Centrally Located on Virginia Beach's resort. 1/2 Block to the Wavegarden surf park and Dome entertainment complex. 2 blocks from the Boardwalk/Oceanfront in the much desired Vibe District of Virginia Beach. Also, 3.5 blocks from the convention center complex.
This large three story beach condo has 4 bedrooms (the 4th bedroom is connected to the Master Suite). First level has 2 bedrooms and a Full bathroom: 1st room has two Full beds, 2nd room has 1 Queen bed. Third level contains a luxurious Master Suite with (1) King bed and has the 4th bedroom connected to it with Two (2) Twin beds. Property has a large 2nd level patio off the main living, perfect for enjoying the beach sun and salty air. Third level has deck off the Master Suite.

The house is fully equiped with everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation. It has premium cable that gives you access to over 300 channels and all the movie channels (HBO, Showtime, Cinnemax, etc... ). Kitchen is fully equipped with plates, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, dishwasher.

Minutes walk to some of Virginia Beach’s trendiest restaurants, bars, cafe’s, art studios and even a distillery. The beach is right down the street. All pictures of the beach were taken at the 18th street beach access point (2.5 blocks from house).

Unit also has some of the best parking availability on the oceanfront. Can easily fit at least 4 cars in long driveway. Also has large 2 car garage to store your beach cruisers bicycles, motorcycles and beach toys.

Extended Weekend Stay

Wonderful house for our party of 9! Had everything we needed… clean, comfortable furnishings, great location, amazing restaurants, quiet street. Plus the host is super responsive. Looking forward to renting again.

Sure, here’s a clearer and more polished version:⸻The property was spacious, clean, and in a great location. Communication with the host was responsive and attentive. One small suggestion: it would’ve been nice to have basic shower essentials like shampoo and body wash. Also, just a heads-up—the twin beds are located in the closet area of the master bedroom.

Thanks for staying with us. I'm a little shocked that this is our first less than 5 star review, as we made special accommodations and the place was in excellent and clean condition. Nonetheless, thank you for your stay and we would love to have you book again.

Great family vacation

We had a nice vacation at Josh’s House very close to many good restaurants. Josh was very informative to all the different restaurants and things to do. There is plenty of room for 8 guests and the kitchen was very large. The beds were very comfy. Thank you Josh

Wonderful house-exceeded expectations

We stayed at this property 2nd week of August, 2018. We (4 adults, 5 children ranging from 4 to teenagers) had a great time. Property is immaculate-like walking into a model home. Property is convenient to beach and has plenty of room for all to gather on the main level for meals and togetherness while allowing for privacy. Property is equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen/dining supplies, grill (felt guilty using it!), linens and beach chairs/umbrella/towels and toys. Property is convenient to beach (brought our own beach cart, came in handy when t-storms rolled in one afternoon), as well as boardwalk and Atlantic Ave. shops/stroll. ViBe district looks interesting but I did not get a chance to explore, others in party found did and enjoyed. Owner (Josh) was great! Responsive to all my questions and accommodating to our requests. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying again.

Quality issues not portrayed in the photos

I rented this place for myself, my wife, our two young kids (10mo. and 3y/o), and my brother and his fiancé when we were all in town for the weekend for my grandmother’s 100th birthday. Before we even checked in, contact and responses with the owner, Josh, was prompt and detailed. Lots of mention of following the multitude of rules required for them to maintain their short term rental status with the city. I figured with all these rules and the pictures on the posting, the place would be well-kept. The carpet throughout the house is covered in stains and just generally looks filthy. In the upstairs room, the bed frame is pulling apart at the joints and honestly looks like it’s about to fall apart. The blinds in that room are barely hanging on and there are many places throughout the room and in the bathroom where there are small holes in the wall. In the kitchen, I don’t know what happened to the counter by the sink, but the granite has been completely cracked off and is held together by packaging tape. There is mildew in the caulking all around the kitchen sink. In the downstairs room when you first walk in there was trash under the beds. We were only there for a couple nights and spent very little time in the actual house so everything mentioned above was manageable for our stay, but we spent time at another Vrbo rental the rest of our family stayed at literally around the corner on Mediterranean Ave that was the same price and so much nicer.

Wonderful place

It was an easy process to rent and perfectly equipped for our needs. The walk to the beach was a bit long but doable. 18th street is a good spot. My favorite shops are on 21st st and up. I'd recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Great Experience

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Josh was friendly and made sure the home had everything we needed. All we had to do was bring ourselves and some food of course. We hated to leave. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Family Beach Vacation

The house is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach, restaurants and other activity. There was enough space for our family group of 10 to be together and have privacy too! Clean and well equipped kitchen and laundry. Plenty of bath and beach towels made the extras I brought unnecessary! There were even beach toys for the kids and sand chairs too! Josh and Kim quickly responded to my inquiries. We had a fantastic time!
