and coffee on the front porch or after a short walk back from the beach your family can eat lunch on the back porch before finishing the day out on the beach. From the front porch to the rear deck our home offers a cozy comfortable space. Though the home retains some of its historical charm it is fully equipped with cable, wireless wifi, and smart TVs. We hope your family finds our home a place to relax and build memories.
This home is a smoke free environment.

Due to Corona-19 we have added an "Air Scrubber" to our central air system. The system allows for constant air purification and surface cleaning inside the home. We felt the obligation to do this since our home hosts different families week to week.

Upgrades:

Added this year on all bedroom full sized windows is not only the existing louver shades but Room Blackening Roller Shades. Great for sleeping in or children's nap times.
