This charming and comfortable house is newly furnished and exquisitely appointed with all that you will need for a comfortable stay in heart of Yountville/Napa Valley. It is located in an established neighborhood within an easy and pleasant stroll to the restaurants and event locations in Yountville. And since Yountville is centrally located in Napa Valley, it is the perfect location for any of Napa Valley's many wineries, restaurants and activities. Not only is the house comfortable, but there is a little front porch to sit on, wine glass in hand and watch the simple neighborhood pace stroll by. There is also a charming and well-appointed backyard for relaxing and for entertaining. If you ever wondered what life would be like living in Yountville/Napa Valley, this would be it.

Terrific stay in Yountville

We had a wonderful month-long stay in Yountville at this property. It's a great location for walking to any of the restaurants or sights in town, and Peter is terrific as a host. The house is in great shape, and clean. Can't wait to come back next year.

July in Paradise

This is our third stay at this adorable home in Yountville. Peter and Gwen were excellent hosts, as always. The home was perfect, especially the beautiful and spacious back patio. We will be back.

Overall it was a good stay. Home was conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Cozy home just needed some updating on living room and kitchen furniture.

Very comfortable

The house was quite comfortable and walking distance to all of Yountville. Well equipped kitchen and nice back patio and grill. The host was helpful as well. Nice place.

Heart of it all

We had an excellent time here! Peter was great to work with. The home was exactly as advertised. The location is excellent as we love big cabernet and this was very close to the wineries that focus on those. The food in Yountville is also amazing and walkable.

Fabulous Time!

This is the third year my wife and I have stayed at Peter and Gwenny's beautiful property. We're always impressed with the location, the owner's responsiveness and of course the home itself. We particularly enjoy the gourmet kitchen and cooked many wonderful meals there.

Loved our time in Yountville

We loved every minute of our time in Yountville. Peter and Gwen are amazing hosts. The house is beautiful, quiet, and well appointed. The backyard patio has sun and shade throughout the day. Super walkable to downtown Yountville and easy access to all vineyards off Silverado or 29. Great location. Hopefully we will have a chance to come back and visit this special house and special place. .

Wonderful stay in Yountville

We had a great stay at this very clean, nicely managed house in the perfect Yountville location. Walking distance to everything you need and in a great neighborhood with friendly neighbors (one even baked us cookies!). The house was as described. Very clean and nicely laid out for a month-long visit. The back patio was great for enjoying the sun, and the front porch was the perfect place for a glass of wine in the late afternoon. Host was very helpful, responsive, and easy to deal with. We've booked another stay for next year.

Beautiful home! We especially loved the gourmet kitchen! Within easy walking distance of Yountville’s amazing restaurants and the vineyards that surround the town. Peter and Gwinny were gracious hosts! Highly recommended.

Paradise

We very much enjoyed our stay for the month of July. The house was clean, attractive and very well appointed. The highlight for us was the gorgeous back patio. Our host, Peter, was both accommodating and unobtrusive. We very much enjoyed our tour of his orchard. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely stay!

The home is perfectly located. We walked to every meal that we didn't make and enjoy at home at the fabulous outdoor dining table. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need, the bed is comfortable, water pressure in the bathroom - perfect. The only thing to note is the second bedroom is only one full size bed. The description showed king bed in both bedroom. Not a problem except for the one long weekend our two adult daughters joined us and had to share that one bed. This home is perfect though for a couple to enjoy all that Yountville has to offer. Great wineries nearby to experience as well! Cheers!

Charming house & beautifully located!

A big Thank you to Peter and Gwen! Love the house, design with large arched windows fantastic, so well appointed, kitchen has everything! Beds very comfortable. I loved the location in the neighborhood, in Yountville and within Napa valley. Always appreciated the communications too. Mostly I loved the front porch and the backyard, just relaxing, enjoying the gorgeous weather and breezes. Fabulous vacation! I’ll be back.

Perfect place!

What a beautiful house! Vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace, gourmet kitchen with a Viking range, lovely patio....and a perfect location with easy walking distance to Reddwood, RH Kitchen, Ciccio and downtown Yountville. Hosts were gracious and easy to communicate with. Definitely will stay there again.
