A Fantastic Modern, Comfortable Home with Beautiful View

Katy's home is fantastic—modern, well decorated, comfortable, good kitchen amenities and a great location for a Hamptons getaway! Stayed with a few friends for a long weekend and enjoyed every moment. Communication with Katy was amazing, she was responsive, helpful and shared some of her local favorites. Check-in/check-out was super simple. Gorgeous sunset views off the water, great yard/pool. Definitely adding to my list of favorite Hamptons properties and would stay again!

Amazing sunsets!

This well designed beautiful house has both water views of a marina out the front and a lovely pool in the back. It is on a main road but still private and cozy. The main bedroom and one guest room on the main floor, plus a second guest room upstairs, are comfortable and the owner has thought of every need. She is extremely responsive and helpful. This place is special.

We fell in love with this home The pictures don’t do it justice. I loved watching the sunsets

Overall it was a great experience There were some issues with the pool (nothing one can control) but the owner was super responsive and had help to fix it promptly The owner is easy to reach and on top of everything The house is close to a fabulous farm market and other markets Also we were able to walk into East Hampton village and drive into Amagansett in minutes You feel like you’re away from it all but actually close to everything The kitchen is well stocked and the lovely linens were all provided It was truly a vacation

Amazing Hamptons Home

This is the perfect Hamptons vacation home. Everything was nicely laid out for us and there were zero issues. We stayed two weeks and did not have to contact anyone once. The house has a beautiful modern feel with that great beach vibe. Can't wait until our next stay here!

Great views, beautiful property

This home is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable for 6 adults. The view of the harbor was great in the early morning and late day sun. Plenty of outdoor yard space to enjoy also. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great house, great experience, exceeded expectations

We had decided to book a last-minute stay for Labor Day weekend, and chose this house because of the beautiful interiors and water views in the pictures. The house ended up being even better than in the pictures--large, open, and beautiful, with every detail meticulously considered. It was also sparkling clean and extremely well appointed. Truly a luxurious and relaxing experience lounging around. The views also did not disappoint. We managed to catch a couple of sunsets over the marina from the living room and they were stunning. It was also a very "beachy" vibe being across from the marina, which added to the experience. The owner was so nice and responsive both in the booking and stay process--she made the last-minute booking easy, and was accommodating for schedule changes. The location is also great. It was a quick drive to the beach or to town, and a quick walk to a great restaurant and to "Demarks," a terrific upscale market/deli. We walked to Demarks for breakfast sandwiches each morning.

Perfect house in a great location

We loved our stay - the house was beautiful, the location perfect for beach, biking, sunsets, and walks on the marina. For those who plan to cook, the kitchen is really well-outfitted and organized. Host Katy was super responsive and flexible. Highly recommend for a Hamptons stay!

Beautiful Getaway in the Hamptons

We had an amazing experience at this property. The house was beautiful - extremely clean and spacious, with a calming decor. It was the perfect weekend getaway with my family! Katy was a very helpful and responsive host throughout the whole process. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and value in the hamptons

House was very nice and clean. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable and suitable for adults. House was well furnished and nice views of 3 mile harbor. Great location and owner host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend for adults and families for short or long term rental.

Great stay!

This house was even better than expected! It was clean and seemed brand new! Katy was a great host, leaving us instructions for all we could ever need to do in town. There was tons of space and the perfect house for a getway with my friends. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Home on the Water

I cannot rave enough about how beautiful, relaxing and well stocked this home was. We had everything we needed from toothbrushes to beach towels. There home is larger than expected and had a fully stocked fridge. The house was perfectly curated for a Hamptons weekend getaway! Also, the owners were very accommodating for an early arrival late departure! Would book again in a minute! Thank you for the lovely stay!
