BEACHSIDE and Barefoot in the sand and that is what you will have at this 1-bedroom condo that sleeps 4. You are only steps away from the beach where it is a wide-open space for your enjoyment. We have an 81-unit complex where it makes is easy to spread out on the beach. It is a 1st floor unit, so you don't have to wait on any elevator (we don't have any). You can park right outside your door which makes it easy to unload and load.

This first-floor, one-bedroom, one-bath pool side condominium is beautifully decorated and painted and is located in a family-oriented quiet, gulf-front complex at the East end and prettiest part of Panama City Beach (Nautical Watch). St. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, Shopping at Pier Park, great restaurants, a Walmart (for the things you forgot) and the fishing marina are all within a couple of minutes’ drive. The beach is wide with white sugar sand and sparkling clear blue and green water.

Just a few steps will take you to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Nautical Watch, is a privately owned, family-oriented vacation and resort development. This unit is located on the first floor only 15 feet from your car.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, room darkening drapes for that vacation sleep-in time. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. It has one full bath with shower and tub. The fully furnished kitchen has a stove, refrigerator w/ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and so much more. We provide hand, dishwashing soap, and a limited amount of TP to get you through the first couple of days. You will need your own toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner.
The living area has a chase queen size sleeper sofa and matching chair. There is also a table/chairs for dining. The sliding glass door leads to the patio with table, chairs and a great view of the pool area. The tropical landscaped pool area includes lounge chairs, tables and chairs with umbrellas. To the right of the pool is a bath house with restrooms, a shower and grill area.

Our condo is poolside and only a few short steps to the white sandy beaches. No roads to cross or crowds to deal with. Park right outside the door to make loading and unloading easy. If you have kids, you can let them swim in the private pool while you relax on the ground floor balcony and not worry about their safety.
We do reduce rates for LONG TERM RENTALS from November until February, please inquire about a reduced rate and enjoy Florida.

We are located on the quiet end of Thomas Drive. Jet ski rentals, banana boat, and parasailing are all on the beach at our complex for your enjoyment.
Our home will accommodate 4 persons very comfortable with a King size bed and TV in master, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Don’t stay in congested high rises where you will wait on an elevator for half an hour in the summer! Don’t stay in a kitchen-less tiny hotel room! Don’t stay on the non-beach side of Thomas Drive and have to walk across a busy road to get to the beach. Come on down and enjoy Panama City Beach in the comfort of this condo.
