We have been visiting the beautiful city of Puerto Vallarta at least twice a year for the last to escape the busy city life in Seattle. I can honestly say I have never had more fun on my vacations when staying at The Grand Venetian. The pools are absolutely stunning and of great quality, my personal favorite being the large infinity pool that has a seamless view out to the gorgeous beach where you can see people jet skiing, banana tubing, para gliding, swimming, etc.

Here is why our condo is a must rent
-The Location is absolutely perfect! You will have some of the must beautiful views PV has to offer with the large open sea and tons of gorgeous tropical greenery that you will love to wake up to every morning. Not only is the view amazing but the location is amazing due to the fact that you are only about 10 minutes away from the huge and beautiful boardwalk "El Malecon", you have a gorgeous shopping mall that has all the stores from H&M to Rolex they have it all. Want to go to a nice restaurant for a date night or family night? You have amazing steakhouses right across the street and one of the best mariscos at Ocho Tostadas. When I say its an ideal location I truly mean it, we have stayed many vacations at hotels in Nuevo Vallarta or towards conches chinas and they are gorgeous but having to drive 40 minutes to get anywhere is really a pain. There are lots of large supermarkets such as Costco, Walmart, & La Comer for you to stop and get a grocery haul or if you need something quick there ar plenty of pharmacies in a 5 min walking distance.

-We actually care about your stay, we don't want to take your money and not be responsive afterwards. If something were to happen with the AC for example give us a call or shoot us an email and we will get back to you soon and do our best to get someone out there to fix it as fast as possible. Need someone to give you a ride or pick someone up our property manager is only a call away and he is happy to help you. Even if you need recommendations or a activity list we will get those to you ASAP.

-We didn't cheap out on furniture, we use this as our family own personal condo so we didn't want the cheapest things we could find, we purchased stuff that will last.

-We regularly check to make sure all appliances and such are in tip top shape.

We do offer a chauffeur services for pick up and drop off whether it be from the AirPort or for a dinner etc. Cost varies on distance. Pick up from the airport = $700 pesos

We offer a grocery retrieval option as well so your fridge is fully stocked for your arrival with all your favorite snacks and drinks. Send us a list of what you want and our manager will go retrieve the items and bring you back the receipt for payment. There is a charge of $700 Pesos.
