The community is gated and guarded 24/7, 3 heated pools, 10 tennis courts, Bocce ball, Shuffleboard, fitness center, hot tub, library, Golf Course, with over 3,000 feet of unspoiled beach on this un-crowded laid back island. Great place for a get away!

We loved the area we were in. There are lots of things to do on the premises, even a bar & restaurant! The property & pools were very nice & clean. The pools had the taller lounge chairs which are great! We loved the condo we stayed in it was perfect for 2 people! I highly recommend it!!!

Convenient location to beach, pools, right on Hole one of the golf course, near to many wonderful restaurants. Great place to relax in Florida sunshine and to escape to cold and snow of the North!

Perfect place to stay

We were able to golf everyday right at the complex! Beautiful par 3 course. Also walked to the beach and discovered the ping pong room and puzzle room. We will definitely return to this complex. And this condo was beautiful with everything needed to cook our own food. Also excellent coffee option supplied. Wonderful week long stay.

Five star location. Beautifully maintained and comfy.

This unit is a home away from home. An awesome location overlooking the first tee box, which is very entertaining. The kitchen is well stocked and updated. Comfortable king bed.

Great location - great vacation

This condo was in a perfect location within walking distance to restaurant, tiki bar, beach, pools, golf, tennis and pickle ball. It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in porch and watching the golfers tee off, or just read. Also close to many wonderful restaurants outside of the village as well. Communication with owner was easy and very helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and already booked for next year.

Lovely condo

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Ocean Village and the condo was very nice. It had a great updated shower and was very comfortable. Only issue we had was the location of condo, which was at the first tee of the golf course so it could be little noisy if we left door open in the mornings.

Christmas 2018 Get-Away

This condo is top-notch. It has all the amenities needed for our great vacation. Layout of the condo was great with an open concept of the kitchen/living space. Great mattress for dreaming. The screened in balcony viewing the 1st tee was fun as well as offering a glimpse of the Atlantic just beyond the sand dunes. Surf fishing was fun, beach walking invigorating. Not to be missed is the proximity to the Ft. Pierce area offering great restaurants and holiday activities. We'd love to revisit.

Ocean Villas

This is our second year on Hutchinson island FL. This complex is a gated community with 24 hour security. Multiple pools, a par 3 golf course, tennis, library, and restaurant. The unit is exactly as posted. Host was great. View is fantastic over the first tee box of the golf course. This is a 2nd floor unit a with an elevator available. Kitchen is updated with new appliances for those longer term renters who do not want to eat every meal.

PERFECT!

We had such a wonderful time at Christine’s condo. Christine was wonderful and very responsive! The condo had so many wonderful, personal touches and had all kinds of goodies to take to the beach. We spent almost the entire time on the screened in porch, watching the golfers tee off on the first hole. We could walk to on beach in just a couple of minutes. We had our choice of pools and all of them were heated which was fabulous. The only negative comment I can make is….We were bummed that the unit wasn’t available for longer and super bummed that it’s already booked for next winter. 😢.

Memories made at Ocean Village!

The location and layout of the condo was great. Loved watching the golfers tee off and being close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas were appreciated. Kitchen was updated and well equipped, had everything we needed. There were small ants, need to remove food items left over from previous renters. Sofa and chair very uncomfortable, could use end tables (not a glass tea cart) and living room lamps. Bedroom side tables are small, no place for personal items. Bed sheets were miss-matched and very thin, linen closet needs a good cleaning out. Pictures on VRBO are outdated, many items have been switched out. We booked a different condo for next year.

We did not have the ocean view we were expecting, but at least it was not far to walk there. Restaurant on property was pretty good, as was the pool. Very good bed and apt. layout. Could use more silverware and towel bars.

Great property

The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was located close to the restaurant, the pool and the first hole of the golf course. Christine was great - very responsive both before our trip and during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location. Beautiful unit

Unit was updated and well maintained. We felt very comfortable there. Location was entertaining, at the tee box on the first hole. Main problem pool was closed due to maintenance but the Aruba pool was a good backup. Golf course in excellent shape.

Just Perfect!

This was our 2nd stay here. The location is ideal. Not only location to "downtown" but within the complex too. Coffee on the patio was perhaps the best part of the day. It stays nice and cool. The bedroom is dark. I never knew if it was morning! I truly am counting the days to get back there! Excellent hosts!

Relaxing in December!

From an early arrival to our check out we totally enjoyed our stay. This updated and very clean unit made our stay comfortable. Our location was by the 1st tee of golf course and across street from main pool. We loved the screened porch for people watching, relaxing and listening to the waves of the ocean. We didn't mind not having any ocean view. We enjoyed the main pool but soon discovered the Aruba pool/hot tub that became our favorite. We visited Stuart and Jensen Beach and ate at many restaurants including Manatee, Dolphin Bar, Taco Dive and Sunrise Cafe. Going to the Ft Pierce Market on Saturday morning is a must. A highlight was a concert at Sunrise Theatre. Christine was the best host. For any questions she answered promptly. I was trying to do some work and the wifi was lagging. When I mentioned it she had the internet upgraded. The disposal wasn't working one day and she said someone would check it the next day. When the repairman came it was Christine's husband! This said a lot about how much they care about their property and the guests staying there. He told me "This is your house now!" I thank them both and highly recommend their unit.

Home Away From Home

Everything was great. We have no complaints. It was much better to rent a Condo because of COVID. A hotel would have been more crowded and who knows how clean the room would be? We liked having a leisurely breakfast and easy access to a beach. There is an excellent restaurant restaurant on premises in case one doesn’t feel like traveling far to dinner. And a Pizza place nearby in case one doesn’t feel like eating out. The Condo is clean and the bottle of wine was a nice touch — all made a pleasant stay. And one feels at home — much more than a hotel would make you feel!!

Ocean village

The condo more than met our expectations. We found it clean and updated. Experiencing condo life if only for a few days, made us want to retire to Ocean Village!! Also, the people were friendly and the place is pet friendly which is important to us. And let us not forget there is plenty to do there. Overall, I do recommend Ocean Village and if you are looking to stay somewhere but just not anywhere like me a dull hotel, Ocean Village and #726 is a great place to stay!!

Perfect beach get away!

Property exactly as pictured - clean, modern, everything needed to enjoy a stay at the beach. Easy, fast, beach access. Gated community is very peaceful and quiet. A couple of minutes from Fort Pierce which has many options for great seafood and local entertainment.
