The view was spectacular The suite was well equipped. The only thing that was lacking in the kitchen was a sheet pan or baking pan for the toaster oven.

My 2nd time in zihua and stayed in the same complex . I love this place. It has the best views and always spotless . It was my first time in This unit with 2 bedrooms . Perfect privacy for two couples . The layout is perfect and so spacious! I thought the 2nd bedroom would have a terrible view but it opens up to the living room and has a even better view of the outside when door is open . I can’t wait to go back. Thanks for sharing the perfect accommodation.

La Casa Que Ve Al Mar

This complex is beautifully adorned with all types of flora and trees and well kept up. The infinitiy pools overlook the Bay of Zihuatanejo and are a refreshing way to relax in the sun. Everything is well maintained and clean. The complex is gated with 24 hour security guards. It is very close to La Ropa beach with its many restaurants. Centro is just a short trip by taxi or van shuttle. Our unit was gorgeous - lovely decor, well stocked kitchen with everthing you may need for preparing your meals. Wonderful patio with view of the Bay and great sunsets. It was perfect for 2 couples. We would all love to return.

Fabulous views!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the lovely pool at the condo, but also went to Playa La Ropa every day to enjoy the sand and surf. Hope to return next year for a repeat!

Impressive and peaceful

Connie's place is a well-maintained, lovely two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful terrace, a well-appointed kitchen, and other amenities and appliances. It has a great view of the north half of the bay and it's just steps away from a large communal swimming pool you'll definitely use every day. Butterflies and birds abound. It's generally quiet and the other renters and residents are nice. You should know that unless you are fit, you'll want to drive or take a cab to and from town, and back from the beach. The walking route from the town or the sea involves hills followed by over a hundred steep steps back to the unit. The wi-fi is strong and the speeds are amazing for a Mexican vacation rental: about 350 Mbps both upstream and down. Put in non-geek speak, it's more than enough to stream TV shows or to upload and download photos and videos. I've got a gigabit connection at my house and it was virtually like being at home. Being a private property and not a hotel room, the unit has some quirks. The switches can be hard to find (we never could turn on the fan over the terrace), a table lamp had a loose wire, and the remotes for the wall AC units are confusingly labeled and different from each other. The information book that the owner prepared is quite old and had some incorrect information (two different numbers for the property manager and incorrect instructions for using the land line). But you'll figure out what you need to know. So much better than a hotel room!

This is a lovely, spacious condo with a fantastic view of the bay. We loved getting up in the morning and sitting on the veranda with a cup of coffee, enjoying the soft breeze and watching the boats crossing the bay. The beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean is another attractive feature of this condo complex. All in all we had a fabulous time.

Quiet, Sunny Slice of Heaven!

The unit was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for our vacation - even coffee for our first morning until we got to the supermercado later that day! The property manager was accessible and very helpful with questions. The pools are amazing! Beautiful views from the unit and the pools. The area is wonderful - convenient, safe, clean. Quick walk down the hill to the beach with choices of beachfront restaurants, parasailing, massages, etc. If you don't want to walk the hill (and it is quite a hill), taxis are plentiful. The property is also on a bus line and from the bottom of the driveway one can easily hop on to get to the mercado or pier to get some fresh fish or do some shopping. The place is quiet - in fact at night, one can hear the waves crashing at the beach from the unit. So peaceful. We will definitely be back! Paul & Connie - your place is amazing! Thank-you for offering it!

Great condo in a great area!!

Just returned from a week in Zihua staying in this condo and we absolutely loved it. We thought it was lovely the minute we walked in the door ... and that view is amazing! The condo is neat & tidy, decorated so nicely and just really feels like a home away from home! If there are any issues, Connie is very quick to respond as is the complex manager Dulce ... thank you so much to both these ladies! We loved our stay and can't wait to return!! Tanya & Kerry

Zihau is the best

This condo unit was great. It is up a hill but if you can’t make it back from the beach the cabbies are waiting for you. A 20 minute walk to town with many options for shopping and eating. The a/c works very well, super clean and a wonderful pool. The bed is comfy and even has a dishwasher.

My Parents had a great time

I just want to say the apartment is wonderful with only two exceptions the owners cut the cable service with no notice and the main bedroom bed was super high so it was difficult for my 79 yr old parents to enjoy the main. Otherwise we all enjoyed playing cards every night in the great room. Thanks for a memorable environment!

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved the unit. The view from the living area and bedroom is amazing. The bed was super comfortable. A/C worked very well. Everything we needed was available. Nicely devoated. I wasn't expecting the housekeep so that was a bonus. The elevator is very close but we never used it. Its a very peaceful area with quiet renters and owners. The pools are very clean and the grounds are well kept. I diffinitely want to stay in this unit again. We have stayed in a smaller one at this property but I loved all the space for just the two of us.

Tropical Oasis

We had a superb stay at this lovely condo. Proximity to town, restaurants and beach was great, and amenities perfect. All the comforts of home complemented by outstanding views, pools, sunsets and host! So looking forward to our next visit.

Hi! We're Paul & Connie. We love Zihuatanejo and spend nearly three months during the winter months. We have been then nearly every month of the year...and love it anytime!!! Something happens to you when you're there. The minute you step off the plane and feel the warm air, see the many smiling faces and you say to yourself, 'I'm home.' That is how it is for us.

We completed our purchase in 2005 when it was brick and mortar. Paul, a contractor near Seattle, WA, supervised a local contractor to build our dreams in mid 2008. Together we designed the condo interior, shopped in Patzcuarro, Morelia and Zihua for furnishings and by January 2007 we loaded our Mexico car and took a road trip to our new vacation home! It was a great trip and we thoroughly enjoyed creating our Zihua home. We first began visiting Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo in the early 2000's and on our first trip bought a time share. As the years went by, we realized that Zihuatanejo felt like home. We have never regretted our decision to purchase a vacation property and each year we feel more and more a part of the community.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The condo community is a wonderful group of folks from various backgrounds and the Zihua community is friendly, safe and full of local Mexican culture. We socialize with many of the other owners and renters whom we meet poolside. Chatting poolside, I hear a lot of reasons why guests come back year after year...mostly, they love the people that they meet at the pool. They love how well maintained and beautiful the complex is and they feel safe and well cared for by our staff. The other popular poolside conversation is "What's for dinner?". You will get the scoop about where to get good food! Sundays at Playa Larga is a family affair among the Mexicans and we enjoy being part of that. Weekend nights are fun at the Basketball court in downtown Zihua by the water. There's always a ton of locals out enjoying the evening. La Ropa Beach is always a special treat when we camp out for the day at La Perla. There chairs are the best! I enjoy yoga or a massage at Pati's on La Ropa Beach. We hope you will come to love Zihuatanejo as we do.
