First floor level includes living room, dining room & eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar island. Walk out from the kitchen on an extra large wood deck and enjoy beautiful nature views all year round. Master bedroom w/bath, 2 additional bedrooms and bath on first floor level as well.

Second floor area offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath plus a large loft area overlooking the living room.

Lower level with Sauna, 2 additional bedrooms and full bath. Spacious family room with TV and separate area with kids multiple game table.

We had 13 gather in Culver for Thanksgiving. It was a perfect house for cooking, eating at one huge dining table, ping pong tournament, and just hanging out and catching up. All king beds, which was awesome for all the couples, and the kids loved the bunk room. A 10” snowfall happened on Saturday, which was wonderful way to spend the day. Lots of wildlife on the beautiful property. Our hosts were amazing and kept in touch even when out of town. I would not only highly recommend, I hope we can plan another group vacation there.

Christmas in Culver

Family of 11 needed a place to gather for Christmas. This place was the perfect size and space. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and we really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table.

Great Fall Getaway

We had a great time at this beautiful property! The trees were beautiful! Although it was a bit chilly we were able to have a wonderful time by the fire pit. Would love to come back!

Wonderful place to stay!

The house is beautiful and well laid out. There is plenty of room for gathering upstairs and downstairs. The basement has everything to keep kids entertained with the large tv, pool table and ping pong table. There is a huge backyard and side yard for the kids to run around. This is a great place to stay!

Awesome for our group!

We loved staying here! Our group had a bunch of adults, a baby, a three-year-old and a seven-year-old. It was perfect to have the kids upstairs and the adults playing games in the basement after bedtime. Beautiful property, spacious house, overall great experience!

Lots of room in a wooded area

This house is gorgeous, visiting our son at CMA was about 10 away from campus. Everything you could need in a wooded setting. Mutiple living rooms for areas where kids could hang out (table tennis and pool downstairs) and adults upstairs. Thank you to the hosts for great communication and sharing their beautiful home!

Fantastic home for big group

Home was great for our group of 14 adults. Enjoyed the fire pit and deck. Home was clean, with all amenities needed. Hosts were prompt and helpful answering any questions. Would recommend and stay again.

Great house for a golf trip

12 guys stayed here for a golf trip. Great property, very spacious and clean, lots of room for folks to meet and also have private space. Sauna was very nice to have. The only ticky-tack thing I will mention is that there is one refrigerator in the house; for several families or a large number of people, it can get full fast. It would be nice to have another one on the lower level but, again, that is a very minor issue.

Great weekend get Away!

Great location close to Chicago what was great for New Years travel. Pretty clean. Kitchen has everything you need for family breakfast. Big space with lots of room for everyone to hang out. Highly recommended!

Friends and family getaway

Stunning house ...lots of room for our group of 8 adults and 9 kids ages 3-8 to play. Separate beds and baths we're great. Kids had a blast with the ping pong and pool tables and the super cute loft area. Lake was just a short drive away and rented a boat at Culver marina. Cute restaurants in downtown Culver including the root beer stand.

Labor Day Trip

Hi! This property is an ideal location with lovely acreage around it. It's a comfortable place to stay. Just a heads up that the kitchen is a little smaller than expected with not much room to store things in cabinets and there's a cat that likes to visit the deck often so be aware if you have allergies!

Nice House For Large Group Near Lake Max

This house really met the needs of our three-day family reunion. We enjoyed using both the fire pit on the deck and the "bonfire" area near the woods, and the grill was perfect for cooking for our large group. Plenty of linens, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Despite the open layout and vaulted ceiling, the bedrooms are well-insulated from group noise. And the location was great - near Culver and Lake Maxinkuckee. Andrea was so responsive and helpful - a great host! Thanks for sharing this property.

McGavic family vacation

We have been taking our family on vacation every other year for 12 years now...including our children and grandchildren...now a total of 16...8 adults and 8 great grandchildren. This time, we did not want to travel far because of all the jobs, college classes, sports events, etc....& Culver seemed to be the perfect location. Normally we take a boat and do lots & lots of water skiing. This year because of the timing of some returning from mission trips, etc....we just wanted a place to relax and be together. This was the perfect place!! Plenty of room, (with all the futons and couches...probably could even house more..)beautifully decorated and well-built home...stocked to the brim!!, and a grand piano besides.!( We have many very talented musicians. If we come again, we may have the piano tuned...) The home has plenty to do with fire pits, basement games, huge movie library, great area for small children to play..and the beautiful lake is very close by. ( We actually set up volley ball in the front yard. ) Culver is so quaint and picturesque...and has some nice shops, a few restaurants, a reasonably priced grocery store, and an awesome marina near by with a restaurant. Perfect place for our entire family...great place to relax. Would love to meet the owners some day! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family!!
