Welcome to our newly remodeled coastline home. Located in a desirable community of South Venice. Several beautiful beaches such as Venice, Manasota and Sharky's are located only few miles away. The Historic Venice Avenue of unique shops, exceptional restaurants, special events, Farmers Market, tennis court and Children's Fountain as well as Legacy Trail bike path (Sarasota to Venice) are close by. This ideal vacation home sits in a quite, peaceful area making it an ideal place for any season gateway. This is a great place for biking, running and walking. You will love my home because it can accommodate couples, solo adventures or families with kids and pats. Finally, if you are an animal lover, you can enjoy seeing a variety of birds on the property, including the ibis, heron, and snowy egret.

House was as advertised, large and neat. Big back yard, fenced in for our greyhound. What few minor issues I had were immediately taken care of by owner. Home was well stocked with essentials. Definitely recommended

Spring Training

Went here for a week with my buddy to watch the Braves play for Spring Training. Very good location, quiet neighborhood and the house was extremely clean.

Great location

Property was clean and convenient to beach and local activities. I had relatives in the neighborhood so worked out perfectly for my visit. Slight issue with a faucet was handled immediately and property met our needs with room to spare.

So spacious

Great property in South Venice FL

This is our fourth trip to the Venice Florida area. We were lucky enough to spend two weeks at this property in South Venice. Everything was wonderful. Excellent layout. Very clean and excellent communication with the owner. We were happy to see there was no damage from hurricane Ian. I would not hesitate to rent this home again. We hop e to be back for a longer period next year.

We stayed 3 nights in this lovely home. The home is very comfortable, clean and well-appointed with everything you would need for a short or long-term stay. It is not fancy, but it is well laid out. We loved the screened in porch and our dog enjoyed the fenced-in back yard. The front door could use a little paint, but don't let that fool you. The inside is very well maintained. Especially appreciated was the reverse osmosis water faucet on the kitchen sink. Have to give a shout out to the neighbors both next door and across the street. They were very welcoming and complimentary of Jan and the way the property is maintained. That speaks volumns. The neighborhood is eclectic with all different kinds of houses. We liked the location which was close to beaches and old town Venice. I hope we get to visit again. Most sincerely.

Lovely home

Thank you for the stay in your lovely home. We were quite impressed that even though other properties in the area suffered some damage from the recent hurricane, yours seemed virtually untouched. Great clean and quiet home. Very comfortable.

Second time staying here ❤️

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. We love it. The house is sparkling clean and it’s so close to everything. The fenced in yard for our 2 little dogs is a bonus!!! Jan is very easy to work with and communicates quickly. We look forward to another stay at this beautiful home. Thankyou Jan

Great hideaway

The house is beautiful and just as it is listed. There is plenty of room for you to spread out while here. The screened porch is lovely plus a huge backyard. If you come with your dog they'll love it. The bed was super soft, everything was clean when we got here and it's easy to find. You are 5 minutes maybe from Tamiami Trail where all the businesses are. If I'm ever back in the area I'd love to stay here again.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood! Perfect fit!

We had plenty of room and more for the two of us and our lab. Very clean and spacious home, close to everything. Friendly neighbors and great neighborhood for walking. We would recommend to friends and family who visit the area!

The cleanest VRBO house I have ever seen.

This is a great house to use as a base to see all the sights in Venice and surrounding areas. While not new, the rooms are well laid out, big and bright. Open kitchen/living room/dining room set-up. Fenced in back yard for our dog which was great. The owner was attentive and even came over to help us with the TV (as we are old and not too good with tech-y stuff).

Loved this beautiful home

Thank you Jan. We enjoyed our stay. Your home is beautiful, the area is quiet and the yard was just perfect for our 2 little dogs. We were so happy with our stay that we booked it again in November. Cant wait to come back

Great property

We had an issue with the A/C, but the owner came quickly and got it taken care of. Property was great and the fenced area was perfect for dogs, no worries about them being able to get out of the fence. Overall a wonderful stay and we booked it again for our next trip down there.

Shark teeth vacation

This home is nicer in real life than the pictures, it is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants. Our dog loved the yard. It's on a corner lot so the yard is big. Very clean property. Comfortable beds. I would recommend this property. We also found lots of shark teeth on casperson beach. Love venice.
