Number 201, with recent updates, is a beautifully situated spot to enjoy the comforts of home, while you are away from home! 2 spacious bedrooms, one master with a king sized bed, and another with 2 full/queen beds. Additionally, there are 2 full bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen, with all new appliances and everything that is needed to prepare your own meals is also included. There is a screened in Lanai as well. Wifi and cable (3 TV's), as well as laundry. There are 2 large swimming pools, 2 whirpool spas, shuffleboard, 2 lighted tennis courts and 2 pickle ball courts. This location is 2.5 hrs to Disney World in Orlando and 1 hour to Busch Gardens in Tampa

Clean but could use some updates

Condo was clean but could use some updates. Deadbolt needs to be replaced. Maybe consider having beach towels in the condo? This was our 4th stay at excelsior and all the other condos had beach towels. Had a good time in Siesta Key.

Love it here!

We had a lovely stay. The condo is open and airy and we loved sitting on the lanai. The bathrooms are outdated, but functional, which is all we needed! The grounds of the Excelsior are beautiful. There are beautiful pools and hot tubs on the ocean side and the intracoastal side. There is a beautiful private beach and they provide lounge chairs. Make sure to bring beach towels because the condo doesn't supply them. Unfortunately, I read that in the contract after we arrived. It gave me an excuse to buy new ones though! We always love going to the Excelsior and look forward to our return!

Excelsior in Siesta Keys

The grounds and pool were very well maintained. Condo unit we stayed in needs some updates(new guest room mattresses, master shower and sink fixed). We had to swiffer floors twice because they were dirty and dryer vent was almost totally plugged up with lint. Great pickleball and tennis courts but fitness room needs updating.

Another great stay

Second time we’ve stayed at this condo. Owner continues to improve the place with recently adding new flooring , couch, and dishes, and also is quick to respond to any communication. The condo complex has a nice pool on the bayside and well kept grounds. The condo itself, is equipped with everything you need for a good stay.

Great 10 day stay

The condo was extremely clean with lots of room for 5 adults. There was coffee to get our stay started which was very nice. The amenities of the Excelsior are great as well - the pool near the beach was a nice treat. A major bonus for us was the washer/dryer in the unit! I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing because the initial listing showed 2 couches in the living room. When we got there, there was 1 couch and 1 chair, but we figured it out and spent most of the time outside anyway. Also, the owners must be in the midst of some remodeling because several of the rooms had been painted. Check in was easy and communication was prompt. All in all a great spot for an extended vacation and we will definitely look to stay here again.

Our family of 4 was very happy & comfortable in this condo! Beach access was an easy walk & the pools were perfect for our daughters! It was clean & spacious. Owners were responsive & easy to communicate with!

Happy Vacation

Totally recommend this place! The Excelsior is in a very good location with a private beach and many amenities to enjoy. We definitely will come back! We stayed in a 2bd apt with a lot of space, very nice. Great communication with our host Kim since the beginning. Thank you!! Until next time 😃.

Siesta Key Condo

The condo is very nice. Everything needed was in the unit. It was very clean and a great location. Bathrooms could use an update but overall the unit was great. The property is fantastic. Great location and having access to the private beach is terrific. Pools and hot tubs were clean and really nice. Kim the owner was terrific and the communication about anything was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious getaway

First time staying on Siesta Key, and we picked a winner. The entire family loved how spacious the unit is. Also nice to have an end unit, so the guest bedroom doesn't look out to the exterior walkway. We loved the option of two pools, neither of which were crowded, especially in the late afternoon/ early evening. The property is beautifully landscaped. The walk to the beach was quicker than I expected. Very easy to find a great spot at the beach. I appreciated the covered parking. Definitely would like to come stay here again!

Perfect Vacay!

The condo was perfect. Everything we needed was there. Condo was tastefully decorated, owner was very prompt with communications. Property was beautiful. Loved it and would love to stay there again.

Nice Place

Located across from the golf. This property is located on the bay. The bedrooms face the parking lot. The breakfast nook faces the courtyard. Spacious property. Shower in the second bedroom is very small. Bathroom in the master bedroom was great because there is a second sink outside the bathroom. Batteries were dead in all clocks and TV remotes. Very nice that the shuttle picks up at the property line.

Great location

Good central location for Siesta Key . Great pool on bayside, well heated. Condo association has activities once a month, workout room and library. Owner is very responsive to questions and quick to respond. The condo is well stocked with all your kitchen, bathroom and bedroom needs. Would definitely rent this place again.

We had a wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home away from home. Location was perfect, across the street from the beach with private access. A shuttle took us into town and back and groceries were a short drive. We saw dolphins, went for ice cream, walked, and found beautiful shells. Thank you, Kim!

Location and spacious

The condo was well kept and very spacious. We were just a few minutes walk to the beach. The pool areas were clean and heated! The property is very pretty and is beach to bay. We stayed on the bayside.

Siesta Key vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The property is within easy walking distance of a section of Siesta Key beach that was not crowded during our stay. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishware we needed. We would stay here again!

1st time here, absolutely loved it!!

House was clean, plenty large enough for the 5 of us, and minutes from the beach. We will definitely be booking this condo again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay!

Was very impressed with the condo. Great location, wonderful private beach with chairs and lounges provided. Condo was cozy and clean and the cooler on wheels made the trip to beach even better! Would definitely stay here again!
