This unit is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, direct oceanfront condo. With a fully equipped kitchen you can feel right at home without actually being at home. This unit also has flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and the living room as well as a washer & dryer. This unit can accommodate 4 with 1 queen in the master bedroom and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom.

Located at 1709 S. Ocean Blvd., San-A-Bel is a seven story, concrete and steel oceanfront property located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. The building has a three-story parking garage, indoor pool, oceanfront hot tub and easy access to the beach. This vacation property is closely located to shopping, dining, theaters, and championship golf courses.

Oceanfront property with all amenities you need. Perfect for a short weekend stay and would work well for longer stays. I was visiting my daughter for the weekend and we enjoyed the easy beach access and patio at night.

Stress release

LOVE the balcony! We need a retraining of how to chill n such a short time.. we did fairly well. Had good food out & great balcony time when possible. Of course awesome sunrises-even the storm Sunday night was neat to watch. My daughter, granddaughter & sister know how to enjoy each other! It's been 5 long yrs since had beach time! Over due & will do refresh when can. Thank you!!

Couldn’t be happier!

We were very pleased with the San A Bel location on the beach and the vicinity near by. We would recommend it to friends and family traveling to North Myrtle Beach.

Never been on 4th of July and if you like fireworks would highly recommend it cause it was awesome.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to North Myrtle Beach every March and have been using North Beach Realty for at least 8 years and they are wonderful to deal with.We started our March vacation off at Waterpointe 11, a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. In our agreement with NBR, it clearly stated that construction noise would start in April/May. But on Mon. March 11th in the late afternoon, the noise started to resurface the corridors. Grinders and sanders were used, creating a lot of dirt, dust and noise all day. My husband Brian went to speak to Victoria on the Tuesday to complain about the noise. In the meantime, I had asked several residents when they had known about the construction [they said for about a year] and then asked when were they told the construction would start [they said the beginning of March].So someone dropped the ball. Either the owner of our unit at Waterpointe didn’t tell North Beach Realty or North Beach Realty knew and didn’t tell us [probably the former]. By Fri, March 15th, Victoria had given us a few replacement condos, but there weren’t many . We ended up at San A Bel # 212. A much smaller unit and only 2 bedrooms, not three. We complained about the constant fruit flies on Saturday and the technician brought some liquid repellants which helped, but the flies never disappeared. In the master bedroom, it was only a queen [maybe a double]. Two people couldn’t sleep in the bed because it was too difficult to get out in the middle of the night to use the washroom, so my husband slept on the couch the whole time. We had a guest in the 2nd bedroom. Also the bed was against the wall, making it impossible to make the bed in the morning, unless you moved the bed away from the wall.If there is any financial consideration for the disruption in our vacation experience, we would be very appreciative. We wpould then probably apply this to next year’s vacation.Thank you,Brian & Joanne Celentano

Small Master Bedroom But Nice View!

Great view of the beach from the balcony! I felt that my car and my body were safe in the parking garage. It is always difficult to figure out the right combination of buttons to push on remote controls for accessing TV stations. We were very disappointed in the size of the bed and the bedroom overlooking the beach.

Great Stay

The pull out bed in the living was broken, the mattress would not stay up and the springs kept falling off. So, not the most comfortable night sleep. There were not enough pots and pans provided to cook for a family. I had to make one thing, put it in a bowl and then wash the pan to make something else. They did not provide grilling utensils, so I had to buy them. Other than that, it was fine. We were their for the beach.

Really enjoyed the stay! The window in the main bedroom is a great idea to be able to see the ocean. I would love to rent this exact condo in the future as we come to see my dad who lives on Havens Dr. so its nice and close by.

Same thing happened 2 years ago. Walked in, condo smelled of strong mildew. Looked inside the vents and there’s mold growing in all of them. Tuffed it out. And closed and covered all the vents. Was going to close off the front room by the entrance door and use the pull out couch. Couldn’t do that because it was broken and won’t stay up. Definitely needs a deep cleaning. to mention nobody swept or vacuumed before we came.

They are not comfortable at all. I know NBR doesn’t own the property but should make the owner aware. We did ask for an egg crate or something to make the beds more comfortable but received nothing.

Dirty and Dates

Very minimal items comes with your stay for the amount paid per night. Floors were just dirty as if they didn’t mop in awhile, toiletries…bring your own, with the amount we paid for a Friday to Monday stay not to mention a cleaning fee - the furniture set could be replaced or at least stem cleaned. Small ironing board with no iron. The building cleanliness was a strong 5 out of 10…someone dropped food in front of a unit 2 doors down and it stayed there from late Friday evening and was still there at checkout Monday morning. Elevators and outside elevator area are just as unkept. Make sure you return your keys if not there is a per key charge and pool pass charge per band (4) for a regular rubber band that can be bought for cents on the dollar wholesale. Glad we returned ours yikes talk about an up-charge and surcharge. The only part that was nice was the view - but shop around because we saw other buildings that appeared very clean on the outside with the same views. With services fees and other charges - there has to be a better choice. Avoid if you can. BEWARE!

We were led to believe the bed was a Queen size which it wasn't and the mattress was terrible! I have a bad back and this just added to the pain. I told them at the rental office when we left and they said they would tell management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our vacation once we were allowed into the unit. We picked up our keys at 4p from a very crowded office and made our way to the condo only to find that the property had not been cleaned yet. We did not get into the condo until 6p. I feel this is poor as we had paid for the day. The condo is worn but ok. The shower door on one of the bathrooms was installed in reverse so you have to step over the toilet to enter the shower area. The main TV was nice. The internet was excellent.
