Beautifully appointed and decorated with a coastal flare on first floor level with beach and water views. Only a few steps from our door to the most beautiful white sandy beach on the island where you are surrounded by palm trees in a tropical paradise. Spend the day on the best beach on the island beyond on our sea wall, take a short stroll to beach restaurants and tiki bars, or take a bike ride.
Enjoy the comforts of a newly remodeled condo. New kitchen includes all new appliances, granite counter tops, and cabinets. Two new bathrooms with tile showers and modern frame-less glass doors. New plank tile floors throughout. Interior design done professionally with new window treatments. Condo is very clean and impeccably maintained.
Two bedrooms are furnished with new furniture and new bedding. Living room and dining/sunroom with views of beach, gulf, and pool. Comfortable dining from new high top table provides great views and can seat up to six. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler are provided for our guests. Outdoor grilling area. Washer and dryer provided. Live TV/Smart TV with premium channels, extensive On-Demand library, high speed Wi-Fi Internet.
Situated in the most prime location on Fort Myers Beach, enjoy the widest, white sugar sand beach where the national sandcastle and shell collecting contests are held. Take a short stroll north and south to the restaurants on or close to the beach and local stores including Santini shopping plaza, grocery store, sports rentals, boat tours and rentals, wildlife sanctuaries, bike and kayak rentals, music and dancing venues, and even a dinner/movie theater. Enjoy frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees from our beach. The trolley stop just across the street will take you around the island to avoid use of car and parking.
Fort Myers Beach is better than ever. The new outstanding Margaritaville Resort opened in January 2023 as well as many restaurants and stores in Times Square and throughout the island. Great location in the south-central portion of the island. We are located about 2/3 of the way south on the island where you are away from the hustle and traffic of Times Square on the north end of the island. Tip: Easier year-round access is via the south end of the island.

Our family is from Clinton, CT, a coastal town near the Connecticut River. We fell in love with Ft Myers Beach and this property. We purchased it to use as a second home. This property has it all. It is in a small association. The units are all "low rise" two and three story units with the feel of classic Florida. The property is very well managed and well kept. Our unit has been completely renovated and updated and competitively priced. Overall, the location is the most prime on the island considering the beach and walk to attractions. The beach has white sugar sand and the water is so blue. It is a short 150' walk to the widest beach on the island. We enjoy boating and going to the small islands and seeing the dolphins. You can walk to anything you need including more than ten restaurants, Tiki bars with live music on the beach, marinas, shopping, grocery store, shopping plaza, bike and kayak rentals, theater, bird sanctuary. Take the trolley into town for a nominal fee.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
This is the best location on the island which is on the south central portion of the island. The beach is the widest here and has the white sugar sand, surrounded by palm trees. The location is far enough away from Times Square which is 4 miles to the north end yet there is much to do even with in walking distance. Some of our favorite beach attractions are the two Tiki bar/restaurants within a few hundred yards in either direction. The beach is the best here with frequent sightings of dolphins and manatees. Dozens of restaurants and shops within a 1/4 mile and even a dinner theater and grocery store close by!
The property is quiet due to the rental management. An owner cannot rent more than six times in one year and the minimum stay is one month. Less than half of the owners rent. Most owners and guests are snow birds. It is peaceful and it is a wonderful place to explore the beach and the island. The restaurants are great for fresh fish and seafood. There is lots to do and the location is a central jumping off point if you want to sight see in Sanibel, or Naples.
The nice thing about our condo is that it is fully renovated so it is like new and in a great association. It is well equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, and games for family fun.
