Great Condo in Majestic Tower 1

The Majestic is a great place to stay in Panama City Beach. This condo is quite nice and provides a great place to recharge while enjoying what PCB has to offer!

Great views and location

Really liked that it was close to the pool side of the complex. The shops on the first floor were very convenient and reasonably priced.

Over all it was a great vacation. The water did take a long time to get hot and never did get hot in the kitchen sink. There were chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards there for us to use which was very nice! The beds were comfortable. We needed a light bulb replaced once and they came pretty quick to replace it.The view from the balcony was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

PCB Majestic

It was a great location. The unit could have been cleaned better. The checking process is a little crazy with the luggage carts and parking garage. Overall we had fun.

We had a great stay at the condo- it was exactly as pictured, clean, spacious, and located on the 21st floor. We had no issue inside the unit. The food at the little on site shop was surprisingly good-highly recommend the pizza! A few downsides were the 5 charge for a small bag of ice, the 40 per vehicle parking fee, Despite those minor inconveniences, the condo met all expectations and i gave 5 -star rating

Great Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay for our annual family vacation. We have grown children and there was plenty of room for all of us! We made good use of the kitchen, table and condo amenities as well as the beach! We did have the threat of a hurricane but the property manager was very responsive.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this condo. Our biggest complaint was no blinds/curtains in the living room as we had one person from our group sleeping out there. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed it very much. Great condo,great location.

Amazing Stay

We checked in on a Saturday and the process was very simple. We loved the location, convenience and the home feeling. They had additional beach closet items and we left some as well for the next family. My only comment that isn’t positive is more toward Majestic and their security. The date of check in the lady was very unprofessional, unkind and honestly disgusting. No complaints for the room! All loved and had the best time!

This place was perfect for me and my crew.Plenty of room,and spacious.The condo had everything we needed.The view was beautiful as long as you don’t mind heights.We were on the 21st floor.I never heard any neighbors or the kids in the other rooms.The Master bed slept comfortable.We would def book here again.

PCB 2024

We loved the location and the price for this condo, would definitely rent again! Our only negative is the pictures showed 3 BR’s with king size beds, and the typed details stated 2BR’s with king size beds and 3rd BR had 2 queen beds. Since there was a discrepancy between the pictures and the typed details, I reached out to the VRBO host and asked for clarification and he stated the 3rd BR had 2 queen beds. When we arrived at the condo, the 3rd BR only had 1 queen bed. This was disappointing as we planned to have the 2 queen beds. They did send up a queen air mattress but that was not helpful.

Run Away and do not STAY

Our Thanksgiving Trip was the worst we have had in 18 yrs of visiting the Gulf. Condo 2102 in a condensed nutshell: Sand all over each rug, disgusting refrigerator, paint, marker, food rubbed all over walls and furniture like handprints, bedding needed washed before we could sleep, dirty clothes in drawers from previous renters, door handles coming off, light bulbs out, black hairs all over two showers, a full bed in third bedroom instead of two queens, no blankets on bunk beds, no extra blankets, kitchen utensils from dollar tree and barely usable, no can opener or blender, not enough seating in living room, urine all over vanity in one bathroom, leak under kitchen sink, no response back when emailed company. No steps taken to make things right during stay. Run don't walk to another condo.

It’s a “NO” for me, Dawg

This property was dirty, damaged and in need of repair. We took photos of the filth and damage as soon as we arrived. We emailed them to the email address given in the check in notes. We heard from housekeeping the following evening. Housekeeping sent over pillow cases and a blanket. We never heard from maintenance. The bunk beds were broken and unable to be slept on. At the end of the day we will not be back. I’ll make sure whatever property we stay at next will not be managed by ECDI Property Management

Beautiful condo in great location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in PCB and we loved it!! Everything was very clean, plenty of room for a larger group, great views and great location central to restaurants and attractions! And everyone was so friendly!!I do wish there was more/better seating. There was only 1 couch that sat 3 and a recliner. Then 2 high life guard style chairs...so if we were all in the living room, some had to sit at the dining room table..one bedroom stayed really cold and another stayed warmer.The elevator situation is another story. They seemed to keep getting stuck and dropping floors while on them, and some were broken. Needs more elevators in my opinion. (A frequent guest told us the elevator situation isn’t typical)...But nothing from keeping us from coming back! Overall great experience!

Family beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room wasn’t ready for check in and had to wait to get in which was very inconvenient with 6 kids and had to pick up our groceries and no where to put them. Also listed a bedroom with 2 queen beds that was incorrect and said sleeps 10 which wasn’t the case. They did bring a blow up mattress but had we not had kids with us and had 10 adults it would have been very inconvenient for everyone. Usually don’t stay at the larger resorts but the resort was in great shape. Just too much walking for me from the unit and to the parking garage across the road to go out very often. Wish the unit also had more information about the resort, times that everything is open downstairs and how to get around the resort. Didn’t know there was even a beach access with a ramp instead of steps until the last day after packing wagons down a bunch of steps.
