Due to building regulations, vehicles cannot exceed 176 inches in length (please check SUV size). Large trucks or oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated
Additional guest parking is available one block away at city public parking, which charges hourly fees.
Public parking in Hollywood Beach typically can easily exceed $40 per day, and availability is not guaranteed. Having a reserved parking space at the building provides convenience and peace of mind during your stay.

Important Notes
The condo is on the 6th floor and the building has an elevator for easy access.
However, guests may need to use the stairs in case of emergencies, hurricanes, or elevator maintenance.
This property may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.
