We are located within walking distance from two of the finest Seafood restaurants on PE, and minutes from 2 stunning golf courses. Wonderful Getaway on PEI

A wonderful accommodation with spectacular views of the water. The room was well equipped and provided a great place to take in the scenery, explore the area, and relax in style. The hosts are fantastic, providing great information on local restaurants and destinations. They went above and beyond in making sure our stay was great.

Everything about this property is 5 stars! The view is incredible, sitting on the deck or looking out the window sipping coffee in the morning. The owners are amazing and the highlight of the week was a leisurely boat cruise. You can't find a better property than this for your stay in PEI.

Beautiful waterside stay

We are so glad we found this place. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay as we explored PEI for the first time. It was very central to all Eastern PEI attractions, but located in a quiet beautiful small town off the beaten path. Kathy and Jim went over and above to make our stay enjoyable, with added bonuses of bikes, kayaks to use as well as the memorable boat trip at the end of our week. The suite was very gorgeous and clean, very comfortable stay.

This property is exactly as advertised ... or actually even better. The unit is laid out great, everything is clean and new, and has all you need to make your stay perfect. Kathy and Jim are great host - very friendly, helpful, and quick with communication. We loved our time in PEI and this place was a big part of that. We can't wait for our next visit and would stay here again without any hesitation. Thanks Kathy & Jim for being such great hosts...you have a beautifly place.

It’s all taken care of

Cardigan Suites is exactly like the pictures inside and even more breathtaking outside. Everything you could possibly need is in the suite. All you need to do is rest, relax and enjoy your time in PEI. Can’t wait to come back again!

It doesn't get any nicer then this!!!

A beautiful open concept retreat steps from the Cardigan Bay. Jim and Kathy have thought of and provided everything you think you could possibly need for your home away from home. We had a lovely six nights (August 9 to 15) and were able to enjoy constant viewing on our deck of the eagles swooping through the Bay. A very good restaurant is steps away (make sure you make a reservation ahead of time as it is very popular!!). This was a great location to bike about 140 miles of the Confederation Trail, doing about 25 to 30 miles each day. A super clean, well appointed vacation rental!!

Beautiful river view

Kathy and Jim were wonderful hosts. They responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. The studio apartment is very clean, modern, and spacious. Beautifully decorated and it has a great view of the Cardigan River from both the deck and living room. The kayaks were also a lot of fun. We had a wonderful time and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kathy & Jim's property in Cardigan, PEI. Our accommodations were amazing! - Very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. The property is located in a quiet area overlooking the water.....A perfect location for us! We took advantage of the many walking paths, golfing and dining at the local restaurants. The venue also offered bikes, canoes and other activities; however, we just didn't have the time to take advantage of all they had to offer. Most importantly, Kathy and Jim were the most gracious hosts. They greeted us when we arrived and made sure we knew everything that we had available to us. They get top marks for communication as throughout the entire process (booking the property until we departed) we had an immediate response to our questions. We will definitely book this VRBO again......Can't wait!

Perfect Experience

This exquisite property looks even better and bigger in person. Kathy and Jim were very welcoming and they thought of absolutely everything when they designed and outfitted this property. Beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean with the most gorgeous views of the Cardigan River. We had our own private deck and seating and bbq. The king size bed was heavenly. We can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was. We are looking forward to returning next year!

PEI Paradise!

The Cardigan Suites are superb in every way! The accomodations are extremely clean, comfortable and well-appointed, and the property is well situated to almost everything you would want to do in PEI. Kathy and Jim are warm and thoughtful hosts, and we enjoyed our vacation immensely. We were not ready to leave, and will most definitely stay with them again. A fabulous staycation!

I didn't want to leave! The suite was beautifully decorated and well equipped for all our needs. We biked on the Confederation Trail, we kayaked on the river, we barbecued on the deck, and squeezed in a little relaxation in there as well. :)

Beautiful retreat

The suite is new and very well outfitted and beautifully decorated — everything we need.ed including access to bicycles for use on the Confederation Trail just down the road, a protected deck and lounge chairs for reading a book and enjoying a glass of wine, and a bbq for preparing dinner. The views of the water and sky from the suite and deck are both beautiful and meditative. And the hosts are friendly and attentive to your needs.

Best on PEI

After two weeks on the road we were able to settle down for a night at this location, pick up a steak (store is less than 10 mins away) turn on some jazz and enjoy the deck and water views. What a wonderful place this is, with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. The suite was immaculate and comfortable , it really felt like a home. If PEI is on the list for a visit , then this place must be on the list for a stay. You will not be disappointed. J Palmer

Beautiful Comfort

Beautiful accommodations, tastefully decorated with a lovely view of the water. Close to many fine restaurants and little towns that are a delight to visit. The owners have made the suite an exceptional place to want to stay.

Beautiful View Overlooking Cardigan River

A very tastefully decorated studio in a fantastic location. There were so many things we loved... the view of the river ... the spacious deck for morning coffee ... the proximity to golf ( Crowbush Cove and Brudenell) ....the kayaks available for guest to use ...Clamdiggers Restaurants just a short walk away..the bicycles (which we wish we had had time to use on the Conferation Trail nearby). Jim and Kathy were very welcoming hosts. We will stay here again on our next visit to PEI.

We named all of our suites after our three grandchildren. We are semi retired and look forward to meeting travellers from all of the globe.
