Welcome to Bayshore Inn & Docks! We are a family owned inn in Naples, FL. Our 10 unit property boasts a heated communal pool, grill area, screened-in lanai looking out over the canal for sunsets and dinners as well as docks for shallow draft boats with access directly to Naples Bay. The docks are first come, first serve, and available with inquiry if you have booked to stay with us.

This is a second floor King Unit overlooking the shared pool and canal. Open floor plan has the kitchen with fridge, burner, and sink on one wall across from the bed. The unit has a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, two burner stove top (no oven), and coffee maker along with silverware and dishes to accommodate two people. There is a small table for dining. A wall mounted flat screen tv with cable/wifi is in the bedroom along with a sofa/love seat. There is a private mirrored 3/4 bathroom with all tile shower.

Our on-site laundry room for guests has one set of washers and dryers available for use at no charge. If these laundry facilities are in use, there is a laundromat directly across the road from us.

Pets are allowed with an additional pet fee of $95. Pets are not allowed in the pool, must be on leash, and well behaved - the guest is responsible for any damage done by their pets during their stay.

No Smoking in the Room is allowed and a $250 added cleaning refresh charge and damages applies if there is evidence that smoking inside has occurred.

Guests have shared access to the communal pool just outside your door, the screened-in lanai for dinners, sunset-watching and relaxing, and access to the attached docks and laundry room.

We are located in the Bayshore Arts District in Naples, FL. We have numerous restaurants nearby, including Molcajetes Taqueria and the Real MaCaw American Grill, Ankrolab Brewery down the road, as well as Celebration Park which boast many different food trucks and music. All of these are walking distance from the Inn.

We are about 3 miles from downtown Naples and the 5th Avenue shops, Tin City, and Naples Beach.

Great place in East Naples

Small but very cute and comfortable complex. Owner/property manager is very responsive. Several ā€˜regularsā€™ who rent several weeks every year; all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. We will stay again.

Great Stay in Naples

My husband and I stayed at the Bayshore Inn and Docks while visiting family in Naples. We wanted a place that was convenient to the center of Naples and near to where our son and his family were staying. It was not only an ideal location for us but also a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor lounge area was lovely and well maintained. The manager Janet was friendly and accommodating and all of the guests we met were as pleased as we were with their stay. Many were repeat guests. Itā€™s a hidden gem and weā€™re glad we found it. It was a great place to relax and meet new friends.

The location of the studio is perfect to explore Naples and Southwest Florida.

The owner of the studio was very attentive during the booking process and during our one week stay. He always followed up to my questions in a timely manner. Although the studio is in an older complex, it is completely remodeled. The design of the remodel caused it to feel spacious for a studio. The owner provided everything that is needed and went beyond our expectations. The kitchen was fully equipped and had supplies such as dishwasher tabs, dishwashing soap, paper towels... The bathroom shower has a large shower head in addition to a smaller moveable one. The outside area of the complex has a heated pool, lounge chairs and tables, a small bar area and a grill to use in addition to a lanai area overlooking the canal. We enjoyed the pool even in cooler temperatures. There is one disadvantage to this studio. Itā€™s on the second floor with no elevator. So if you have difficulty with stairs this is not the place for you. The back window of the studio does look out to Bayshore Drive so be aware that there is some traffic. However, it didnā€™t effect our sleeping. Overall, this is a terrific place to stay. We went to historic Naples, the area beaches, Botanical Gardens, the Everglades and some excellent restaurants. Also Celebration Park is three blocks from the studio. We had a wonderful visit to the Naples area. Try it out staying in this studio! I forgot to mention there is a Pickleball Academy closeby that my husband attended. He participated in a clinic and had a private lesson.

Studio for two, close to everything

Booking was easy. Early on after we booked we had to change the date, and the owner happily changed the dates. The studio was on the second floor and had everything we needed. Air conditioner cooled the room very quickly. Room was clean. Refrigerator was large. Had coffee maker and K-cup machine also.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying here. Alex and Kalin were wonderful - responsive and accommodating to our needs and requests. The pool was fun to spend time at and the location is perfect. Walking distance to a great Mexican restaurant, food trucks, and the Naples Botanical Garden. Downtown Naples was only 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here. Room 4 was a beautiful room. I cooked all of our meals & used the grill.

Noise from outsides is only concern

If the noise could be mitigated, it would make the quality of the stay much better. I am not sure if the door could be adjusted to help the sound, but that is really the only complaint. The communication with the property manager and the staff onsite were very responsive.

Great space!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room is just as pictured and described. Very clean, had all of the amenities we were looking for. Nice little kitchen area, comfortable bed. The owner was present and accessible during the trip and great to work with. Just enough space for 2 people. The location is just 3 miles from the beach which is why we visited the area. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, some within walking distance. We definitely plan on coming back to stay here.
