Our Casa Malabia is one of the most unique and stylish apartments in Palermo Soho, Buenos Aires. This 3 level apartment was just completely renovated in May 2022 with no detail left out. Enjoy your private rooftop terrace, BBQ, Jacuzzi, dining and sunning area while just a few short blocks from the very best restaurants, shops and cafes that BA has to offer. Located on a quiet street in the heart of Palermo Soho this apartment simply has it all. With 3 King Size Bedrooms and 1 Queen Bedroom all featuring AC along with Four Season Mattresses you will rest comfortably after enjoying your time in incredible Buenos Aires.


We provide all of our guests a 24 hour concierge boutique experience to fulfill any needs you may have. You will met with one of our friendly bilingual hosts to show you around your new home and will be welcomed with a local bottle of Malbec to help you unwind from your journey. It is our goal to not only provide you with one of the most amazing homes in all of Buenos Aires, but also do what we can to "let yourself fuse with the city".

This home is equipped with a brand new Smart TV, High Speed Internet, New Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, BBQ, Jacuzzi, LED lighting, outdoor sunning and dining area, living and dining room and 3 1/2 bathrooms all for your pleasure and comfort. Just a few blocks to local cafes, restaurants and shops you will agree with us that you are in the very best of the trendy Palermo, Soho neighborhood.

We are excited to provide this home to our guests with the hope that you will agree that this is simply the best flat in all of Palermo!!!

Excellent location in the heart of the Palermo district! Close to many good restaurants & bars, the ECO park, etc. The accommodations were a bit dated but all functional and communication & access were great. Felt very safe staying here.

Fantastic accommodation, great location, excellent service!

The house is very comfortable, well equipped, with a great roof deck and fully operating jacuzzi. We had a really good stay, and Coco the property manager took very good care of us!

Palermo soho

This is a great location to stay in Buenos Aires. The soho district has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment has plenty of space and is well stocked. Rodrigo was very helpful with lots of recommendations for the area

Best BA lodging in every way

Fabulous three level home with every amenity – including a hot tub on the deck. Great location in a safe and fun neighborhood. Wonderful and helpful host. You will not find a better place to stay in Buenos Aires.

Awesome place

This villa is very nice and accommodated 8 people very well. The terrace is great and the host was very helpful and always available when needed. They allowed an early check in and late checkout which was perfect for our travel schedule. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting to spend some time in Buenos Aires.

Beautiful Palermo

Great location!! Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops, grocery stores,bakeries,etc etc, just a couple of blocks from the property. And only few blocks away from the botanical gardens, Japanese Garden, and the gorgeous Rosedal... Comfortable house; we were a family of eight, and had plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone.

Excellent home and location in Palermo Soho

A great property in a great part of Buenos Aires. Four nice bedrooms with comfy large beds and a spacious common area, not to mention rooftop deck and hot tub. Barry is a terrific host, very communicative and easy to work with and Rodrigo was on-site to welcome and introduce our group to the property. Lots of great cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. A terrific experience.

Great Home and Host

The house was the perfect place from which to explore Buenos Aires. There are many great stores and restaurants nearby. The house itself was a great place to stay and there is plenty of room for everyone. Our host made sure that everything was ready when we arrived. He also was very accomodating when our flight plans were changed.

Terrific couples retreat in Palermo Soho

3 couples - absolutely loved it. Wonderful location. Great property. Loved the roof deck - hot tub a plus. A/C was great. Can walk to everything. Maybe not for small children given steep stairs.

Comfortable large home in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Malabia! Lots of space and privacy for us and our three sons. Well equipped kitchen, comfy living room and great location walking distance to fantastic restaurants, museums and parks. One thing to take note is that the stairs are a bit narrow and could be challenging for people with mobility issues or for little kids, but there’s a bedroom and a bathroom on the first floor that can solve that. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Casa Malabia to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

Disappointment

This was a disappointing stay. Big disconnect between the photos/reviews and reality of the apartment. While the communication with the owner/manager was excellent, nearly everything else fell short of expectations. The place is in a state of disrepair and badly needs renovations. There were workman coming in and out to fix the hot tub, door knob, etc… The scent (laundry detergent?) of the bed sheets was so strong my pajamas still smell of it a week later (and after washing). Either those photos were taken many years ago or the photographer is quite talented! The place is tired and run down.

Great place to stay in BA/Palermo

If you are looking for a great, spacious place to stay in Palermo, this is the one you should book. The house is very nice, with 4 bedrooms, comfortable beds, a nice deck and hot tub and a spacious, open concept living room, dining room, kitchen area. The owner and the concierge are friendly and quickly respond to any questions or concerns. The house is located within walking distance to many great restaurants and shops and attractions such as the botanical garden and the Evita Museum. If you need a place for 4 or more people that is in a great location, you should stay here. I would stay here again without hesitation if I come back to BA.

Home in the heart of Palermo

The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has all the comforts of home for a large group. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the terrace which was a bonus. The communications throughout the process were excellent and the response was almost always instantaneous. The house is located on a relatively quiet street and has many amenities and restaurants very close by, including Don Julio. The owner and his local manager were very responsive to our needs before arrival and during our stay.

Incredible place and location! Would highly recommend

I did a guys trip with my dad, father-in-law, brother-in-law and God Father. A few have never heard of VRBO or Air BNB so we’re a little hesitant... but now they never want to stay at a hotel again! Coco and the property management team were very accommodating, provided some good Malbec wine upon arrival and showed us around the place at check-in. The home is centrally located in Palermo Soho and was an easy walk or cheap taxi ride to anywhere you wanted to go. If I were to come back to Buenos Aires, I wouldn’t pick a different place to stay!

Currently I am living in beautiful San Francisco, CA. After ten plus years both traveling and living in Buenos Aires, I have established the perfect compliment of professional and friendly multilingual associates to "let yourself fuse with the city".

From the minute I found this property in 2009 I knew it had the potential to be one of the most unique spaces in all of Palermo Soho. The cost of renovation was greater then the cost of the home and was my hope to create a space for myself as a vacation home while also allowing guests to share the space. I just completed and extensive renovation featuring an entire new design of our private rooftop terrace with private Jacuzzi. It was my hope to create a space filled with art and color while keeping all the classic nature of the building and Palermo.

From the moment you walk in to the first floor open living, dining and kitchen area you will see the old classic doors and windows of the apartment mixed in with all of your brand new art to bring your eyes up to the 20 foot ceilings in this area. Our design team made each bedroom unique which you can see from the photos to give each room it's own personal feel. With temperature control AC/Heat, TV's, Four Season Mattresses we believe you will find yourself as comfortable as any high end hotel while living in your private home in the heart of Palermo.

The private rooftop terrace with private Jacuzzi, BBQ, Dining Area, Sunning Area, sound system, leading in from our 3rd floor sitting and office area you won't be disappointed. It is our hope that the apartment mixed in with our friendly staff will allow you to "let yourself fuse with the city".
