Enjoy reliable, high-speed internet, a Smart TV for your favorite streaming apps, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need — from a blender and juicer to baking dishes and cookware. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds, private baths, purified water, cool A/C and fans in every room, and plush linens. Housekeeping is provided twice weekly, with additional service or meal preparation available upon request.

Beautifully decorated with Mexican artistryand the view a definite plus to our stay. The pools were warm and well maintained as was the property. Very well equipped for longer stays

First time stay at this complex and we absolutely loved it. Secure and quiet and we the trek up the driveway was a great workout. Very nice unit and pools and grounds were immaculate. Incredible views, friendly guests, really happy with our decision to stay here.

Connie’s place was beautiful—very clean, comfortable, and well‑kept. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee out on the balcony. Connie was responsive. All amenities and things we needed were there. That said, the location just didn’t work for us as a family with young kids. The building has many strict rules around noise, behavior and playing around. Our kids didn’t feel comfortable with the vibe, and honestly, neither did we. Because of that, we found ourselves avoiding the building and spending most of our time at a friend’s nearby rental instead.Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this location for families with younger children, but it may be a great fit for adults or older kids.

The view was spectacular The suite was well equipped. The only thing that was lacking in the kitchen was a sheet pan or baking pan for the toaster oven.

Amazing Location in Zihuatanejo

We have stayed in Zihuatanejo every New Years for the last seven years and views and facilities were the best yet. Enjoyable, relaxing and overall spectacular!

Fabulous views!

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the lovely pool at the condo, but also went to Playa La Ropa every day to enjoy the sand and surf. Hope to return next year for a repeat!

My 2nd time in zihua and stayed in the same complex . I love this place. It has the best views and always spotless . It was my first time in This unit with 2 bedrooms . Perfect privacy for two couples . The layout is perfect and so spacious! I thought the 2nd bedroom would have a terrible view but it opens up to the living room and has a even better view of the outside when door is open . I can’t wait to go back. Thanks for sharing the perfect accommodation.

This condo was beautiful ...

This condo was beautiful and the views were spectacular. We stayed for 11 nights and it was a time I will remember for the rest of my life. The local flavor of Zihua is great and its a short cab ride to Ixtapa when you want to play tourist. I recommended Casa De Serenidad to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Great time in Zihau!

Wonderful time. Connie's communications were awesome. Dulce met us on Christmas and greeted us with a big smile! All things required and needed were supplied. Book this one and have fun!

Zihau is the best

This condo unit was great. It is up a hill but if you can’t make it back from the beach the cabbies are waiting for you. A 20 minute walk to town with many options for shopping and eating. The a/c works very well, super clean and a wonderful pool. The bed is comfy and even has a dishwasher.

Simply Lovely.

The property is beautiful - the view is stunning. The condo is also beautiful and amazingly furnished and equipped. All communications with the owner before our stay, and the entire staff during our stay, were excellent. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this property. It is quite a climb up from La Ropa beach which we did not mind (must work off the drinks and yummy food somehow), but it is worth mentioning.

Must always find a way to work off the yummy food and margaritas! I agree with Christine! We usually take our walks along the beach or to La Madera or town. Everything is so close...then we settle for a taxi ride home!

This is a lovely, spacious condo with a fantastic view of the bay. We loved getting up in the morning and sitting on the veranda with a cup of coffee, enjoying the soft breeze and watching the boats crossing the bay. The beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean is another attractive feature of this condo complex. All in all we had a fabulous time.

Great condo in a great area!!

Just returned from a week in Zihua staying in this condo and we absolutely loved it. We thought it was lovely the minute we walked in the door ... and that view is amazing! The condo is neat & tidy, decorated so nicely and just really feels like a home away from home! If there are any issues, Connie is very quick to respond as is the complex manager Dulce ... thank you so much to both these ladies! We loved our stay and can't wait to return!! Tanya & Kerry

Hi! We're Paul & Connie. We love Zihuatanejo and spend nearly three months during the winter months. We have been then nearly every month of the year...and love it anytime!!! Something happens to you when you're there. The minute you step off the plane and feel the warm air, see the many smiling faces and you say to yourself, 'I'm home.' That is how it is for us.

We completed our purchase in 2005 when it was brick and mortar. Paul, a contractor near Seattle, WA, supervised a local contractor to build our dreams in mid 2008. Together we designed the condo interior, shopped in Patzcuarro, Morelia and Zihua for furnishings and by January 2007 we loaded our Mexico car and took a road trip to our new vacation home! It was a great trip and we thoroughly enjoyed creating our Zihua home. We first began visiting Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo in the early 2000's and on our first trip bought a time share. As the years went by, we realized that Zihuatanejo felt like home. We have never regretted our decision to purchase a vacation property and each year we feel more and more a part of the community.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The condo community is a wonderful group of folks from various backgrounds and the Zihua community is friendly, safe and full of local Mexican culture. We socialize with many of the other owners and renters whom we meet poolside. Chatting poolside, I hear a lot of reasons why guests come back year after year...mostly, they love the people that they meet at the pool. They love how well maintained and beautiful the complex is and they feel safe and well cared for by our staff. The other popular poolside conversation is "What's for dinner?". You will get the scoop about where to get good food! Sundays at Playa Larga is a family affair among the Mexicans and we enjoy being part of that. Weekend nights are fun at the Basketball court in downtown Zihua by the water. There's always a ton of locals out enjoying the evening. La Ropa Beach is always a special treat when we camp out for the day at La Perla. There chairs are the best! I enjoy yoga or a massage at Pati's on La Ropa Beach. We hope you will come to love Zihuatanejo as we do.
