Our family of 10 adults and 5 little ones loved gathering at this lakefront home. The house was clean; had ample space; and so many fun things to entertain people of all ages. We rented the pontoon and used the kayaks provided to enjoy the lake; and several from our group took rides around the lake on the bikes provided. The air conditioned garage also had many fun games to play! We enjoyed meals sitting together at the large kitchen table; and appreciated the lake views while sitting on the well appointed deck (with great umbrellas for sun protection!) The owners were very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. We made some great memories and our family is looking forward to future trips to Bass Lake!

Great property

Excellent home for large family gatherings. It easily accommodated 5 couples plus two children and there was room to spare. The kitchen is well appointed. There were toys and games for the kids, with lots of yard space for outdoor activities. It’s in a great location on the lake, with beautiful sunrise views.

Beautiful view

Lovely house with a beautiful view of the lake. Enjoyed spending time on the lake and at the fire pit with our family. The house is set well back from the road, but it is a busy intersection and the traffic can be noisy at times.

Beautiful property inside and out

We had the best time! The house was stocked and ready for fun. Plenty of space for 4 families to comfortably relax and have fun both inside and out. We loved the whole experience. Of note, but no reflection on our stay at all, the water is quite shallow making it safe for little kids but harder to entertain big kids. Bring extra rafts or rent jet skis!

Amazing!

This owner gave us a great opportunity to gather at this stunning house. This place provided towels, utensils, dishes, cups, etc. Great dining area with a long table. The property and house are so beautiful and modern with amazing views of the lake. The neighborhood is so calm and peaceful. Also, the different games they provided were great: arcade games, pool table, and ping pong. Definitely recommend this place!

Great stay at Bass Lake!

We had a fantastic time at Bass Lake! This home is gorgeous and sets up well with large groups! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen and dining room table are huge and accommodates large groups. The garage is amazing with arcade games, kayaks, bikes, ping pong, and foosball. The boat is very nice and came with a tube, tow rope and life jackets and the golf cart is great too! I highly recommend this property. We have stayed twice now and have made great family memories each time!

Weekend getaway

The house is even better than the pictures, if you can believe. The booking was very straightforward and simple. Communication was very good on how everything works and the checkout process. They use an app as well, that is convenient. The house itself is very easy to get to. It is very nicely done on the inside with quality furniture. Rooms are spacious. The views from the large back porch are awesome! It is all around a great place that enhances peoples' stays when they come to the area.

Great weekend retreat!

Beautiful house. Plenty of space. Clean. I didn’t think apartment area above garage was as accommodating. No kitchen dishes or coffee maker. No blankets for bed. Other than that, everything was very nice.

Stunning House

This house is awesome. The bedrooms are huge, and a bathroom in each. A large table for us to eat together was really nice. So many places to store the travel gear! We used the golf cart often, mainly for entertainment for the littles in our group. The boat kept the teenagers doing what they like: tubing. (Bring your own tube) . Loved all the chairs around the fire pit. Our group said this is one to come back to! The host was easy to work with, always prompt with the answer to our question, both before we arrived, and when on site.

Our Adult Children, Spouses & Grandchildren had a Fantastic Time @ The Summer House! The property is Beautiful! We especially enjoyed the shallow beach for our Grandchildren. The Garage was well equipped on electronic games, ping pong, shuffle board and other games. The enormous deck was perfect for all of our Family, to enjoy meals outside, as well as a large table for meals inside. The Firepit was large, and so much Fun in the evening. Every Bedroom was spacious and well supplied. The apartment room, was very nice for our youngest Grandchild, to take naps and be away from any other activity of his Cousins. Mat was very responsive answering any question we had. We did rent the Golf Cart and the Pontoon Boat which added to the our extremely Great Family Time together. We also enjoyed the 4 large Kayaks. We highly recommend this Wonderful Property and we look forward to coming back next year! Thank you Mat, for allowing our Family to have made Great Wonderful Memories!

Wonderful Family Weekend

Had our 3 daughters, 3 sons-in-laws and 10 grandchildren here for a long weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and I Loved the huge family dinner table that allowed us all to sit down for meals together. We made every meal at the house and it was well stocked to enable us to do that. The garage game room was a great place for the older kids to hang out and the second fridge in there was a awesome since we had so much food! The deck and yard were huge, so that gave us plenty of room for games, bubbles, volleyball, etc. the bikes and kayaks were a big hit with the older kids and the lake was shallow enough for the younger kids to play in without concern. We loved the fire pit at night and being able to connect my music to the outside speakers was an added bonus. We had one water appliance alarm that went off while we were there, and the owner, Mat, was extremely responsive to resolve the issue. Thanks Mat! Overall, I would recommend this property for a family getaway as it offers all the things big families need to make amazing memories!!

Overall, the property is wonderful, beds are very comfortable, showers and kitchen have been recently remodeled and very nice. The HVAC system worked great as it was close too 100 degrees outside. It is well stocked with beach towels and regular towels. Lots of games for the kids to play and room for them to run around outdoors. Location is easy to find and one of our favorite things to do each morning was watch the beautiful sunrise over the lake. There were numerous maintenance/upkeep issues that if taken care of would make the property a 10/10.
