Fantastic appt at best location

Beatiful and comfy appartment - easy check in and locely helpful staff in building. Coco, property manager, was very nice, prompt and always responsive. We got everything we needed and more! Fantastic location!

Great stay in Palermo Soho

Great stay in Palermo Soho. Property is well curated and secure. Central to a very large selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Wifi signal is very good and strong if it is a work-vacation stay. Highly recommended

Excellent Palermo apartment!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment, which is located in the heart of Palermo. It's a great building with a heated pool, and very well maintained. The view from the apartment is spectacular. Coco (the property manager) was amazing! Very responsive and a super nice guy. The owners were very flexible and gracious. Would definitely love to come back to this place.

Very good apartment: We are a couple in our 70s & it met all of our priorities, such as a view of BA, good wi-fi, washer & dryer, comfortable beds, within BA proper (Palermo Soho is wonderful & we used Cabify or Uber for longer distances), walking access to restaurants & grocery stores & walk safely at night. A great bonus: Rodrigo and Juan. Both were fabulous & both speak English well (better than our Spanish). Rodrigo showed us the apartment, helped order a folding table for my work, was instantly available to answer our questions & made great recommendations. Juan Francisco (fussionxp) is the activity coordinator & driver recommended by Rodrigo & Barry. He was fabulous & reasonably priced. We spent a day with him seeing Tigre – loved it! He also arranged an incredible tango show & dinner. It was one of the best shows we’ve ever seen. I would definitely recommend you use him when you arrive & leave EZE airport. And I have to mention Ruben, the building security guard. He was terrific & kept insisting we see Tigre & he was right. If you are from a US rural area like us, then I should mention: By our standards, the apartment & kitchen are small, but the good news is there is less to clean up & we were able to make meals. Finally, I have a walking disability & could not stand up safely in the tub/shower - no safety bars. So I sat to bathe which was fine. BA is fabulous & we recommend the apartment, the owner Barry & especially the supportive people Rodrigo, Juan, & Ruben.

Buenos Aires Wedding

We booked this apartment due to its proximity to our sons wedding. The wedding took place at Tomate Estación de Sabores that was an easy 4 block walk. Communication with Coco and Barry was very easy. The check in with Coco was very seamless. He also recommended various places in the area that were his favorites. The location is very convenient to taxis and buses. The neighborhood has everything that a person would need in terms of fruit vendors, grocers and bakeries. The bakeries were the best. Fresh croissants every morning. Don Julio's is 1 block away. One of the top restaurants in the world. Tip: We ventured down to Don Julio's at about 2300 on Monday, the hostess said that there was about an hours wait, we were given glasses of Champaign and sat on a bench outside to wait. In 5 minutes we were sitting at a table ordering Vermouth and ginger-ale along with steaks. Fabulous experience. All in all, a great experience and would definitely recommend this apartment if you are going to be spending some time in BA.

We spent 2 1/2 months (Jan - March) and couldn't have been happier. Excellent location in the heart of Pallermo Soho, wonderful view, very secure building, great beds, air conditioning, internet, and a pool for hot days. Our local contact Rodrigo was very responsive when any small issue came up. Recommend highly.

Argentina 2020

Great location in the Palermo area. It was very hot in the city but it was a relief to come home to a cool air condition apartment. The kitchen is very basic but who needs to cook when there are so many excellent restaurants a short walk away. Loved the security in the building. The security guards were very welcoming. The property manager, Coco,, was very accommodating and welcomed us with fresh flowers, a bottle of wine, cookies and chocolates on the bed. Only downside is the living area could use more soft seating. 4 adults can't sit on one couch.

Thanks Irene for joining us at our home and you enjoyed all the extras we provide as it’s our goal to always exceed our guests expectations. Our home does feature all new kitchen appliances and in addition to our couch in the living room we have designer chairs for our guests comfort.
