Minutes from downtown Edgartown's shops & restaurants, this cape style home features open concept living, air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, bamboo floors, an oversize 2 car garage, washer/dryer & many updated features throughout! The master suite includes a sitting area, walk in closet, king sized bed & attached bath with walk-in shower, soaking tub & double vanity. Additional 3 bedrooms include queen/twin beds & 2 full baths. Home has high ceilings & lots of windows. Kitchen sliders lead to an outdoor brick patio with a BBQ, dining area, and small back yard perfect for entertaining. The home is fully furnished with furniture, towels/linens, and kitchen supplies. Two of the four bedrooms and the living room are wired with cable and flat screen TVs, in addition to wireless internet throughout. There are even beach supplies and beach games to use during those summer months! With just a short walk to Bad Martha's Brewery, Sharky's, and Stop & Shop, this home has everything you will need for a week long vacation or just quick weekend getaway!

Great stay

Stayed with a few friends and our children, worked out great. Location to downtown is a huge plus. AC was very strong in all rooms. Would definitely recommend this for a group of families!

Perfect location for wedding weekend

This was an idea location for five adults during a wedding weekend. The location was very convenient, easy walk to shopping, restaurants and bike rentals. The home is in excellent condition, with plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely home in a great location with everything you could possibly need for a vineyard vacation

We had an amazing time visiting Edgartown. The home is very comfortable and has all the amenities you need — they’ve really thought of everything. The owners went out of their way to make us feel at home. Perfect vacation spot!

Great MV rental

My family really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home away from home. Easy walk to downtown Edgartown and to bike/run path along beautiful shoreline. Highly recommended!

Great vacation spot! Perfect for families!

This house had everything we needed for an awesome 1 week Edgartown vacation. It was clean and we were provided with all of the info we could possibly need. The house is ideal for families with young children and is walkable to everything. We were comfortable and felt at home and would 10/10 recommend.

Perfect location and clean house and easy to check I

Everything about the house was perfect. It would have been nice to have had clean towels hanging in bathrooms and soaps and shampoos but that was offset with the ease and flexibility of checking in and out. A great Edgartown option.

Our week long stay was perfect. The location was convenient for all our family’s needs. This contemporary house is ready-made for a headache-free vacation. Akram is a responsive host and checked in periodically to make sure things went smoothly. Expectations exceeded!

This is the way to do it!

Akrams home was a perfect launching pad for our 2 day adventure on MV. It's a beautiful and spotless home, and we actually had too much room here , but no complaints. It was so much more spacious and affordable than all of the hotels and inns I researched. The owner was extremely helpful with local recommendations. Look no further!

Great house in great location

Perfect house for 2 families of 4 (8 total) to make our "home base" for a Vineyard vacation. Just outside Edgartown, short walk to the grocery store, and a quick drive to the best beach on the island (my opinion) - South Beach. It was very easy to communicate with the owners beforehand and during the stay. Inside we had lots of space to stretch out, with the highlight being the massive master on the top floor with large bathroom and sitting area. The large driveway and garage really came in handy. Would have been perfect with bikes, as the walk to downtown Edgartown was a little far for our group (4 elementary school aged kids). We had our cars though and had no issues getting around. Would stay here again!

Family Birthday Venture

This was a perfect weekend getaway for an otherwise dismal year. The property was everything we were looking for. The master was gorgeous. The remaining bedrooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The kitchen opened up to the family room. This was optimal for cooking while spending time together. The house is within walking distance to town by just taking the back road. We enjoyed the Christmas festivities in the area. This was just what we needed. Congratulations on your beautiful home and thank you soooo much for sharing it!!!

The property was just as described in on line listing- clean, neat, spacious for 7 adults, with sweet brick backyard patio, on quiet side street. Most importantly, the home is mold-free!!!!! My husband and daughter are highly sensitive/allergic to mold. Homes can be clean, but if there is mold in the basement,…. It is a hazard for them, and tgey end up with sinus infections. Thank you -

lovely family home

our family of two teens and one relative with mobility issues stayed here midweek in April for a few days. the bedroom layout was perfect for this, with a nice br and full bath downstairs, and privacy for everyone. the garage is a great plus and the kitchen was stocked very nicely with everything new and in great condition. a really nice walk to Edgartown Harbor and Stop and Shop is practically across the street. responsive owners. i'll recommend this house to friends. Not sure if it is COVID, or just off-season, or a mix of both, but a lot of MV remains closed, so really limited dining out options. That was the only downside, but of course has nothing to do with the house!

Spacious house in a great location

A group of 7 of us stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. The house is lovely and large - great for a group. You have to bring your own toiletries (shampoo etc) but otherwise the house is fully stocked! The house is an easy walk to downtown Edgartown, about 15 minutes down one road. Akram is helpful and responds quickly. Would stay again!

Perfect location

This was our first time on MV. Four adult couples. We couldn’t have chosen a better location. Out of all the towns on the island, Edgartown was our favorite. The house was close to the main shopping area and restaurants. The house had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay!

Good Value

Clean, good location and responsive hosts. Many good places to eat, shop or relax within 1 mile. If you choose to walk the first 300 yds leaving the house you must be careful with winding road, traffic and no sidewalk but a breeze from there. I would stay there again without hesitation

Growing up my wife spent her summers on the Vineyard with her family, therefore it was the perfect place for us to get engaged! Shortly after our engagement we decided to buy a home on the Vineyard we could call our own. Since we can not use it year round, we wanted to open up the doors to share it with others.

We currently live in Boston with our French Bull Dog Abby, she also loves the Vineyard! We hope you enjoy our home just as much as we do.

Out of all the areas on MV, we enjoy Edgartown the most given its quaint downtown and island feel. This house was perfect for us; it's close to restaurants, shopping and the water! With 4 beds and 3 baths it allows us to invite family and friends to enjoy the property with us.

In general, we like the details of the home, including its open concept living space, cape style exterior, 2 car garage, large walk-in shower, soaking tub, and great back patio. It's a great property to relax in, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

- BBQ in the backyard
- Open concept living allows you to cook family dinner and converse with those relaxing on the couch after a day at the beach
