Period Mid season June 2020: from Saturday May 30th to June 27th 2020: 630 € / week
Period High season July 2020: from Saturday 27th June to Saturday 1st August 2020: 826 € / week
Period High season August 2020: from Saturday August 1st to Saturday August 29th 2020: 854 € / week
Period Mid season sept 2020: from saturday 29th august to saturday 3rd october 2020: 630 € / week.
Cleaning is included in the rental price.

As a measure of hygiene and security for future tenants, unfortunately the rental is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
The rental is rented for 4 people maximum and a child under 3 years.

The small sunny house with lots of charm is facing south, renovated and air conditioned it is located in a quiet area, not overlooked for sunbathing, 200 m from the large sandy beach, the most beautiful of the coast Roussillonnaise and ideal for children.
