PEDRONI, is a new charming stone house located in the historic part of Yountville and just a few minutes walk from the center of town, on a quiet street, the perfect refuge and launchpad for your stay in the Napa Valley.

Note: Minimum 30 nights stay (firm).

Perfect location for restaurants and wineries. The house is amazing and has everything you will need for an extended stay.Jill and Charlie were great hosts and had great recommendations for day trips.We would love to return.

Perfect house and location for an extended stay in wine country! Attention to detail best describes this oasis in beautiful Yountville. From its gorgeous backyard/patio for alfresco dining to the open concept layout inside, this property checks all the boxes. You won’t want to leave!

Amazing Yountville Experience

We had an amazing time at Jill’s house in Yountville! She was a great host and answered any and all questions in a timely manner. The location is perfect if you want to experience Yountville and all it has to offer. The house was cute and comfortable. We took advantage of the cleaning service in the middle of our stay and it was clean when we returned. We would definitely book with Jill again! We are already talking about staying there in the coming year!

Amazing house, location and stay …

After many trips to Napa Valley over the years, we couldn’t have found a more ideal or perfect place to stay than this house we found in Yountville. The house is beautiful, clean, up-to-date and in a great location. The owners were accommodating, communicated so well and just terrific people.

Fantastic Rental

Cannot say enough about this rental. Jill and Charlie are amazing hosts (A+). The rental itself is modern, spacious, extremely clean, with all the amenities one could ask, while located in a great spot within walking distance of everything in Yountville. Would absolutely recommend this rental to everyone.

Yountville abode in Provence

A beautiful home and back garden, with super responsive owners. It is a perfect location, close to all the restaurants for which the area is famous, justifiably so. The town is charming, an enclave between Napa and Saint Helena. Jill and Charlie Canellakis cared for me as if I was family.

Our stay at the Pedroni House could not have been nicer. It felt like home with a well appointed kitchen for the serious cook. It is close to anything and everything you would want to do in the wine country. Jill and Charlie are exceptional hosts.

Beautiful memories at Pedroni included Thanksgiving dinner al fresco in the garden by the fireplace

Pedroni provided us the perfect home base for a Napa Valley vacation. The house itself manages to be both intimate and spacious at the same time. During our month in Yountville when we had one or two friends staying with us the size of Pedroni felt 'just right' for our small group. Yet on Thanksgiving when we hosted nine friends and family for a day of cooking, wining and dining, Pedroni felt more than large enough for our three-generational party. The glass doors to the back patio slide open the entire width of the house making one continuous space between the great room and the lush garden with its comfortable furnishings, huge table and massive stone fireplace. The Pedroni house is the best stocked and equipped vacation home we've ever rented. Furnishings are first-rate, beds are completely comfortable, and the home seems designed to maximize its tenants' enjoyment of the beautiful wine country outdoors. And did I mention the elevator? Another perfect accoutrement that was immensely helpful to us. Pedroni evokes the warmth, thoughtfulness and welcoming personality of its owners, Jill and Charlie Canellakis. From my first inquiry regarding booking to our last few minutes in the house as we checked out, Jill and Charlie were friendly, considerate and interesting. They are the kind of people you'd like to get to know better; the kind of people in whose home you would be happy to stay. I can't recommend Pedroni in Yountville strongly enough. I'm sure you will make your own special memories there.

Pedroni is an beautiful home in the best town in the Napa Valley

The Pedroni House is more beautiful than the pictures show. My wife and I just left after spending the entire month of September with so many great memories. The home is very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the hot air balloons each morning from the front balcony and the beautiful outdoor fireplace on the cool evenings. We even made a brick oven pizza in the out door pizza oven. It was so good. Charlie and Jill have done a great job with this property and they are very gracious host. You cannot find a more beautiful and more convenient home in Yountville. We will definitely come back.

Amazing rental in Yountville

We have visited Yountville numerous times in the past, but none of out trips can compare to our month-long stay at beautiful Pedroni. From the moment we walked in the front door, our experience was exceptional. Jill and Charlie have thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. We quickly felt like it was our home (except our house isn't quite as well-appointed.....heated bathroom floors! ) Although Napa has many wonderful restaurants, we prepared many of our meals at Pedroni. It was a joy to use the kitchen and the outside grill and then eat our meal on the secluded patio. And, of course, it probably goes without saying that living in Yountville for a full month is a truly incredible experience. We have loved the town and the valley for years and can now add to that our love of our new "home away from home"...Pedroni. Enjoy!

