Private access to the best and widest beach on the island which begins at our sea wall. Located approximately two miles from the southern end of the island, we offer a peaceful, relaxing stay. Walk the beach or ride a bike to the south end to view sea birds and dolphins as well as to the north. Relax on our grounds with new pool, patios, cabana, and palm trees. Enjoy impeccable sunsets from our west facing beach. The trolley stop just across the street will take you around the island to avoid use of car and parking.
Enjoy the comforts of a newly remodeled condo. New kitchen includes all new, modern appliances, quartz counter tops, and cabinets. The kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking and baking needs which exceed many homes. The range oven even features an air fryer. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Two new bathrooms with tile showers with frameless glass doors, and vanities. New floors are porcelain plank tile throughout. Interior design includes new window treatments with Bali cordless cellular shades which are blackout type in the bedrooms. The condo is exceptionally clean and impeccably maintained. The condominium complex consists of six buildings that are two and three stories without any tall towers.
Two bedrooms are furnished with new furniture and new memory foam bedding. Living room and dining/sunroom with views of beach, gulf, and pool. Comfortable dining from new high-top table provides great views and can seat up to six. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and cooler are provided for our guests. Outdoor grilling area. Fort Myers Beach is back and better than ever after rebuilding from hurricane damage in 2022. The new outstanding Margaritaville Resort opened in January 2023 as well as many restaurants and stores in Times Square and throughout the island. Great location in the south-central portion of the island. We are located about 2/3 of the way south on the island where you are away from the hustle and traffic of Times Square on the north end of the island.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Santini Plaza is a less than a half mile south with bookstore, Surfstyle store, liquor store, restaurants, ice cream shop, café, hardware store, UPS store, ATM, mailbox, clothing and gift stores. The CVS is adjacent to the plaza. A farmer’s market is there on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Behind Santini Plaza, the Fish Tale Marina is building a Pincher’s Tiki Restaurant & Bar. Boats can be rented there. The Wyndham Resort property across from the plaza will be transformed into a large tiki bar on the beach with food available and will feature music nightly. There is a Publix Market for groceries about a mile north by car. Kayaks and bike rentals can be delivered by a local vendor. You can also rent jet skis and other watercraft on parts of the beach. We have two bikes with locks and a bike rack. You can bike on the island in the bike lanes where available. The trolley has a bike rack on it as a hybrid way to navigate the island without a car.
Area Information
Times Square has multiple restaurants and bars in town about 4 miles north. You can drive or take a free trolley. There are many night spots for music and entertainment. Bay Oaks Park & Rec, about 5 miles north, has a gym with fitness center, indoor and outdoor pickleball, and other amenities. The public library is close by. Margaritaville resort pool features poolside bars and restaurants. Day passes are available. Check their website and look for a “Finsup” link to book. Discounts are available. Many state parks are available, including Lovers Key State Park, only 1 mile south of Estero island. Historic Fort Myers is a must see with many vintage restaurants and pubs. Check out one of the oldest Banyan trees in the US. There are many golf courses available off island.
