Five Minutes From The Beach!

Come relax in beautiful Navarre, FL! This home has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 16 people and is located just five minutes from the beautiful emerald green waters and white sand of Navarre Beach. There are miles and miles of beach in Navarre providing the option of mingling on the beach with the crowds of beach-goers, or you may choose a section of the beach where you will feel more like it is just you and the beach. Beaches in Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola Beach are also options within 35 minutes of this home.

When walking into this house, adults and kids alike will truly feel home away from home. Enjoy high speed internet, satellite TV in every bedroom, comfortable bedding, and a kitchen equipped with everything you’d expect in your own kitchen.

If you enjoy fishing you’ll love being able to go fishing at the drop of a hat. You can have your fishing line in the water within 10 minutes after making the decision to go. Catch a bunch of fish then come back and cook them on the grill or in the frying pan. It doesn’t get any more fresh than that! There are also plenty of restaurants in and around Navarre if you prefer someone else to do all of the fishing and cooking for you.

If you would like to try other water activities such as jet skiing, wake boarding, or deep sea fishing, those options are readily available too.

Not the best but still a good time

The property was clean had some things that needed fixing the shower in the bedroom didn't have any cold water pressure and the dryer didn't work properly several other things in the home needed attention but we still had a great time there not sure it's worth as much as we paid next year we will look around a bit more

My name is John. I grew up in a military all over the United States and Germany after which I did four years in the military myself. I work in the Information Technology field and I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, relaxing at the beach, and gardening. I also spend a lot of my free time traveling, reading, and enjoying music (listening and playing). I was fortunate enough to be stationed at Hurlburt Field, FL in such a beautiful beach community where I bought this house in Navarre in 2005, two years after I separated from the military.

As soon as a saw this home I fell in love with it. I rented it at first beginning in 2003 and then bought it two years later. It has a large yard, it is only five minutes from the beach, and the neighborhood is peaceful. Living in this home I loved being able to walk outside and smell the beach in the air. I loved being able to go fishing whenever I felt like it. I loved being able to make a decision to go to the beach, and then be at the beach in the water 10 minutes later. I loved the peaceful and friendly neighborhood. In 2008 I moved out of this home because I got a new job that required me to move. For 10 years I rented it out on yearly leases and so whenever I came back to enjoy the beach or fishing I had to rent hotel rooms. Trying to keep fish fresh in a cooler in a hotel room was quite a challenge. I missed being able to stay in my house by the beach. One of the reasons I am now renting my home out short term, is so that I can still enjoy the things I love about this home from time to time. Come see why I never sold this home and likely never will. You will love it.

The most prominent benefit about my home is more than worth repeating. It is only 5 minutes from the beach. This stood out to me 15 years ago when I first saw it, and it stands out to me today. Ever since I bought this home, whenever I tell people about it I always say “ I have a house in Navarre that is five minutes from the beach”.
