This is a really great house at bargain prices. Its perfect for a family with a pet or for guests to stop and stay a few days. No one should rent in this area without a great view of the red rocks...and this house has it along with super large hot tub and fully fenced yard. The kitchen is nearly overstocked with quality cooking utensils especially the pots and knives. There are two living rooms ...one for the adults and one for the kids. TVs are everywhere. It has a big dining room. You are 1 minute from one of the most beautiful golf courses we have ever seen...and it has a nice cafe. You are 3 minutes from a large supermarket and all the other stuff that makes this small village fun. There is a ping-pong table and lots of other stuff for kids and grown-ups as well. We stayed a month and it was worth it. The only negative is low lighting in the rooms. The hosts are easy to work with and eager to please.

Thank you so much for staying with us Steve and Louise. We’re very pleased that you liked our home and found it well priced and comfortable. We also love the location as we enjoy the very short walk to the tennis & pickle ball courts and golf course, restaurant & bar. I will call to discuss the lighting so I can understand where you would like more lightIng. We have so many lamps through out our home plus overhead lighting. I am a big reader, so I made sure that all our lamps are tall and bright enough to read in bed and also have lower lights for those that want to set a more romantic mood including our gas fireplace with beutuful lighting. We always stive to make our home the best experience for all our guests and we love exceed their expectations. We hope that you will come back and stay with us again and that you enjoy the rest of your summer. 😎

As advertised.

The property was as presented on VRBO. We had a couple of issues but the owner was very quick to respond making the issues, non issues. Kitchen was very well stocked as was the rest of the house.

Great house and location

Great home in good location for hiking and golfing at three golf courses. Very well appointed home

nice house

Nice people but some small details were frustrating.

A stay that warms your heart

Staying at Linda and Chris's lovely home in the Village of Oak Creek, in a perfect location just close enough to Sedona, was heart-warming in every way. We rented the house for 3.5 months and I love the mild winter here. I found gorgeous hiking trails only 5 minute drive from the home, a grocery also less than 5 minutes away, and all of Sedona at our fingertips. From the kind & respectful neighbors, to the nearby park where dog owners gather daily (in the cooler months) for "Yappy Hour", to the comforts and luxuries of the home--hot tub, ping pong table, fireplace, 2 living rooms (a must for everyone's personal space!), comfortable beds, and spacious and well-equipped kitchen. We loved the beautifully landscaped backyard, with outdoor heater for chilly days eating outside, the putting green is fun, and I love all the tasteful yard art and plants. Linda has been a joy to get to know and is very responsive with any need that we have had. It has become a friendship that I hope to continue for many years to come! Sedona and this home will always hold a part of my heart and I will treasure the memories.

Great location, a block to golf driving range, putting green, dog friendly AND nice house

Winter ( December-March) 1st guests, in our 60s + 2 dogs, very kind owners Linda n Chris n property Mgr Dawn. 2 living areas, 1 we used for office, other for relaxing with Roku TV n fireplace. Sadly our guests missed out on hot tub time- broke down just before we arrived. Very clean n well equipped . Bedrooms clustered in 1 wing. Kitchen smallish but efficient. New good small appliances- ask for list, all large ones great, also pots and pans etc. Hall bathroom is spacious with tub shower combo n 2 vanities 1 with sink. Master bath has nice shower. Plenty of storage throughout . We had use of carport plus garage , nice surprise, don’t know if that will always be. Yard has variable wall and fencd heights and wild lot next door frequented by deer, rabbits, gophers. Saw some coyotes in the village and there are reports of bobcats. People keep close eye n leashes on doggies, kitties. Lots of happy singing birds . The house is well furnished, decorated , supplied n we n our guests were all very comfy. Of course. Sedona speaks for itself!
