The location is central to the large resort area and the entertainment area. Located 1.3 miles north of the bridge on the beachfront.

This is a top notch location with great view of the beach. There was some issues at first that the host took care of right away. Our only reqrets are we we were not warned that the jacuzzi, baby pool, and tennis courts could not be utilized due to maintenance. Secondly, was we were told we could not utilize the umbrellas on the premises because they belonged to the owners, but we did not think much about this as we would call a service. Find out that the unmbrella and chair rental services are not allowed to set up in that area. Closest area was 10 blocks away. So you could go to beach but not have umbrellas unless you brought your own. The unit did have chairs to use if wanted to take to the beach. Once again we were not made fully aware of this as an issue. These issues will make a difference for us in renting in the future. It is a beautiful place with a great view but some shortcomings on being able to enjoy all the area fully

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Great location. We did a multigenerational family trip with ages ranging from 70's to an infant and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The view from the balcony alone was worth it, but the place was also super clean and well maintained.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was perfect for us 5 girls. Roccy & Diann were the best hosts. We needed an extra blow dryer & they brought a brand new one right over! Communication was amazing. We will definitely stay there again for our girls trip to Padre every year! Thank you Roccy & Diann for everything.

This was a nicely decorated condo with plenty of room for my family of 8. Close to the elevator so very convenient and we loved that the condo has shopping carts and luggage carts to help get stuff to your condo. Easy walk to stop restaurants. The view was beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. The parking was a little difficult if you don’t drive a small car. The garage was closed for maintenance. They didn’t have the tennis courts because it was being redone. (It’s on top of the garage). Not allowed to go sit on the beach with our personal chairs and awning until 9am per the guys setting up the umbrellas (that belong to the condo owners ) and a code enforcement officer. So if you are early risers that’s not ideal. Ice machine and water on the fridge didn’t work. Contacted the owner through the app and they had someone bring us a bag of ice right away so we didn’t have to go out until the next day for more. That was nice. Battery went out on the thermostat so we couldn’t read it or change it. Notified the owners and they sent someone to change the battery while we were at the beach. Make sure and bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. There was only one roll per bathroom. That may have been in the contracts I signed but don’t remember. There was a lot of rules and instructions to remember. One thing that was concerning is how all of our allergies were acting up the whole time we were there. we found a mold spot on the ceiling in the hallway.

The property was well maintained. We especially felt comfortable with security guards on property.There was ample parking for residents and guests.Beach space was somewhat limited as the condo association had owner umbrellas up early and they were never fully utilized. Guests were required to supply their own beach umbrellas/tents and find space often behind other guests or the owner umbrellas. we were issued wrist bracelets and required to wear them, but we noticed many guests coming onto the property and up from the beach without the wrist bands. All entries were gated and required codes. The trash room for bulky trash and large card board boxes was frequently locked. The bathrooms were conveniently located near the beach access. All hoses were present and working to facilitate quick wash downs of salty sand. Excellent property.

Everything we had hoped & more!

Beach More, Worry Less is the perfect name for this beautiful condo at Oceans Vista. This is the 2nd time staying here. Roccy was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. There were 9 of us from an 11 month old, 2 yo, 3 yo, their parents and my husband and I. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need for our stay and the beach! We hope to return next summer! Thank you!!

Overall stay was great. Room was spacious and as expected. No surprises. Great communication.

We have stayed at this property before, just not this condo, so we knew what to expect. Only disappointment was they closed the pool and hot tub for extensive repairs. It would have been nice to know that ahead of ti e.

The Best Experience

My family and I had the best experience with this Condo! It was my 2nd time staying and my families 1st! The Condo is beautiful, clean, and just what we needed! The view on the balcony is fabulous the pools and the beach were outstanding! Can't say enough about the accommodations! The Hosts are fantastic and very responsive! We will definitely be back!

Quiet safe family fun

Despite being a major university’s spring break, out place was clean, quiet safe and convenient. Private secure parking was nice as we had kiteboarding equipment on our vehicle.

We had family that wintered in South Texas for many years before we decided to purchase our place on South Padre Island. During our visits we decided that we love the ocean. The sounds, the activities, and the South Padre beach in particular are what draw us to this area. We have spent many happy days on the island since we purchased the unit. We look forward to more winter relief once we both retire.

We love Ocean Vista because of it's location. Right on the ocean but you can also see the bay and the fireworks from the front. Sunrise in the morning and sunsets in the afternoon. It is within walking distance of anything you need: grocery store, bars, and restaurants and shopping. Well kept building and grounds in a great location with a beach to walk and play on right outside your door.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We have been able to enjoy time with family and friends while we enjoy the South Texas area. We especially enjoy long walks on the beach, watching our grandchildren play in the sand and spending time in the pool and the hot tub. Children and grandchildren grow up too fast so it is great to spend time with all of them. It is wonderful that they all enjoy their time here, too.

We also enjoy dolphin watching and fishing in the bay and the ocean. There are so many good restaurants where we can get fresh seafood whenever we want it.
