Perched on a verdant slope overlooking Playa la Ropa, our lovely Zihuatanejo vacation rental offers a quiet retreat in the heart of the Mexican Riviera. We have everything you could possibly want, including 300 square meters of luxury space, two private decks, and a resort-style pool you’ll practically have to yourself. All that’s missing is you!

This spacious and quiet condo accommodates six guests with room to spare, and its amenities rival that of an upscale hotel.

The peaceful master bedroom suite has a king-size bed and a large deck where you can sunbathe while taking in the view of Zihuatanejo Bay. The ocean breezes from both terraces are divine!

The second bedroom, also with a king-size bed, provides sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. The third bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin-size bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, ceiling fan, and A/C.

Whether you prepare your own meals or take advantage of our traditional chef services, you’ll find everything you need in our fully-equipped kitchen. Gather in the indoor dining area for an informal lunch, or dine alfresco on the deck as you drink in the view of the Pacific Ocean. Afterwards, sunbathe by the resort-style pool as you sip your salt-rimmed margarita and enjoy the light ocean breeze.

When you’re ready for a change of scenery, it’s a short, four-minute walk to Playa la Ropa, where you can swim, boat, snorkel, and dive. Las Gatas, a secluded beach you can only reach by boat or by foot, is a ten minute walk from the rental. There are numerous eateries within walking distance as well, including many hole-in-the-wall favorites and high-end restaurants with well-known chefs. You can also drive five minutes to Ixtapa, a small town with two world-class golf courses, a traditional handicraft market, and a variety of restaurants and nightclubs.

This gorgeous, luxury condo is one of 14 in the development, but it offers complete privacy, relaxation, and comfort, whether you’re a large family or a couple on a romantic getaway.

Awesome Stay!!

We had a fantastic time. My wife particularly enjoyed the layout of the house, and we loved having three separate bathrooms. We had all the amenities we needed, and we enjoyed having two balconies with an amazing view.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great stay, Oscar was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. I was a little concerned with not having a dryer but the hanging rack outside was great and easy to use.

Excellent, clean and nice location.Pool was real quiet, along with neighbors.Oscar answered our questions fast. Sylvia made us supper one night and it was real good. Sylvia also kept the unit real clean.Nice people at ZIO.All in all, great vacation. We have been coming to ZIO and Ixtapa for 24 years. This is our 3rd stay at this unit, and we believe it is best of all the locations we have stayed at.

Fabulous place, fabulous views

This wonderful condo was better than described and pictured. We loved the big covered terrace and enjoyed dining on the smaller terrace. The steps and the hill are worth mentioning for those who might have mobility challenges but did not create an issue for our group of 6 in our sixties and seventies. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We loved this place each bedroom with en-suite and two stunning comfortable balconies overlooking the bay. The staff were very responsive and welcoming and we enjoyed several delicious dinners by the chef. Great space for friends to get caught up with lots of privacy and comforts. Thanks

Great stay in Zihua!

We loved our stay in Zihuatanejo. Oscar was one of the most responsive hosts I have ever encountered. The stay was easy and the condo had everything we needed. Any questions were answered very quickly and the condo had a great location - only a quick 10 minute walk to our favourite beach (La Ropa) and a quick cab ride to the Centro. We would stay again without hesitation.

Best view of Zihuatanejo bay!

This apartment has the best view of Zihuatanejo Bay. It was quiet and calm. Silvia cooked for us one Night and it was delicious! I highly recommend this homemade dinner by Silvia.

Fabulous location, gorgeous view

The space is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the large patio where the views were incredible. Inside, each bedroom has it's own spacious bathroom, and the common areas were very comfortable. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous evening view of lights across the bay

We all had a fabulous time. Condo is wonderful for a group of six. Great separation of space. Patios are very comfortable. Views amazing. Loved the pool and it was so clean. Host very responsive and accommodating with requests. Navigating the stairs was an issue for our age group but we managed.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view We had no issues accessing the beach, the pool was clean and inviting (although the waterfall was turned off), the place was very clean. Beware for those that have trouble with stairs, There are a lot of them here as this is built on a hill.

Beautiful View & Good Location

The views are terrific. Oscar was very quick to respond to all inquiries. The location is good to catch taxi/bus to the city center and close to the beach. As others have mentioned, it's a steep climb back from the beach. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved our stay at Oscar’s place. There was plenty of space and the views were amazing. We had Sylvia cook for us one night and the food was delicious. They had two pack n plays for both of our young kids which was super helpful. There is a lot of stairs to the pool and back which made carry both kids and our stuff a trek, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Great view and spacious rooms

This is the second unit we have stayed in at Punta Marina and was even better than the first. There are 2 patios and we spent a lot of time there enjoying the morning and evening views of the bay. The living area and dining rooms are large and comfortable so we never felt crowded. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed to cook meals. The gas grill was clean and worked well. There are wall mounted air conditioners in every room but often, the breeze from the bay was sufficient for a comfortable temperature. Great location! The walk to La Ropa beach took us about 15 min and it was easy to get a cab. Oscar was very responsive to questions and requests…great communication! If you have mobility issues, please be aware that there is a very steep driveway (or alternate staircase) to go down to reach the bottom of the staircase to the unit. We arrived after dark and I have some knee issues and felt a bit unstable going down the steep drive in the dark. I would recommend this unit and would rent it again!

Beautiful!

This property is amazing. This was our second time staying at Punta Marina and everything was as wonderful as the first time. The views are amazing, the beds are comfortable and it is a 5-10 minute walk to La Ropa beach, which is fabulous. If you have a chance, I would definitely recommend Sylvia to cook dinner one night. She is a great cook and will help you with anything you need. I would definitely recommend and cannot wait until our next stay. Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at Punta Marina and would not hesitate to come back. The condo is perfect for 3 couples with plenty of room. Beautiful views. It was very easy to contact the host with any questions and they were very quick to respond. There is a bit of a hike back up the hill from the beach, but there are plenty of taxis if someone has walking issues.

The property is better than described in the listing. It is a large 3 bedroom with 2 huge, mostly shaded, decks. The driveway is extremely steep and so is the short walk to the beach. There is no dishwasher though. The unit was comfortable and well laid out. We would definitely go back.

Fantastic stay!

Spent 10 days at Punta Marina. Condo was just as listed with fantastic views of the bay! We had Sylvia prepare a meal for us which was very delicious and wish we had done it sooner as we likely would have had her cook another meal as well! 5 mins walk to the beautiful La Ropa Beach - walk may be difficult for some as lots of stairs and quite steep in parts.
