The deck has comfortable trek decking, new furnishings, outdoor lighting, ceiling fan and natural wood cathedral ceiling.
You will instantly relax when you see for yourself just how comfortable and cozy our house really is. The location is slightly tucked away, yet only minutes from downtown Chimney Rock Village.
The interior of our home is just as comfortable and inviting as the new outdoor addition, with windows across the entire front to enjoy the mountain views and let in all the natural light.
The indoor cathedral ceiling and open concept style, sets the stage for you and your loved ones to gather and enjoy each others company while cooking in our brand new kitchen, share the space playing games, listening to music or watching TV on the large new smart TV.
You can bring the outdoors inside while sitting on our new and enlarged screened in outdoor deck and listen to the tranquil sounds of the babbling Broad Run River.
Our home has modern comfortable decor, 2BR, 2Bath, and a leather sleeper sofa in the main living area, all of which are queen size beds.

Downtown Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Hendersonville, Sliding Rock and Tryon International Equestrian Center are only a short 20 to 30 minute drive. There is amazing hiking at Chimney Rock Park, Hickory Nut Falls, Pisqua National Forest and DuPont State Park where "The Hunger Games" was filmed, just to name a few great locations.

Note: One Amazon security camera is located inside the house behind the TV positioned at the front door for security reasons. It is motion activated with ABSOLUTELY NO AUDIO present and NO VIEW WHATSOEVER of the inside the house. Due to the nature of how the front door is constructed it would be picking up motion and be activating all the time if positioned outside.
