Fun Family Condo on the Beach next to Heated Pools!

Location:
Fully stocked and remodeled condo across from the Sea Turtle rescue and next to Claytons Beach Bar. Condo is five minute walk to the beach without crossing any streets. Condo is located in Building D in picture of condo complex.

Living Area:
New double bed size sleeper sofa, love seat, and comfortable recliner allow your family to gather around the 44 inch wall mounted flat screen TV with 40 cable channels to relax after a busy day at the beach or pool. Sleeper sofa has 5.5 inch plush mattress.

Dining Area:
Family size table with 8 chairs makes everyone comfortable or get cozy with the cook and sit at one of the 4 bar stools close to the kitchen.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances featuring a flat top stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig Duo Essentials Coffee system (makes pots and single cups), blender, and toaster. Plus all the other amenities such as wine glasses and new cookware. Grilling utensils are also provided to grill at one of the community grilling centers located just at the end of the building.

Spacious Bedrooms:
Master bedroom has new king size bed, 40 inch flat screen TV, desk, black out curtains, and double door closet.
Second bedroom has new queen size bed and double bed with 32 inch flat screen TV, bureau, and BLACK OUT curtains for deep sleep.
Both rooms have power strip at night stands to charge phones.
Master bedroom has two towel hooks in the closet. Laundry basket on wheels to take laundry to APP operated complex laundry in middle complex building. Foldable towel rack in master bedroom closet to dry beach and bath towels for large groups.

Need Baby Equipment: Pack and Play and booster seats available upon request for families with small children. Pack and Play and 1-2 booster seats that fit on dining room chairs available upon request.

Two bathrooms with walk in showers, hand rails in shower for safety, large sink vanity and motel quality towels. Hand soap, toilet paper, and hair dryers provided.

Beach Closet:
Large hall closet with beach wagon, two beach umbrellas, four beach chairs, movable ice chest, and pack and play beach items for your children. Hall closet closest to kitchen contains cleaning items for quick clean up jobs, and barbecue tools kit. Host does not provide charcoal or lighter fluid but previous guests sometimes leave these items behind.

Spacious Outside Patio:
Newly furnished outdoor patio with 4 large lounge chairs, two small tables and one large round table for outdoor dining and games.

Condominium Complex Amenities:
Pools: Two heated pools located in the heart of each building. Rinse station with hose and shower on beach front patio at seawall.

Shuffleboard: Two shuffleboards with benches next to one of the barbecue areas. Guests can check out shuffleboard equipment at the front office.

Laundry Center: On site APP operated laundry enter with washer and dryers are available in the building between the two condo buildings.
Lush tropical plants make the complex look and feel like a Pacific Island paradise.

TIKI Complex has FOUR barbecue grill pit/smoking areas. Each area has large cement grill with cement picnic tables. Outside smoking is allowed in these four areas. No smoking on condo patio, in building hallways, or at pools.
