The spacious condo has been meticulously updated and beautifully decorated, featuring original art, hardwood floors, fine tile, quartz finishes, and mirrored accents. The newest addition is the expanded and updated outdoor patio, offering grassy views, privacy, and a serene atmosphere. As a single-story, end-unit condo with only one soundproofed wall, privacy and quiet are guaranteed.

Both bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with luxurious 1000 TC sheets, down comforters, and fat, soft towels in the bathrooms. The guest bath includes a soaker tub, while the master bath boasts an oversized shower.

The kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, with a massive quartzite island (6'x7') that seats six, a prep sink, a gas range with convection option, microwave/convection oven, a deep sink next to the dishwasher, and top-of-the-line cookware and knives.

Brew your coffee like a true aficionado with your choice of a fresh bean grinder and drip coffee maker for full flavor or a convenient Keurig machine for quick, pod-based perfection (coffee not included).

A wine fridge stores your Napa Valley wine purchases, and a micro/convection oven provides quick meal prep. But with so many incredible eateries nearby, cooking at home might not be necessary!

The open-concept living room features a 55" smart TV, surround sound speakers, and a cozy gas fireplace, making it the ideal place to relax. Both bedrooms offer ample storage, with walk-in closets and built-in organizers. The expanded patio space outside invites you to unwind, featuring a firetable, sofa, and chairs for ultimate relaxation. A private seating area by the master bedroom is perfect for an intimate escape, where you can sip your favorite glass of wine and enjoy the serene surroundings.

The home easily accommodates 4 people. Should you have guests that visit for the day, no problem. However, if you would like to have a few overnights with someone not on your rental agreement, please let me know. There could be additional charges for over 4 guests but, I will happily approve should they stay only 1 or 2 nights.

PETS: please see pet category. There is an automatic $50 deposit against damages from a pet. Small animals work the best. Any attempt to hide that a guest has brought in an unapproved pet, will result in an additional $50 fine.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer in the garage, ample parking space for two cars, and access to a pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse just across the street. Long-term rental options are also available.
