Anytime of year is a great time to visit beautiful Panama City Beach.
You’ll love this colorful and cozy condo on the quiet ‘East end’ of Panama City Beach. Just minutes from the areas marinas as well as St. Andrews State Park. Great restaurants, bars, & shopping being minutes away make this the perfect location for experiencing the best of Panama City Beach. Our condo has been recently renovated & newly furnished. + we got a brand new, wonderful king mattress as oc 9/2/2023! Its the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Come live the beach life like a local!
Largo Mar is a family favorite and is truly one of the most cozy properties on the beach. It has gated entry for safe parking and a private beach access. This means that the beach here seems uncrowded even during peak times. Mostly locals, Largo Mar has a serenity you won’t find in a high rise condominium.
We have 2 beach chairs, umbrella & other beach items for you to take to the beach with you.
A private balcony off the living area, overlooks the courtyard & pool. Just yards from the door, you’ll find the large poolside deck is the perfect place to relax. The private beach access is just a few steps away.. the large beachfront community sunset deck is a popular gathering spot. This complex is conveniently located within walking distance to Schooners, Dollar General, surf shops, and several restaurants.
Our cozy condo is a newly furnished 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Our second floor entrance leads to the remodeled, newly decorated & furnished living room. Large patio & full bath just off living area. Plus a fully stocked kitchen where you’ll find everything you need to make a great meal.
Ultra comfy queen size sleeper sofa can sleep 2 in the living room. Don't worry about missing a show or a game because we have a huge flat screen TV in the living room (We've got cable and wifi of course!).
Upstairs master bedroom has full bath & luxury king bed. Smart Tv with streaming service + cable. Plus private entrance & a 2nd deck/balcony off the bedroom overlooks your designated parking spot, the pet area & has views of the beach & Thomas Drive.
Overall Largo Mar is a great community! Even in the summer the pool & beach here are never crowded. The sunsets from here are perfect. Dolphins are spotted all the time! The beautiful Saint Andrews State Park is less than a mile away. Restaurants & shops are within walking distance (like Schooners!). Marinas nearby for dolphin tours, fishing trips & more. Come stay at our home away from home for your next vacation & have a wonderful time!

Pool view, pet friendly, very clean, had all the beach accessories you need for the beach, pull out couch bed was very comfortable. Host was always prompt at returning messages. The only thing I will say is at night trying to sleep it was a little noisy outside with local bar concerts and people in the hot tub. Definitely recommend bringing a white noise machine. Townhouse has an adorable beach theme.

Stayed here for a quick get away and lived every minute of our stay. The condo is beautiful and the property is very well maintained and secure. A quick walk and easy access to the beach was wonderful as well. We loved this place and will definitely be back for another stay in the future.

Very satisfied

The reason i stayed at this location is because I wanted to bring my dog, which they allow. The location to the beach was perfect. The owners were very attentive, easy to talk to and they made sure that we were pleased with our stay. I will absolutely stay there again when visiting PCB.

Great stay in a quiet and safe location

We loved the unit and the fact that it was in a gated community. Close enough to walk to places like Schooners and Patches. We had a great stay.

We loved the condo, very clean and well maintained. The quiet relaxing atmosphere was nice. Easy beach access with everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beach! The best part was being a pet friendly condo, our fur baby loved being included on the family vacation!

Great Stay

We were in town for summer vacation/ dance competition. The condo has a great pool and fantastic beach access. Additionally, it was in a convenient spot for us to get back and forth to where we were going quickly.

Sunset at the beach - PCB

We vacation yearly in PCB and this property is one of the best we have rented at the beach. Clean, cozy, cute upgraded decore and fixtures, quite and easy access to the beach. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Great commuication with owners with quick response. Highly recommend this property and will contact them again on our next vacation.

We had a lovey stay!! Everything you could need for a family of four! Very nice washer and dryer! Could use a new bed though. Great complex with a quick walk to the beach. The price was a A+ with this condo! We will be staying again. Thanks 😉

A vacation to remember

The property, location, amenities, host...were all as described. My wife, yorkie and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The host (Camy) was extremely helpful and courteous and unbelievably fast in responding to messages. It was one of the nicest properties that we've stayed at in Panama City beach. The unit was very well decorated, clean and full of upgrades. The beach and pool were steps away and not crowded. As stated, the hosts description is as described; only it exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend that others do as well.

Quiet and Relaxing.

Loved the property very very quiet and so relaxing. Loved the gate community and the parking was great no walking miles to get to your room. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped, my only suggestion would be a crock pot. Access to beach was easy. We will be repeat customers! Oh wait one more suggestion a box fan for the bedroom would be great. Thank you

Regarding our stay 09/25/17 - 09/29/17 Place needs serious renovation!

My husband and I stayed here, and was very disappointed, with our stay. We arrived there early on the day of our check in, only to be met by one of the owners in the parking lot that said the condo was clean and ready. We walked in and upstairs in the bedroom there was a pile of dirty towels and sheets in the floor. We then turned down the comforter and the sheets were all tousled around and nobody had even changed those either. We took all of the bedding off and there on the mattress protector was a huge stain that looked like a urine stain. I have pictures of all of this if I can get them downloaded onto this site. We went out to the beach where we seen the owner again, so my husband spoke with him about the issues so far. We put the bedding in to wash before going to the beach. He got on the phone and called the cleaning lady who informed him it had not been cleaned since the week before. Later he was nice enough to knock on our door and give my husband 100 dollars back. The bed, described as NEW has a mattress about the equivalent of a blow up mattress at best. We did not sleep at all. There was no support and our feet was hanging off due to the caving in and no support. My husband tried to go downstairs to the NEW sofa sleeper only to find it did not have a mattress made for it and was horrible. After looking at past reviews I see this issue has been brought up before and nothing has been done yet. The plugs in each bathroom did not work, so finally my husband flipped the breaker and the one downstairs worked, but was loose so you had to hold 1 hand on the plug and 1 for the blow dryer. The cable box did not work right and their was no instructions or TV guides left to instruct you, so there is very little TV stations you can get. We met an owner of 1 of the other units at the beach and actually went inside there and there was no comparison. There condo was updated and very nice. This was like a working vacation for us, and we actually thought about leaving if we did not love the beach so much. I have let the owners know, not sure anything will get done or not. I feel if you pay 1/2 what we did for this place you have paid too much. We have stayed at many condos in PCB over the years and have never quite experienced this before. It is usually clean , with the owner checking in to make sure everything is ok. I would never go back! Our backs still hurt. I have pictures I am actually going to try and post, so you can see!

Beautiful place

Live that you had a couch & love seat. More comfortable than a chair. Liked that you turned the half bath into a full. Very clean place. We just love the Largo Mar Condo's family atmosphere.

My daughter and I found our new spot in Florida

This was the perfect stay for me and my daughter and her friend … the 4th of July fireworks show was the best I’ve ever seen .., the community seems to be close and family orientated which made me feel really safe with my teens and there was a paddle board rental and chair rentals right on the beach just steps away … I travel with a dog and this condo allowed her to stay with us which is a big deal to me …,, I honestly can’t say enough positive things about how awesome the host and the stay was … it was very appreciated and will be our new spot in Florida

Lots of reasons! Gated community - safe and uncrowded! The people that come to Largo Mar are the nicest neighbors you can get. Great pool & a hot tub just out the door -
private beach access - perfect sunsets! Walking distance to my favorite restaurant and beach bar. Plus a short drive or long walk to one of my favorite places in the world, St Andrews State Park.
