This 4th floor Majestic end unit in Tower 1 (The more desirable tower) large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

*****Never take an elevator your entire stay at the Majestic. There is a stairwell directly in front of the condo and you can take 2 flights down the the pool and beach level. The elevator lines at the Majestic can get pretty long in the peak season****

The oceanfront master has a king size bed a large flat screen tv and access to the oceanfront balcony. The connected private bathroom has a walk in shower as well as a jacuzzi tub.

The 2nd master bedroom has a king size bed, large flat screen tv, and its own private balcony overlooking the pool.

The 3rd bedroom has 2 QUEEN sized beds, a large flat screen tv and a private bathroom

The 4th bedroom is a newly remodeled bunk room with a brand new bunk bed set.

The living room has a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico, access to the private wrap around balcony and a new 70 inch flat screen TV and new couches!

All bedrooms have large flat screen televisions and there are plenty of closets and dressers to unpack all of your needs, for any length of stay.

This Unit is an end unit on the 4th floor, it offers amazing wrap around views of PCB! The condo is an end unit and from the wrap around balcony you can see perfectly the pool and hot tubs. It is a perfect location to watch your children swim at the pool from the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook.
