This stylish and renovated home is located in the center of East Hampton Village, just a short distance to shops, restaurants, jitney, train and the beautiful and popular East Hampton Main Beach! Voted one of the Best beaches in America! First floor has a wide open living room looking out towards the gorgeous gunite pool, a comfortable dining area with a beautiful dining room set, sleek recently renovated kitchen and den. Three TV’s!

There is a luxurious stone bathed bathroom with very large walk-in steam shower! Upstairs there is a spacious master suite with glamorous, modern bathroom, walk in-closet (and flatscreen TV), three guestrooms (2 with queens, and another with two twins) and another full bathroom.

Outside the expansive, fenced-in backyard is lushly landscaped and has a bluestone patio and large heated gunite pool.

Look No Further

Perfect accommodation for a visit to The Hamptons. Ideal location 15 minutes or less to everywhere, Sag Harbor, Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Carissa's bakery in Amagansett. Easy walk into East Hampton itself. Delicious restaurants await. Enjoy this perfect place to relax and stay on property...laze about on the lawn...fire up the grill and chill. Would love to visit again and stay at this cozy and comfortably charming home.

Wonderful house and host

We loved our 8-day stay in East Hampton. The house was spacious and beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The sheets were so soft I came home and ordered the same ones! It was clean and so comfortable with a beautiful yard, pool and patio. And the owner could not have been nicer or more helpful and even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We loved every minute and highly recommend it.

Perfect Summer in Easthampton

We loved the house. It was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect - walkable to beach and town. Backyard pool area was very special - serene and private.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful home. Owner was very responsive. Issue with cable upon arrival was taken care of right away! Great location, nice home, wonderful backyard. Looking forward to our next stay, which is already booked!!!

Perfect home for our long weekend getaway

The house is lovely - fantastic indoor layout, private outdoors, very clean, and great location in terms of being close to Main Street. We were four adults with plenty of room to come together and enjoy each other's company, but also spread out for alone time. Kid-friendly - my 5-year-old was a big fan of the spacious backyard, pool, and games. Beds are comfy, towels are plentiful, and the kitchen came with all the appliances and cookware, and tableware you'll need to make great meals. We certainly hope to stay again and would recommend to anyone looking for a charming place to relax and/or entertain. Thank you!

Fabulous property. Reminded us of a very cosy and welcoming beach house.

Four adults and one 3 year old were able to comfortably spread out - many leisure rooms and a fabulous, spacious outdoor area. We were fortunate to have beautiful sunny, warm days so we were able to make use of the pool and deck chairs. Overall a great holiday in a beautiful part of the world in a beautiful home. Thank you.

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

We rented the house for a family getaway. This is such a beautiful, comfortable home with a lovely private yard and pool. We had everything we needed and it was just like home from home. So comfortable and relaxing. Very close to the Main Street and lovely restaurants. We had a great family time. The owner was so helpful and kept in touch and responded to emails immediately. We would highly recommend this home and hope to visit again soon.

Ideal Girls Getaway

This beautiful East Hampton cottage was a perfect backdrop for five girls celebrating a 50th birthday. The house was perfectly appointed, and we enjoyed great chats around the fireplace, at the kitchen table and by the pool! It was a pleasant walk to East Hampton Village, and we thoroughly enjoyed a 1-day North Fork wine tour! Delightful stay here!

Great location, well appointed and comfortable house

We rented the house for my son's first birthday, so we would have ample space to host our family coming into town. The owner was very responsive, checked in on us during our stay and was very helpful with all of our questions. The home is in an excellent location and very walkable to downtown. The house is very comfortable and laid out well for visiting. The yard is a great size, fenced and private. The house had everything we needed during our stay and was well stocked with cookware, glassware, etc. We certainly enjoyed our time at the house and would highly recommend the home to anyone looking for a great location getaway in East Hampton.

Home away from home

This light, spacious and airy house was well situated close to the main area of East Hampton. The layout is a perfect for a family and it has a wonderful, large, flat back garden. The house is furnished beautifully with a lot of thought and care. There is plenty of bed linen/towels of good quality. The steam shower downstairs was fantastic and it has all the essential appliances. It is a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It is such a relaxing, easy home to settle into and simply enjoy the surrounds and fresh air!

