Comfortable One-Bedroom Getaway: This modest one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is ideal for a romantic getaway or a small family adventure, accommodating up to 2-4 guests.

Unwind with beautiful Lake Chelan views from this waterfront condo. Step onto the spacious deck with outdoor dining and an electric BBQ grill, perfect for enjoying meals with a view. There's a large shared yard by the tranquil lake for outdoor fun and relaxation.

Lake Access and Water Activities: Enjoy easy access to Lake Chelan via the bulkhead and swimming ladders. Make use of the boat buoy and convenient mini boat launch / footpath for kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis. (Boat launches for larger watercraft are located in downtown Chelan or at the state park).

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August. To access the home, cross the grassy lawn and go up the stairs to unit #2.

We loved staying in this condo. The direct access to the lake was exactly what we were looking for—so nice to be able to jump right in from the yard or drop paddle boards in and enjoy the lake. The condo itself was basic and had everything you’d need for a stay. A quick drive to downtown Chelan for supplies, groceries, and restaurants.

Perfect, albeit small. I'd say that 2 people, with a 3rd (child, likely) could stay here an bliss, but no more.

Perfect stay on the lake

We enjoyed our time visiting Lake Chelan as a family with two small children. The views are outstanding, jumping straight into the water was a highlight, and the unit was as described and had everything we needed. I will clarify that there is a pull-out twin bed in the small couch in the living room in addition to the daybeds, which was a welcome surprise.

Close to town and a great view!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! We were in town for a wedding and the proximity to wineries and to Chelan was fantastic! The views were great as well! There was a bit of an odor when we first arrived, but it left once we opened the windows.

Exactly as advertised. We loved the setting, right on the lake, with lots of green grass and easy access to the water. Views from the deck were amazing and shaded for the most part- great for sunrise coffee or sunset wine and everything in between. Perfect for two people, we think. More is "doable", but would be crowded. We appreciated the airconditioning, even if a bit noisy. Bed was comfortable, bathroom a bit small but lots of storage. We could not hear outside noise, so that was restful. If the shower were a bit larger, we'd have no hesitation at all for a return stay!

Amazing access

If your top priority is access to the lake, nearby wineries and town of Chelan, this is a gray option.

Beautiful lake view

This is a simple unit, but the view is amazing and expansive. Nice option for a couple, small but adequate space. Very clean. Property manager was very friendly.

Family vacation

Lovely lakefront property with beautiful views. Beautiful grassy to relax on. We had son visit us with his pontoon boat & hooked it up on buoy overnight. Two weeks of peace & quiet overlooking water. Definitely a do over again

Cozy condo on the lake

The property is right on the lake, which is the biggest pro. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and and sharp knives (I'm always disappointed when arriving to a rental and the knives are dull). The linens were clean, as well as the rest of the condo. The outside of the condo could use a good cleaning, but it didn't bother me. It is a simple condo, nothing fancy, but if you want to be on the lake this is your place.

Waterfront condo Lake Chelan

Location, location, location, great access to the lake and 10 minutes from downtown. The room needed updating 10 years ago. Varnish was worn off on much of the furniture, air conditioning units barely worked, carpet and flooring were really outdated. Dishes had chips in them, silverware was mis-matched, coffee maker had coffee grounds in it when I showed up. Shower clogged and backing up, had to have maintenance come out and clean it to work properly. Outside deck needed cleanup, cobwebs everywhere, the furniture looked very sun beaten and worn, the grill barely worked and was filthy dirty (used only once). Made the best of it, again great location, quiet.

We have guests that come to this home year after year, and one who was there before and after this stay and had none of these complaints. The pictures on the listing are accurate.

A bit cramped but with great access!

We stayed in the left unit in this picture. It had a long padded bench for one or two people to sleep on, a hide-a-bed chair, and a queen bed with a separation. There are two air conditions--one in the bedroom and one in the main living room and they are loud difficult to sleep to. We had four people and it was tight when more than one person was in a space (i.e. bathroom, kitchen). Everything seems pretty outdated and there is no dishwasher so be ready to do your own. Still, we could run down to the water for a swim any time we wanted!! What a treat! And there was also a boat tie up if you needed to use it. Free parking and close to many wineries and to town. We had a great time minus the few inconveniences. Highly recommend this unit!

Good place considering cost

We didn't expect "posh" for $85/day. And it was not a destination for us, just a place to prepare meals and sleep. We have learned to take our own pots, pans and key cooking utensils, so didn't have to use any beat-up stuff. The internet worked only about half the time. Since the router for all four properties was in ours, the guy renting below us asked us to unplug and re-start the router so he could watch football on Sunday. However, that restart didn't work, so it's probably the local service provider at fault. Wood window blinds very difficult to work; one never did go all the way down. Main window toward lake has no curtain or blinds. Lots of gnats and such. Advice to keep windows and doors closed is OK except it can get pretty stuffy that way--and lots of the winged critters came in when we did go in or out the door. Would be nice to have a few small drinking glasses and smaller bowls. Website should note for seniors that there are 14 steep steps up to the place, and 20 yards of grass to haul luggage across from the parking lot.

Perfect Chelan getaway

We had a wonderful time here! You can not beat the location and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed our unit and would definitely return. Only drawback is that the deck is in need of repair. I would be leery of having younger child on it as the railings are quite wobbly and the rot on the boards leave many exposed nails.

Close to the water

Great communication with the rental company. The place was clean. My only dislike was the bathroom door was not really a door. It was like a closet door with Louvers. It was like two feet from the pillow on the bed. So it was minimal privacy. Other than that. It’s a great little place on the water.

Nice small place on the lake.

I stayed here for a week. Great, clean place along the water. Small upstairs unit suitable for one person or for a couple. 15 minute drive to Chelan for food and supplies
