5000+ sq ft with gorgeous lake views and magical sunsets! This home is perfect for a family getaway with a master king bedroom, 3 queen bedrooms, and a loft with 4 MORE queen beds and 4 twin beds on top. (1 King, 7 Queens, 4 Twins)
With full lakehouse decor, enjoy a relaxing coastal feel while in the Midwest at this Bass Lake Retreat. The main floor has an open kitchen concept with lake views from almost every room. The great room is cozy with an electric fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. Lots of windows allowing for natural light, lake views and GORGEOUS PINK sunsets! The main floor has a master bedroom and queen bedroom, sharing a master bath. Enjoy a master bath with a rain shower after a long day of sun and swimming. The upstairs loft is perfect for adults or children with a lake view, nautical decor, a TV, window seats and plenty of play room. The walkout basement has lake views from the moment you walk downstairs. The basement is complete with full view of the lake, a second living area/game room, a laundry room and best of all - a full basement bar with 50" tv, 12 foot long bar with 5 beer/wine fridges all with lake views!

The house includes multiple TVs, wifi, cable, fireplaces, linens, towels, high chair, blow dryer and many personal touches!

OUTSIDE - make family memories! Outdoor seating areas, outdoor fir pit, 250 ft pier, (2) 8 ft kayaks, bags set, grill, giant jenga, 8 person island raft, outdoor kitchen/deck,
6 Bikes, paddle board, boat docking, 7 person hot tub, 2 gas fire pits, brand new grill and outdoor couches/lounges!

BOAT- we offer a boat for rent for qualified house guests. It is a 5 day min rental for the boat. It is a brand new 2019 Sweetwater Tritoon pontoon boat.

ABOUT BASS LAKE
Bass Lake is 1350 Acres, up to 30 ft deep, swimmable, 8.1 mile lake road surrounding the water and is a fully motorized lake - enjoy tubing, skiing, jet skis (not included with rental home though - Sorry!) No wake after sunset!
There are two restaurants less than a quarter mile away so definitely within walking distance, a marina on the lake, a bakery, a beach - OR make the 10 minute drive to Culver and enjoy shopping, more beach, bike rentals, boat rentals, grocery shopping, numerous restaurants (LAKEHOUSE BAR AND GRILL!), golfing or walk the Academy grounds.
Do you bike? Jump on the Erie Trail 8 minutes away in North Judson!

This home is BEAUTIFUL. The living space was clean and comfortable. We had a blast on the lake with the kayaks, paddle boards, lily pads, floats, etc. It is in the perfect location to walk to a few restaurants for dinner and then wind down with a bonfire and relax in the jacuzzi. By the end of our weekend, we were all wishing we had more time. We would love to stay here again!

We had an awesome stay at this Bass Lake rental! Spent our days cruising on the pontoon, playing yard games, and relaxing by the fire and in the hot tub. The location was perfect—we even walked to Woodshed Tap for dinner one night. The house was stocked with everything we needed for an easy, comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Home for Multi-generational Family Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful home on Bass Lake! We had plenty of space inside the home with comfortable bedrooms, cozy living rooms, and a fun bar area. The dining room provided plenty of seating during meals at the table or counter bar stools. The loft area was very fun for our kids! The home had a great feel of togetherness but with space if you needed a moment of quiet. Everything was very clean, and the owners were very responsive to questions. The patio and outdoor spaces were amazing!! Lounge chairs and cozy seating spaces with gas fireplaces were a hit. We made use of the fire pit as well. We had great summer weather during our stay and enjoyed the many water toys provided including paddle boards, kayaks, and lily pads. Teens and adults competed in games of pool and ping-pong. We were thrilled at the number of bikes available, and we enjoyed biking around the lake. Nearby Culver offered us an opportunity to play Pickleball and shop at a few cute boutiques. All members of our family would love to stay here again!

Fun lake house on Bass Lake and great for a group!

The lake house was fantastic for our family gathering. It is even more beautiful and relaxing in person. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, and we had a great time! Due to a change in availability of family members who were flying in, I needed to change our reservation dates to the following weekend and shorten our length of stay. I inquired about the changes over two months in advance and the host was accommodating to both requests. However, the cancellation policy changed from 100% refundable to no cancellations after changing dates, and the price per night increased when shortening the length of stay. I was informed of these changes after the reservation modifications were confirmed. Vrbo customer service supported that hosts can change the price and the cancellation policy when booking modifications are made without informing a customer of these changes first. From my experience, if one has to modify a reservation on Vrbo, consider: 1) cancelling and rebooking, or 2) asking the host in writing what the price and cancellation policy will be if one were to request to change dates before requesting a modification through the app.

Husbands 40th birthday

The house was beautiful - inside the property is every comfort we could have asked for plus had stunning views of the lake. The outside was awesome too and we floated all weekend with friends and had a blast. Thank you for everything!

Culver Graduation Weekend 2024

What a wonderful week on the lake!! House was around 10 minutes from culver academies, so perfect for graduation activities! Owners were very responsive to questions, offer a wide variety of activities in the house and on the lake. Wonderful space for extended family to enjoy with us! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Gorgeous getaway for big groups

Pros: Beautiful backyard to enjoy the sunsets over the lake, updated and classy decor, big bunk room perfect for kids, basement equipped with a TV and bar perfect for hanging out, excellent communication with the owner. Cons: Hot tub needs to be cleaned, tons of cobwebs and spiders inside the house, not enough silverware or saucepans to use for a big group.

Labor Day Weekend

The bunk bed room and the boat were our absolute highlight of the weekend. It was a wonderful home and we loved cooking and grilling out. It was so nice that they had kayaks and life jackets available, too. The owners were so nice and easy to work with. We appreciated the communication and the kind late check out. Bass Lake Home

This property was everything pictured and more! The house is right on the water and has all the toys you could imagine to keep kids having fun all day long and then all the games inside for them to have a blast at night. Justin had a great binder prepared on how to use the electronics around the house and menus of every restaurant around the area. Check in process and communication right from the time of booking was excellent - always responded immediately and had everything ready to go well before our check in time. Would love to come back here year after year - highly recommend!
