Discover Holiday Isle's best views when you choose to book and stay at Captain Wayne's Condo at Inlet Reef Club! This Gulf front condo complex is located on Holiday Isle's main thoroughfare Gulf Shore Drive and offers one of the best values for Destin beachfront vacations.

Our condo is one of the most spacious 3 bedroom condos in Destin, Florida and certainly the largest on Holiday Isle. With over 1400 square feet to spread out, your family can relax and enjoy the incredible amenities inside and out.

Captain Wayne's Condo is equipped with a private oversized balcony to enjoy the memory making view, a wet bar on the balcony to ensure you can mix your favorite beach cocktail without missing the sunset, a full sized washer and dryer, wifi and 4k smart TV's throughout the complex to ensure you can stay connected.

Once you step out of your condo, you will also have access to the Inlet Reef Club amenities including an onsite beachside pool with a hot tub, sundeck, barbecue area and loungers for your enjoyment. To stay active, there is a fitness room with free weights and modern fitness equipment.

Wandering just outside the complex you'll find that you are within a short drive of Destin Florida's finest experiences including gulf front dining, water sports, boating, fishing, shopping, golf and more!

The location of the condo is great with pool access and beach access being accessible and easy this was huge having 3 small children with us. The condo is in a great location close to everything. The photos in the listing were accurate to a degree and the condo was clean or at least to the standard we are used too. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked to meet our needs. We had issues with the smoke detectors tripping when we cooked pizza in the oven which was strange as they werent burnt or smoking. They use a halo water detection company when one of the sensors detects water it turns off the water to the entire unit. I only had to call once to have the water turned back on, and then we avoided the sink where the problem seemed to be in the master bathroom. Overall the condo met expectations as far as the room goes. What we didn't know going in was the entire condo was under exterior renovation and there were construction crews using wheel grinders and cutting tools from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening. Trying to enjoy your room with intense constant grinding noises was to say the least difficult. After 5 days we were all in extreme sleep deficits as our 1 year old baby was unable to nap at all thus no one really slept well during our stay. We ended up leaving before our stay was up to avoid another sleepless night. All in all the condo was comfortable and clean but tanquil and relaxing it was not.

Having the beach so close was fantastic. Being on the 4th floor in close proximity to an elevator made wheelchair access pretty easy. Overall good communication and accommodations. There was active construction throughout the day that made it near impossible to relax in the room, so ask about that before booking.

Condo beautiful. Beach chair co. Extremely disappointing

The property is very nice, however the beach situation with the Beach chair company is a nuisance. They do not leave any room for private chairs beach chairs.

Great location but the check in process was difficult. Although check in time had already passed, we did not receive information regarding check-in. I both messaged and called property owner and left messages. I contacted VRBO and they also said they could not reach owner and offer to book us somewhere else. I did get a reply within 30-45 minutes from the owner and an apology. I was beginning to worry that our groceries would go bad. During our stay, we found that the coffee maker did not work. The dishwasher was not attached to the counter and kept leaning forward out from the surrounding cabinets. Finally, we left the condo at 7am, well before check out; however the PIN code quit working and we could not reenter to do a final sweep to make sure nothing was left behind. Luckily we had all our bags and belongings, otherwise, we would have needed to contact the property owner again and been delayed in getting to the airport for our flight. A separate note, many of the units here have chairs and umbrella beach service included in their rental and this unit does not. It would be a nice touch if that were included. Overall great location and beach, which are most important things for this trip but was not as good an experience as it could have been.

Girls Trip

The condo was clean, but I did find an empty bottle of pop under the master bed. The manager responded quickly and I very much appreciated that. Make sure you bring your own toilet paper because when you stay in a condo that can fit 10 people you need more than the 3-4 rolls they provide. I would guess that some of the leftover toilet paper was what the prior customer left. Other than that, we had a great relaxing time and the area was beautiful.

Captain Wayne's

Captain Wayne's is a nice condo being stocked really well, however the cleaning service needs to be reviewed. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a dead cock roach inside the front door. We also had to clean the toliets as they were nasty. But the worst problem was pet hair everywhere. I know pets are not allowed but it looked to be cat hair on couch cushions. We vacuumed and got 2 cannisters full of either dog or cat hair. Other than these cleaning issues it was a very nice condo.

Really Nice Family Time

Property is beach front, clean and very comfy. Kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans, and accessories you need to cook for the family. Host responds quickly. Check in and details were sent very nicely in a PDF format. Rent your beach chairs in advance!

Disappointed

As family entered home, apparently no one cleaned after last guests. Beds unmade, dog hair everywhere and dirty bathrooms. We left a message to manager who was quick to remedy the problem however they did a poor job in cleaning. Dog hair remained on the rug in living room. The place itself was roomy and beautiful too bad the initial experience left a lasting impression. We made the best of a bad situation and had a lovely time in Destin.

This condo was plenty spacious and beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked with everything you could ever need! The beds were so comfortable, master bedroom has a huge walk in closet. Roomy balcony and even had beach toys we used . We loved our stay here!!

Amazing vacation

The place was beautiful, we really felt comfortable and relaxed. The balcony was perfect for watching the fireworks on Thursday and the beach access was awesome.

Great Place. Fantastic Location!

The property was wonderful....very clean and as described in pictures. The location is excellent. Close to everything right in the heart of Destin, but set back from the strip. Very quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!

Awesome stay

My two best friends and I stayed to celebrate our birthdays and my bachelorette weekend. The condo was perfect. Clean, plenty of space and centrally located. We loved the beach and pool access. The condo had everything we needed except laundry detergent but we grabbed it from the store up the street. The check-in process was smooth and the communication between the host and I was seamless. I’ll definitely return with the hubby for a summer getaway.

Excellent Get A Way

We had a great time with this condo - everything was clean and fully stocked for what we needed for the week. Right at the beach and every restaurant or activity we did was within 5 miles. Would definitely recommend!
