I loved everything about my stay. The property was beautiful. We loveeedd the two balconies lol I think that’s where we spent most of our time. Our host communicated effectively when we needed assistance. I loved how close the location is to everything!! Would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay!

Spacious, clean location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Three bedrooms with three full bathrooms was perfect for our group of 6 adults and one child. Three-plus parking spaces, additional outdoor shower, quiet area. Close to shopping, dining and entertainment. Only “ complaint “ would be that one of the sliding doors was hard to open.

Great family stay!

We had a wonderful time with our family of six. The house was exactly wheat we needed. We loved the two balconies and enjoyed our mornings out there. The location is so great, and we walked to the beach multiple times. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Great Stay

Myself and a couple of work partners stayed for a convention, very convenient, property was great, clean, had everything we needed. Suggestion to anyone staying, need to have your Roku or whatever account info to access the tv as I don't think it's hooked up to cable, wasn't a problem for me just fyi.

The house was very nice. We appreciated the balconies to enjoy our coffee in the morning and the close walk to the beach. We also sincerely appreciated the flexibility Kim provided us with check-in and check-out. There were a few issues with loud plumbing, TV access and missing kitchen appliances and utensils. Hopefully issues that can be resolved for future guests. Overall, it was a great girls weekend away! Thank you!

Loved this place!

We had a great week at this beautiful 3-story, surprisingly quiet beach house in an active area of Myrtle Beach. It was wonderful having a washer and dryer; two spacious balconies, outside shower in the back to rinse off before entering the house; and the use of a locker code so we didn't have to carry a key everywhere we went. and walking distance to many, many restaurants!

Great location!

My family was in town for my sons week long baseball tournament and this location did not disappoint. We were within 10 mins (driving) of everything, baseball complex, great food and all other attractions and only 5-7 mins walking distance to the beach. Our host was quick to reply and handle small housekeeping issues. The house was well maintained and felt just like home. We would certainly stay again.

Beautiful house, great location!

This place was amazing!! Everything was brand new and the house was super-clean. . We traveled to Myrtle Beach for the first time with our inlaws and our three children and the house was perfect for the big family. It really felt like a home and it was in a wonderful location, very quiet and safe neighborhood , only 3 minutes walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our coffee time on the spacious balconies. Thank you and we will certainly come back again!

Lovely Condo Stay Walking Distance to Beach

This is a condo - so you will have a shared wall with another guest. We overlooked that part when booking, but didn’t have any issues with noise regardless. The owners were friendly and communicative. The condo was clean and well kept - stocked with thoughtful amenities that you may otherwise run out of when on vacation (ie trash bags, laundry detergent..) . Very doable walk to a beach access. Tips to ensure a stress free stay: bring an umbrella to the beach (tents were not allowed when we went) , lock your car doors always (some parts are a bit shady and our car was broken into within 4 hours of arriving), broadway at the beach is a very nice place to walk, as is barefoot landing.

Overall Very Comfortable Accommodations

This VRBO was in a great location for us because it was in close proximity to our son's house in Market Commons. It had a nice layout and spacious bedrooms. It is described as a 'Brand new' and 'Gorgeous' house, and I imagine that it probably was back in 2018, but now it has mismatched paint touch-ups on all of the walls, and a bit of wear and tear that is showing through. The renters say that they make sure that the house is thoroughly cleaned for each guest, but I think they probably need to take a look at their housekeeping team's work from time to time. When we arrived, one of the toilets was so filthy it had obviously not been cleaned for quite some time, and the floors throughout the entire house had not been cleaned/mopped (they made our socks/feet turn black) and there were hairs on all of the bathroom floors. I could go on, but the point is, that I think a quality control check should be put into place for the cleaning and the description of the house needs to be a little more accurate. It does seem to be one of the best VRBOs available in Myrtle, and for the price, it was just fine.

Fun place!

Fun place to stay. Loved that each bedroom has a corresponding bathroom. Patio areas are wonderful! Close beach access was nice!

Spring Break 2022

Loved this place. Had all the amenities you will need PLUS extra towels which I love!! Kitchen fully equipped. Beds super comfortable and the decks are great places to have breakfast. Checking in was a breeze. We actually stayed an extra day we enjoyed it so much. Can walk to beach. Great parking. Quiet Street. May be the best experience I’ve had. We all have it a 10 out of 10! We would definitely stay again!

Great property, close to the beach

Newer home with plenty of space, well-maintained and spacious. Close to the beach and lots of businesses. The rental came with a beach umbrella, two small beach chairs and three foam boogie boards, which were a nice surprise (not mentioned in the description). Basic dining/cooking dishes and utensils provided. TV's with Roku and netflix, but no board games or cards. If you are planners like we are, this one fell a little short with details and prior communication. It was hard for us to travel half the country without any advance welcome information aside from the address and confirmation. The renter reached out as we arrived in Myrtle Beach, and let us know that there was a cleaning delay. We did gain the access code and check-in information about 15 minutes after the check-in time, and were able to access the rental about 15 minutes later as the cleaners made way for us. Our stay was great, and the family enjoyed this property. The balconies were a very nice feature. Based on other VRBO properties we have rented, this one was top notch. The front end communication, however, was our only major drawback.

Excellent VRBO

The house was beautiful, very clean and accommodating. Close to the beach and a short walk to Springmaid Pier. My husband and I stayed for a week and our adult children and their spouses came for a long weekend. We were all very happy with the location and everything the house had to offer.

The perfect location

The host Kim was very responsive and helpful with information in the neighborhood. Our location was convenient to everything thing we needed and more. I would say pack light, everything is in the neighborhood. The rental included a lot of extras that I didn’t expect . The walk to the beach is a 5min walk . If you are planning to buy alcohol please do so before 7pm. After 7pm only beer and wine is sold. We had a really good time and experience.

Wonderful family vacation!

This home is well-equipped with everything needed for a great family vacation. The location is perfect (2-minute walk to the beach) and out of the way, very relaxing and on the quieter side! The outside shower is Great! Groceries and restaurants are a short walk away. We totally loved it! Thank you!