Wonderful New Years Getaway

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights over New Years. The house was a great central location and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and easy to find and we loved that the entire yard was fenced in with gates especially for our dog. The owner was extremely pleasant and very communicative. We also loved the fireplace! We loved relaxing here and reading and enjoying a glass of wine. I would definitely stay here again!

Great House and Location

We had a wonderful long weekend. The house was clean and the owner was so easy to work with. The kitchen was great we cooked several dinners there...it really felt like we were entertaining at home not at a rental property. We went out of season so we didn't use the pool but the property is lovely and we are looking forward to coming back in warmer weather.

October Get-Away for the Film Festival

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home last weekend for a Columbus Day getaway. We knew it was a dicey weekend with the hurricane in the forecast, but the cozy house was a perfect respite on the rainy Sunday. The pool was beautiful (too cold to swim) but a wonderful backdrop off the patio while we enjoyed wine and cheese and the view. The proximity to town is wonderful, and the tree-lined streets in the neighborhood made for several very pleasant family dog walks. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were well-designed with high quality linens and very cozy -- the beds very comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. I loved all the decorating touches. If I had one comment, it would be to suggest a large wall mounted flat screen television in the living room - the small study was too cramped for everyone to see the TV and be comfortable and honestly - if it weren't a chilly, rainy weekend that would not even have been an issue. Great Place

House is lovely inside and outside. Charmingly furnished with taste that makes it elegant and welcoming at the same time. Location is excellent, close to everything in EH. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We're definitely coming back again.

Close to all in East Hampton!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well maintained and nicely decorated house. The wood floors, art work, French doors across the entire back of the main level, over-stuffed chairs and other handsome furnishings all provide a happy, warm atmosphere. With the living room, TV room and patio, there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathrooms are clean and updated. The one located on the main floor is actually luxurious with its steam shower! The bedrooms are very comfortable, especially the large master with its pillowtop mattress, en suite bathroom and walk in closet. The backyard with pool and wisteria covered pergola is a great spot to relax after a day at nearby Main Beach. The house is situated close to town, beaches, restaurants and wineries. There is so much to do in that area. The owner was fantastic to work with, responding instantly to any questions and promptly returning my security deposit. I highly recommend this property!

Charming home in perfect location with relaxed private setting!

We were very fortunate to spend 5 wonderful days in the most charming and well appointed home! The location could not be more perfect for walks or short bike rides into town or to main beach. The home was extremely comfortable with lots of privacy and space and a wonderfully peaceful large rear yard and pool. It was the perfect setting to spend a relaxing vacation away with family- a gem in East Hampton. The owners were just a pleasure and very accommodating. We hope to return soon for our next trip to the Hamptons!

Great location and beautiful pool!

This is a fantastic home in a great location! For anyone wanting to be in the middle of East Hampton within walking distance of the town and beach this is perfect!! The home has a beautiful pool and is well equipped with everything you may need. The home is a little more simple than others we've stayed at in the Hamptons but still very comfortable. The yard is HUGE and the pool is amazing :) Definitely highly recommend! We had a great weekend away!

Hampton Heaven

Such a relaxing week - the house was perfect for our family with everything you could need, with a great swimming pool, beautiful large garden for the dog/kids and a BBQ area for cocktails and dinner. Very close to shops and a particularly great ice cream parlour. The owner was very quick to get back to any questions we had and was very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Looking forward to our next stay

This is a great house in a great location. The house is very clean, spacious and comfortable, and our 2 year old and our dog loved playing in the yard. It's a 15 minute walk to the village, train station and jitney, as well as a quick drive (or bike ride) to the beach. The owners are very responsive and very easy to deal with. We've had two great stays here and look forward to the next one!

Easthampton Ease

Nothing more inviting than looking out through the patio doors and seeing the refreshing pool surrounded by a lush field of green. The house is beautifully appointed; comfortable and well maintained. The proximity to the town and beach cannot be beat. After a day at the beach my family and I enjoyed cooking outside on the grill and dining al fresco. And just a reminder: the pool never closes!

Just perfect!

My friends and I have just retruned from an increible stay in East Hampton. This house is beautifully decorated, clean and in the perfect location for exploring the village, beach and the rest that The Hamptons have to offer. The pool and garden are extremely spacious and the canopied outdoor table is a wonderful spot for breakfast or poolside drinks. The photos do not do this house justice - it is truly lovely!
