Beach living at its finest! 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH in the HEART of the RESORT AREA, & centrally located in the VIBE District, the newly imagined art & cultural district. Blocks from the ATLANTIC WAVE PARK, DOME music venue & CONVENTION CENTER & central to restaurants, roasters, & museums.Tucked quietly off the street, this clean, tranquil, and safe retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement all steps from the beach. Experience everything this reimagined district has to offer!

Open floor plan in kitchen & living area, connected to a great deck for entertaining. 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath with views of the oceanfront. Large 2nd & 3rd story balcony. Large master suite & bathroom. Two car garage, driveway, & street parking.

Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 2 double beds. Bedroom #2 on the first floor contains a queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower and tub.

The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2nd story deck. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath.

Bedroom #3 is the primary bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a jetted tub.

Some details to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean and updated. We were impressed by the large kitchen space. It was a bit too windy for the beach during our visit, so we appreciated having the outdoor patio for alternate relaxation. The location was ideal!! Perfectly central in the ViBe district. We would gladly stay here again.

Perfect for large families!

We had an exceptional experience during our ladies family weekend at this beautiful, and absolutely comfortable beach home! Just minutes away from the boardwalk and beach, there were great places to eat, and like in mentioned SUCH A COMFORTABLE homey feeling the entire time we stayed. Would definitely recommend for a group of 12-14 people, with plenty of space to sleep, eat, and enjoy the fun!

Great for groups

We loved our stay here! Ample room for everyone, room to park and walking distance to the beachfront and all of the action. Be advised that a GIANT construction project is underway nearby that could result in road closures. Otherwise, great place!

Michigander’s in Virginia Beach!

The place was amazing! It was clean and close to the boardwalk & the beach. The owners had great communication and very costumer service oriented. It helps that they emailed a copy of a guide for our pre planning purposes. Will definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!

The house was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family of 8. Super clean and the property owner was very helpful, and responded to any questions immediately. Would love to continue using this property for future vacations!

Close to beach and many Attractions

Perfect for my family of 9. The kids enjoyed a room to themselves. Each couple a bedroom. Plenty of family space as well. Had a great vacation! We will return.

Family get away

The house was very spacious and everything we needed. Even thou it rained a lot while we were there we all had a great time playing card games and hanging out. The place was very quiet and no trouble at all.

Great Spot In Virginia Beach

Gathering of family made perfect by renting this town house. Big kitchen was perfect for all hands on deck cooking. We enjoyed the deck that have a grill for cooking a plenty of sitting. The beach was a block away and we took full advantage.

Great property and hosts!

We enjoyed our stay July 30-August 3, 2022. We had 11 guest, ages 7 and up from Northern VA and Ohio.. The property gave us enough room to spread out as desired while also having a great kitchen/dining/family room area for meals/conversations/entertainment. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for meal preparation (with the exception of a Belgium waffle maker-I brought my own). Jade and Nathan were great to work with, very accommodating and responsive to our messages. There were a couple of maintenance items that we brought to their attention (none that effected our stay), they responded quickly to ensure that our stay was not disrupted. We will definitely have this property at the top of our list when we visit Virginia Beach again!

Perfect location and great for families

We were here for a graduation, but this is a perfect location for family vacation and literally was a 5 min walk to the beach walking at a casual stroll. Plenty of space in the home and no one felt crowded at all. Home is better than described actually and we would definitely return for a longer stay in the future. Host sends lots of helpful info and seems very attentive should any issues come up (we had none).

Family vacay in VA Beach

Great property and wonderful hosts! My family of 10 stayed at Nathan and Jade's property for a couple of days. The house is way better than the pictures. Very spacious and clean. The Kitchen is huge and is well stocked with basic pantry staples, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc. The location could not be better with lots of local restaurants within walking distance. The boardwalk and beach are a 5 min walk down the street. We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were super responsive with questions. If you are on the fence about booking - dont be!.... you wont be disappointed.
