This is a large, comfortable studio apartment. Lots of light and windows and tropical breezes, and central Air Conditioning. Comes with a nice backyard where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and have a nice BBQ. Casa Sunset is part of the larger Casa Caribe building but has it's own entrances and parking. Ask about Villa Caribe, the 2 bedroom adjacent property for 8.

Area is perfect for your Caribbean getaway vacation, lots of things to do and by great beaches and natural beauty. to enjoy. Our facilities have been recently remodeled and are equipped with air conditioning, new furnishings and appliances. Casa Sunset will be your headquarters to explore and enjoy the many nearby activities and attractions. Within minutes you will be at prime spots for World Class surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing, scuba diving and snorkeling

We had an amazing stay at Casa Sunset. The private parking, beach chairs, and great location made everything so easy and relaxing. The hosts also gave excellent restaurant recommendations which were some of our favorite meals of the trip. We would definitely stay here again!”

Great location

We loved the location and price. Laundry available to use $1 in quarters per wash/dryer was a bonus. Could have done without the neighbors rooster crowing at 4am, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

The property was perfect for my wife and I. Clean, AC, comfortable bed, full kitchen, hot shower, parking, and laundry. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond with any questions I had. Will definitely be back again!! Highly recommend!

Great place with excellent location very quiet and peaceful, property manager was great and very responsive, recommendations if possible add a ceiling fan so guests can keep doors open without A/C, also TV options are limited, not able to watch local channels, others channels were pre recorded news and TV shows, other than that excellent.

Single problem solver

My stay in the studio was wonderful. Perfect for a single person or a couple. The layout was great everything needed to spend time there was available in the house. I would consider returning to the studio in the future. However, I would call the owner to see if the roosters are still living there!!!

Great location and space

The studio apartment is beautiful! There was a small mix up with rooms but that was quickly and efficiently resolved. Allyn was very responsive and there are some lovely restaurants and beach within a 15 minute walk from the property. Overall a fantastic experience. Would highly recommend this property.

Our overall experience was excellent! The place,was clean ,cozy and on a safe area.

We gladly found many stores,near by. Communication with owner,and manager was effectively, answering all our doubts and concerns. Parking and laundry were a plus!! We're looking forward to come back soon!!😊

The studio

Everything was great with this studio my only complaint would be that the mattress was too soft. Cleaning products were left in the studio so that we could keep it as clean as we received it. We really like this.

Great comfortable and clean

I had to stay due to a funeral and I was with my two kids. This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay in. Everything worked except the TV system. I’m sure they will fix that. Fortunately my kids streamed what they wanted to watch. I love the avocado tree on the property and the orange tree. There is a pick nick cement table out back which was very nice to sit at. I also enjoyed all the pictures and beach decore. I recommend this place especially if you don’t need a fancy place. Its in a very nice area close to everything.

Just what we needed

We received a call from Puerto Rico that my father-in-law was very ill. We were checking for airline tickets and a place to stay in Aguadilla at 2AM. I just want to say we are very grateful we were able to get this place, because it was very last minute. We arrived at dawn the following day, exhausted. In our rush we forgot to rent a car! We called Don Carlos the property manager and he came to the airport to pick us up. He is very nice and helpful. We got a free upgrade from a studio to a two bedroom, the place was clean, very well equipped and I loved that it had a washer and dryer(coin). I just want to give a big thank you to Ivette and Allyn Johnson for allowing us to stay at this wonderful place, it is a mile from the airport, we hear a few planes fly over, but we enjoyed that. We had to stay an extra day than reserved because of funeral arrangements, they were very understanding. My family is definitely planning on renting this place again when we return to Aguadilla.

Perfect location near all beaches, restaurants, and attractions in the west side of PR.

The studio was perfect, spacious, organized with amenities and my wife loved the garden because it was like being in heaven.

The studio is awesome. Location, clean, have everythinggggg that you need for a great stay.

From this place we were very close to all the beaches that we want to explore (that are many). We were available to take a shower and be ready to go to a different restaurants for dinner that were very close too. The studio have great facilities and is superr clean.
