Welcome to Reunion Oasis Villa, your ultimate luxury getaway in the heart of the renowned Reunion Resort. Just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions, this stunning vacation home combines elegant design, spacious comfort, and endless entertainment for an unforgettable stay.

The first floor features a grand King suite with a private bathroom and a convenient half bath. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional King suites with private bathrooms, a Queen suite with its own bathroom, and a fun-filled bedroom with four Twin beds sharing a bath—perfect for kids or groups.

Enjoy the open floor plan with a stylish living area and TV, a breakfast bar seating four, and a dining table for seven. Upstairs, the loft boasts a pool table, throwable darts arcade, and more space to relax. Outside, your private pool, outdoor dining area, and built-in BBQ invite you to savor sunny Florida days.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

This was the least well provided for VRBO I've ever stayed at and there have been many: no coffee or coffee filters, no S and P, ice dispenser didn't work, no DW tablets, minimal glassware, not even any extra garbage bags. And that is just for starters. Simply no attention to what guests needed.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this vacation home in Orlando! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. and the beds were incredibly cozy after long days at the parks

Family Thanksgiving Stay

The property is beautiful in a golfing community. The neighborhood was quiet . The house was nicley decorated and plenty of room for the family.We enjoyed celebrating Thanksgiving holidays with our family and friends.

Relax at Reunion.

Everything went well, check in etc. The home is very spacious however it’s starting to show signs of general wear and tear. It could do with being painted inside and I think some sort of vertical blinds in the the living room as the sun really gets through the voiles that are there at the moment. A/C was temperamental downstairs so I think that needs looking at too. More cushions for patio area as it’s a 5 bedroom house so potentially 10 adults could stay. Couple of other things not quite right but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

Great location/very safe

Loved the location and the houses are amazing. About 30 minutes to Disney with traffic. Nice secure space. Reached out about heating pool but never heard back. Space was bigger than photos show but room with crib is tight. Overall great place. Perfect that everyone had their own bathroom

Stayed here for a week with family. House was a little worn, shelves in fridge broken, small things like that but overall great location, perfect size, etc. No complaints.

Great location but few issues

Overall I would rate this house as 3.5/5. Location was great and plenty of room. One of the better properties my friends and I have stayed at. Only issues we had is could definitely tell it has been used quite a bit. Little items such as some door handles and toilet roll holders were were broken; wi-fi went out and would not come back up. Again minor issues but would stay again in the area.

Good

This is a great property. We liked that each bedroom had its own bath. It was spacious and we enjoyed the pool area. It was also quiet at night and beds are very comfortable. The property however needs a more detailed clean and we couldn't get any of the TV to work. Other than that everything else was great!

Hello We had a good stay at 1080 Castle Pines Couple things: Pool heat not very warm and we paid for it BBQ rental - outrageous expensive House supplies - things missing, could use a book at the home to indicate where things are and blue box pick up etc. Overall nice place😊

Luxury stay for an affordable price!

My family and I have been spending our mid-winter breaks in the Orlando / Kissimmee area for 4 years now. We have stayed in many different VRBO properties and this is by far the nicest! The home was furnished well, decorated nicely, clean, and housed us all comfortably (and with beds to spare!). There were a few details that showed the popularity and use of the home that included normal wear and tear such as a broken lounge chair, a broken sink sprayer, malfunctioning ice / water filter on the fridge, a shower that didn’t drain well and a few light bulbs that needed replacing. But the cleanliness was the best we’ve seen yet, and the responsiveness to our concerns was excellent. We would absolutely come back to this home and simply loved the area!

Fun at Reunion

This house was an excellent value. We were surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and the neighborhood was outstanding. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of towels. The house had more space than you can even tell from the photos. The only negatives were that the carpet/furniture was a little worn in spots, the water pressure in the showers was very low, and the pool wasn't very clean upon checking in. Other than that, it was a very nice home and we would stay again.

1080 Castle Pines Court

The housekeepers need to do a better job of cleaning the dust off the baseboards and they should come in the night before you arrive to make sure the home is spotless. It’s a lot of money to pay and then have to come in and do some things. Getting in touch with the management was quite difficult...they refused to respond to most things.

Average accommodations for the Reunion area

The home is nice, but needs some updating. The pool is beautiful and once we called a couple times, they did come out to turn on the The heat and took pristine care of the pool our entire visit. However, we stayed in a home across the street three years ago and so the rest of this review is based off of that. This house did not have all the basics we expected. Simple kitchen tools like a pizza cutter, spatulas, scissors, ice cream scoop, and measuring cups/spoons were missing. I reached out and they did not care. The carpet is dirty. There were no wash rags. Overall in comparison to our last stay, this house was average.

Spacious and empty

Disappointing stay. Upon arrival, code to open the front door key pad did not work & we had to call for assistance. Fridge ice maker was stuck - did not work. Fortunately the freezer still made ice. No coffee filters in the property. No salt, no pepper, no napkins, etc. But the dinner table set for 10 people with 10 plates, 10 sets of glasses, 10 sets of bread plates, etc. Took 10 minutes to clean that all up. Pool area had no cushions, pool was filthy, pool pumps not even on. However, there were 2 frogs using the pool. The next morning we woke to 3 yellow vested workers running leaf blowers and weed-eaters at 730am walking past the glass doors of living room. That is when I realized the glass sliding doors did not lock. Fortunately, there is a broom stick used to secure them. One garage door was broken and I had to manually secure it from inside, else it could be opened. Pool table had just 2 sticks that were not in playing condition. Each bathroom was provided one mint-sized soap bar. Someone’s tax returns are in the desk area. House was spacious but cold & we won’t be back. When I raised email concerns they referenced pool reports & maintenance reports, but I have photos of everything listed above. Fortunately we were not planning to use the grille (for a fee), because it was rusted and gross. On my next booking I will pay more attention to 7 pages of pre-arrival notes, as this was the first time I arrived at a house so bare.

Will not being using this company again

I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to a major issue with the air conditioning. During our stay, the AC unit broke down leaving us sweltering in extreme heat. On the first day of our trip the power went out briefly. Unfortunately we didn’t realize th AC up stairs never came back on. It was around 2 am and I woke up sweating! That morning I immediately reached out to the company and she assured me someone would be out that day. The family went to theme parks that day so the expectation was when we returned it would be fixed. That didn’t happen! I had to call again around 5pm this time a guy answered and said there was not even a work order for it!! Now I’m irritated. He told me some one wold come. A few hours later a technician did come however stated the part he needed wouldn’t be in until SUNDAY! We leave on Sunday! So I then called the emergency line it’s 85 degrees in this house and I’m not waiting until Sunday. After several times calling I finally reached a manager who stated he would call me back and NEVER DID! Finally came the next morning to fix the unit! So we had air conditioning 1 day out of 4! No ones has reached out or anything. That’s not the way to conduct business!

Perfect home for a large family.

This property was wonderful. It was close enough to Disney World and local attractions. The only negative was that is was not what I would call a fully equipped kitchen. There were no serving dishes nor was there a cutting board. Also believe them when they say bring everything you will need.