A Real Treasure

My husband and I spent the month of October at Pedroni in Yountville, California. Pedroni is a house built for wine country visitors desiring a home with five star accommodations for a month long stay: an elevator to comfortable bedrooms; two bathrooms upstairs and a powder room downstairs; plenty of hot water and good water pressure; top-line kitchen appliances; a filtered water dispenser; every cable channel imaginable connected to a surround sound system, and internet wi-fi. There's even a printer with paper supplied. Outside the dining area, there's a gurgling wall fountain and off the living area through massive sliding glass doors is a trellised garden where we had our morning coffee and read our Kindles with white roses on one side and a brick oven (with oak and fruit wood supplied) atop a fireplace. Placed discretely out of sight is a spotlessly clean Weber gas grill. Pedroni is well located for walking all over the charming village of Yountville. It's an easy drive to Napa with all the stores you would need for supplies and to charming St. Helena and Calistoga. Here is what was very important to us: the representations of Pedroni on the web site are absolutely accurate. We have rented other homes in the past and found those web site contained serious misrepresentations which made for major disappointments. That was certainly not the case at Pedroni. If it is listed on the Pedroni site, you can be sure it will be there. In fact, Pedroni's web site understates its quality, amenities and convenience. Jill and Charlie are wonderful hosts who had helpful tips and made our month in Yountville both enjoyable and a warm memory.

Five Star Find!

I told the owners Jill and Charlie it would be difficult to write this review as I fear Pedroni will then be booked all the time. Nevertheless, it is only fair that I let those interested in renting a property in Yountville know how much we loved our month. The photos represent the home perfectly. You will not be disappointed! We have always been reluctant to rent, because we enjoy the amenities at five star hotels. However, after falling in love with Yountville almost thirty years ago, we decided it was time to have an extended vacation there. Everything at Pedroni is top of the line, and Jill and Charlie have created a five-star treasure. It is a beautiful home that is meticulously maintained. While Charlie and Jill respect your privacy, they are available whenever you have a question or need something. We had an array of guests and everyone loved the place. The elevator was a huge hit, especially when taking heavy luggage up to the second floor. The upstairs hallway, overlooking the lower level, provides a comfortable distance between the master and guest bedrooms. Every morning I awoke around 6:00 a.m., drew the drapery and said to my husband, "It is another beautiful day in the valley." We grabbed cups of Nespresso coffee and sat on the balcony to watch the hot air balloons and soak in the lovely view of the mountains. Most evenings were spent on the garden patio and on colder evenings, we lit a fire. We have already booked Pedroni for April 2015 and cannot wait to return!

Perfect

My husband and I have been traveling to Napa over the passed 15 years staying mostly in hotels and a few rentals. Our stay at Pedroni was one of our best experiences by far over the years. The photos of the home posted on vrbo are beautiful, however, the house is even better in person! The garden is so beautiful, peaceful and private. It's a perfect place for a morning cup of coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. The home is in a great location in Yountville. You can walk to all the good restaurants, etc. (some right around the corner) and yet still feel you're in a quiet residential area. We loved staying here and plan to return. All of our guests loved it too. The home is very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The best part about Pedroni are the homeowners, Jill and Charlie. They are incredibly nice and so helpful. I'm just counting the days until I can return to this lovely home.

European luxury in the heart of Yountville

My wife and I frequent Napa many times and hope to settle there someday. For this trip, we wanted to stay somewhere different, where we could feel like a local, yet with all the amenities of a 5 star resort. We found it! Jill and Charlie created an exquisite home in the heart of Yountville, in walking distance to all that Yountville has to offer. The home exceeded our expectations and that's no easy task. We concur with all the previous reviews, you will not be disappointed staying at Pedroni House...just having to say "until next time". Thank you Jill and Charlie, you truly are wonderful people.

Simply the best

This little house on a quiet street in Yountville is quite simply the best place you could hope to find yourself. It is like living in a jewel box. Every detail is perfect. It is comfortable, charming, convenient, it is FUN! Jill and Charlie are the perfect hosts. They make you feel welcome as personal friends, and are always available should a concern arise, or if you need a recommendation for anything from which gym to go to to which incredible restaurant you should try. It is close to both the town of Napa for practical things like Whole Foods, Trader Joes, and Target, and to St. Helena for fabulous shopping, restaurants - if you run out of the ones in Yountville - and galleries. I can't say enough about this wonderful spot. Treat yourself, and come spend some time here.

How do you spell perfection? This is the place. Every single thing in the house and garden is of the highest quality and chosen with care by the owners who couldn't be more accommodating or helpful. My husband and I would have coffee on the balcony outside our bedroom and watch the hot air balloons float overhead. We rented bikes next door. We walked to the nearby health club and stopped for coffee at Bouchon Bakery on the way "home." And at the end of the day we enjoyed having a glass of wine in the garden with a fire going to chase away any chill. All is better than described. Besides the best restaurants in America right outside the door, the kitchen is fully stocked for the serious cook. Who would complain about perfection?

Incredible home in the heart of wine country

My husband and I are renting this home for two months and are in heaven. This house is stunning: the gorgeous architecture, beautiful interiors and furnishings, top-notch amenities (heated floors, top of the line appliances, complimentary streaming Netflix movies, gas or wood burning fireplace, outdoor pizza oven, elevator) and all the details... lovely dishware, patio furnishings, wine glasses, bedding, towels, orchids, fresh-cut lemons from their tree... everything. The location right in the best part of Yountville is perfect - close enough to walk to all the restaurants and action, yet on a quieter block north of town. We cannot recommend this property more highly and Jill and Charlie are outstanding.
