Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade
Ixtapa is a small touristic place, where you can find great food, great outdoor activities with out the crowds typical of a big touristic place. Ixtapa offers great weather. 31ºC thru out the year, we have a bicycle path about 10 miles long where you can enjoy great vegetation and have lots of fun, you can enjoy golf at Palma Real country club for $ 80usd cart included, beautiful beaches, great weather, lovely people and very peaceful place, this is why we fell in love with Ixtapa and decided to have our second home here.
The condo is located in the Contramar area, this is a residential area in which the hotel Las Brisas is located. We were looking for a spacious condo where the family could have privacy and each individual could feel free to relax with out being bathered, which can be tricky if the property is small, the condo is large enough so that if you want to work, or just relax watching the sea you will have privacy.
We have the most stunning, beautiful sunsets in the whole bay, and every day, just being in the terrace and admiring the Pacific Ocean is worth the time.
Although we have a seafront, we actually have to walk to the Las Brisas hotel with whom we share the beach, it is a 5 minute front ocean walk with beautiful scenery.
Our beach club has service from 10am, for break fast, until 7pm. Our chef and his team offer a la carte service, with plates going from the traditional ceviche and pescadillas to Lobster. Our bar team offers all kind of cocktails, so if you want to stay home and not cook, you can go to the beach club and just enjoy, as my wife and i do when we come alone, which is every month.
We love this place and would love to share the magic of it with our guests.
