Great Pet Friendly Home in Moab

We had a wonderful time staying here while we were visiting Moab. We loved the open feel of the kitchen/living room area and thanks to the big windows we were able to enjoy the beautiful views and sunshine when we were inside on the days we were working remotely. The main level bedroom and bathroom are spacious and having the extra half bath was a nice bonus. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and used the washer/dryer a couple of times during our stay. Having a hot tub in the backyard was great for relaxing and stargazing after a day out on the trails. The attached garage made for easy loading/unloading of dogs, gear, and groceries. We added two nights to the beginning of our reservation at the last minute to avoid driving through a snowstorm and we were able to later extend our stay two additional nights since we were having such a nice time. Shelly was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again! Note: There were only two of us plus our two dogs so we didn't use the upstairs bedrooms or bathroom.While our stay was nearly perfect, I am still dealing with Evolve over a billing issue nearly a week after our stay ended.

There was a minor issue with the stove, our host reached out and let us know before we arrived. It did not impact our stay at all. Fantastic location for visiting Arches and Canyonlands national parks. Super clean and the hot tub was a bonus.

Perfect Spot to Relax

I absolutely loved our stay in Moab. This is a beautiful home to stay in. It has great space and was very clean. Michael was super responsive and helpful with all my questions. The location is close to Arches National Park and downtown Moab.

Best vacation rental we have every had

The property is new and in great condition and shows as advertised. The set up of the house is perfect. We only had 4 of us and a small dog, and the unit could have easily handled twice that and still been roomy and comfortable. The garage access was great given we were here during the cold months. The kitchen is fully stocked. The town is a short 5-10 min drive and the Village Market is great for picking up supplies to cook at the house.

This home is absolutely wonderful! Quiet and safe neighborhood, well stocked kitchen, lovely decor, very clean. All of the furnishings and linens are very nice. Directv and WiFi all worked well. Easy access to the home, communication was a breeze. The attached townhome is also a vacation rental which is ideal in my opinion so that you don't feel like you are in a full-time resident's space. We stayed in the winter so did not use the yard, but it appeared very spacious and tidy.

Great property!

Property is exactly as pictured. Clean and functional with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Very close to downtown Moab (less than 10 minutes) and in a great location between Arches and Canyonlands National Park. Will be returning for our next Moab trip!

Wonderful stay!

We used this property as a meeting point for our family, who traveled from four diff states. The property was exactly what we needed in terms of space and to cook Thanksgiving dinner! It was well equipped for our meal and the property itself was comfortable and accommodating for 7 adults and one child. The location was perfect for the areas we wanted to visit, too. We had questions, at one point, for the property management and they responded quickly and helped us with what we needed. Highly recommend!

Nice house but the back yard is behind a dog park for a RV site

Nice place. The master bedroom was great, the upstairs rooms were small though. It was a very nice house, but donā€™t expect any privacy in the backyard because there is a RV park back there, and their dog park is right behind a chain link fence.

Excellent Moab Home with Garage and Hot Tub

This place was great. Plenty of space. New. Nicely designed. Has everything you need. We didnā€™t use the private hot tub, but itā€™s great that it has it. Would stay again 100%.
